The geochemical characteristics of the bottom sediment in the pockmark area of the eastern part of the Gulf of Finland

It is the first time pockmark-like structures have been detected in the south-eastern part of the Gulf of Finland with the help of a side-scan sonar and a profile recorder. The analysis of the distribution of microcomponents in the bottom sediment indicates that the pockmark area is located in the geochemical barrier border zone where the reducing medium of the incoming mineralized solution meets the highly oxidizing sea water medium. The hydrodynamic and geochemical processes in the pockmark zone create focal areas of anomalous microenvironment and affect the composition and development of benthos

However, long-term results of its treatment with Hystoacryl are insufficiently studied. 136 patients were examined. Catamnesis was (4 ± 1) year. Plastic closure of wounds in patients with ischemic form of diabetic foot syndrome.

In the work the analysis of the results of treatment of 48 patients with ischemic and neurotrophic forms of diabetic foot syndrome has been performed. All patients had diabetes mellitus and IV degree of ischemia by Fontaine. After carrying out revascularization operations, a complex treatment was used that included phototherapy, the phase closure of tissue defects with synthetic coating with the application of fibrin clot and plasma enriched with platelet growth factor, vacuum therapy of wounds, autodermoplastics by Tirsch, free autodermoplastics with split skin scar. The im­plementation of the developed tactics allowed to achieve complete wound healing in 91.7% of patients, partial healing – in 8.3% of patients and to avoid high amputations

The role of the professional factor in subjective satisfaction of the basic vital needs (by Mazhnikova N.V. et al., 2001) and frequency of an arterial hypertensia at 791 workers of the enterprises and establishments was studied. It is shown that conditions of labor activity cause distinctions as the general, and separate types of satisfaction of requirements that associates with various level of frequency of an arterial hypertensia.Изучалась роль профессионального фактора в субъективной удовлетворенности основных жизненных потребностей (Мажникова Н.В. и соавт., 2001) и распространенности артериальной гипертензии у 791 работника предприятий и учреждений. Показано, что условия трудовой деятельности обусловливают различия как общей, так и отдельных видов удовлетворенности потребностей, что ассоциируется с различным уровнем распространенности артериальной гипертензии
