Полікритеріальна маркетингова діагностика ринку приватних медичних послуг в Україні

The article is devoted to the multicriterial marketing diagnostics of the market of private healthcare services in Ukraine and determine the influence of the marketing environment on the prospects of its development. It has been revealed that the low competitiveness of the state medical sector, ineffective marketing management, chronic shortage of funds for modernization and the creation of new medical facilities contribute to the development of private healthcare services in Ukraine. It is shown that the market of private healthcare services in Ukraine is developing according to different trends. The obstacles to the qualitative development of the socially-oriented market of private healthcare services in Ukraine are analysed. It is determined that the main ones are: lack of financial transparency of doing business, absence of state incentives, low coverage of voluntary medical insurance; low real incomes; the lack of proper legislative regulation of the private medical services market; lack of guarantees for domestic and foreign investors; marketing principles of financing healthcare in general; lack of transparency of the market. Today, there is no systematic approach and marketing strategies for building a business in the field of private healthcare services. Important components of the successful operation of a private healthcare institution as a business are the trademark (brand) and other intellectual property; team of specialists; real estate (own or leased); contracts with key clients; modern equipment. It is shown that only constant monitoring of the supply-demand ratio, the regular marketing assessment of its own business model allows a private healthcare institution to assess the market position and adapt to the changes in the marketing environment. It is proposed to carefully develop the strategy of integrated marketing communications, improve the culture of provision of medical services, improve the service, introduce the latest technologies in medical equipment and novelty of medical protocols, adhere to corporate ethics and client orientation in order to improve the position of private healthcare institutions on the market of medical services.  Стаття присвячена полікритеріальній маркетинговій діагностиці ринку приватних медичних послуг в Україні та визначенню впливу маркетингового середовища на перспективи його розвитку. Виявлено, що низька конкурентоспроможність державного медичного сектору, неефективне маркетингове управління, хронічний дефіцит коштів на модернізацію і створення нових медичних закладів сприяють розвитку в Україні сегменту приватних медичних послуг. Показано, що ринок приватних медичних послуг в Україні розвивається за різновекторними тенденціями. Аналізуються перешкоди якісного розвитку соціально-орієнтованого ринку приватних медичних послуг в Україні. Визначено, що основними з них є: фінансова непрозорість ведення бізнесу, відсутність державних стимулів, низький рівень охоплення добровільного медичного страхування; низькі реальні доходи населення; відсутність належного законодавчого регулювання ринку приватних медичних послуг; відсутність гарантій для вітчизняних і закордонних інвесторів; маркетингові принципи фінансування галузі охорони здоров’я загалом; непрозорість ринку. Сьогодні відсутній системний підхід та маркетингові стратегії щодо побудови бізнесу в сфері приватних медичних послуг. Важливими складовими успішної діяльності приватного медичного закладу як бізнесу є торгова марка (бренд) та інша інтелектуальна власність; команда фахівців; нерухомість (власна чи орендована); договори з ключовими клієнтами; сучасне обладнання. Показано, що тільки постійний моніторинг співвідношення попиту і пропозиції, регулярна маркетингова оцінка власної бізнес-моделі дозволяє приватному медичному закладу оцінити позицію на ринку та необхідним чином адаптовуватись до змін маркетингового середовища. Запропоновано для покращання свого становища на ринку медичних послуг приватним медичним закладам ретельно розробляти стратегію інтегрованих маркетингових комунікацій, підвищувати культуру надання медичних послуг, покращувати сервіс, впроваджувати новітні технології медичного обладнання і новизну медичних протоколів, дотримуватись корпоративної етики та клієнтоорієнтованості. &nbsp

Therapeutic equivalence of domestic and foreign nifuroxazide preparations in the treatment of acute intestinal infections in children

Резюме. Стаття присвячена питанням лікування гострих кишкових інфекцій у дітей, а саме застосуванню антибіотикотерапії. Акцентується увага на призначенні нітрофуранових ентеросептиків, провідне місце серед яких посідає ніфуроксазид. Наведені дані дослідження ефективності та переносимості препарату Ніфуроксазид українського виробника з метою порівняння його з референтним препаратом Ніфуроксазид Ріхтер. Доведено, що ефективність та переносимість вищевказаних препаратів є терапевтично еквівалентними. Резюме. Статья посвящена вопросам лечения острых кишечных инфекций у детей, а именно применению антибиотикотерапии. Акцентируется внимание на назначении нитрофурановых энтеросептиков, ведущее место среди которых занимает нифуроксазид. Приведены данные исследования эффективности и переносимости препарата Нифуроксазид украинского производителя с целью сравнения его с референтным препаратом Нифуроксазид Рихтер. Доказано, что эффективность и переносимость вышеуказанных препаратов терапевтически эквивалентны. Abstract. The article deals with the treatment of acute intestinal infections in children, namely the use of antibiotic therapy. Attention is focused on the prescription of nitrofuran enteroseptics, the leading place among which belongs to nifuroxazide. The data are presented of the study on the efficacy and tolerability of Ukrainian Nifuroxazide in order to compare it with the referent drug Nifuroxazide Richter. The efficacy and tolerability of the above drugs have been shown to be therapeutically equivalent

Involvement of Plant Hormones and Plant Growth Regulators on in vitro Somatic Embryogenesis

In spite of the importance attained by somatic embryogenesis and of the many studies that have been conducted on this developmental process, there are still many aspects that are not fully understood. Among those features, the involvement of plant hormones and plant growth regulators on deTermining the conversion of somatic onto embryogenic tissues, and on allowing progression and maturation of somatic embryos, are far away from being completely comprehended. Part of these difficulties relies on the frequent appearance of contradictory results when studying the effect of a particular stimulus over a specific stage in somatic embryogenesis. Recent progress achieved on understanding the interaction between exogenously added plant growth regulators over the concentration of endogenous hormones, together with the involvement of sensitivity of the tissues to particular hormone groups, might help clarifying the occurrence of divergent patterns in somatic embryogenesis, and in tissue culture in general. The aspects described above, emphasizing on the effect of the concentration of plant hormones and of the addition of plant growth regulators during the different phases of somatic embryogenesis, will be reviewed in this paper.
