GIBdun kolektiboa eta komunikabideak: gaitasun mediatikoaren bidezko esku-hartze proposamena eta praktika onak

Komunikabideak ezagutzaren sortzaile direnez gero, gizartean integraturik egon ahal izateko eta komunikabideek transmititu ditzaketen estereotipoei eta aurreiritziei aurre egiteko, garrantzitsua da biztanleriaren gaitasun mediatikoa garatzea. Esku-hartze honek bereziki fokua bazterketa arrisku egoeran dagoen GIBdun pertsonen kolektiboan jarri du. Lan honek 2017ko otsailetik-apirilera Hiesaren Aurkako T4 Elkartean garatutako komunikabideen bidezko eta komunikabideei buruzko esku-hartze tailerrak jasotzen ditu. Ikerketaren helburu orokorrak bi dira: gizarte bazterketa arriskuan dagoen kolektibo baten gaitasun mediatikoaren garapena eta, hori lortzeko emandako formazioaren bidez sortutako ikus-entzunezko materiala erabiliz, Bilboko Irakasleen Unibertsitate Eskolako ikasleengan sentsibilizazioa sustatzea. Lortutako emaitzek parte-hartzaileen gaitasun mediatikoaren garapena eta ikasleen sentsibilizazioa islatzen dute.[ES] El desarrollo de las tecnologías ha traído consigo la creación de una nueva sociedad, donde los medios de comunicación están integrados en nuestro día a día. Los medios de comunicación son creadores del conocimiento, por lo tanto, para poder estar integrado en la sociedad y hacer frente a los estereotipos y prejuicios que los medios transmiten, es importante desarrollar la capacidad mediática de la población. Este trabajo de intervención ha centrado el foco especialmente en el colectivo en riesgo de exclusión social formado por las personas con VIH. Este trabajo recoge los talleres desarrollados sobre y mediante los medios de comunicación, de febrero a abril de 2017 en la Asociación T4 de lucha contra el SIDA. Los objetivos generales de la investigación son: desarrollar la capacidad mediática de un colectivo en riesgo de exclusión social y, utilizando el material audio-visual creado mediante la formación impartida, suscitar la sensibilización de los alumnos de la Escuela Universitaria de magisterio de Bilbao. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan el desarrollo de la capacidad mediática de los participantes y la sensibilización de los alumnos[EN] The development of technology has brought with it the creation of a new society, where the media are integrated into our day-to-day. The media are creators of knowledge, therefore, to be able to be integrated in society and to confront the stereotypes and prejudices that the media transmitted, it is important to develop the media capacity of the population. This work of intervention has especially focused on the group on risk of social exclusion formed by the persons with HIV. This work includes the workshops developed on and by the mass media, from February to April of 2017 in the Association T4 for the fight against AIDS. The general objectives of the research are: to develop the media capacity of a group in risk of social exclusion and, using the audio-visual material created through the given formation, to provoke the awareness of the pupils of the University School of teaching of Bilbao. The obtained results reflect the development of the media capacity of the participants and the awareness of the pupils

Mass balance evolution of Martial Este Glacier, Tierra del Fuego (Argentina) for the period 1960–2099

The Martial Este Glacier in southern Tierra del Fuego was studied in order to estimate the surface mass balance from 1960 until 2099. For this reason a degree-day model was calibrated. Air temperature and precipitation data obtained from 3 weather stations as well as glaciological measurements were applied. The model was driven using a vertical air temperature gradient of 0.69 K/100 m, a degree-day factor for snow of 4.7 mm w.e. K<sup>−1</sup> day<sup>−1</sup>, a degree-day factor for ice of 9.4 mm w.e. K<sup>−1</sup> day<sup>−1</sup> and a precipitation gradient of 22%/100 m. For the purpose of surface mass balance reconstruction for the time period 1960 until 2006 a winter vertical air temperature gradient of 0.57 K/100 m and a summer vertical air temperature gradient of 0.71 K/100 m were added as well as a digital terrain model. The key finding is an almost continuous negative mass balance of −772 mm w.e. a<sup>−1</sup> throughout this period. While the calculation of the mass balance for the period 1960–2006 is based on instrumental records, the mass balance for the years 2007 until 2099 was estimated based on the IPCC SRES A2-scenario. To accomplish this estimation, the dataset of the global climate model HadCM3 was statistically downscaled to fit local conditions at Martial Este Glacier. Subsequently, the downscaled air temperature and precipitation were applied to a volume-area scaling glacier change model. Findings reveal an enduring deglaciation resulting in a surface area reduction of nearly 93% until 2099. This implicates that the Martial Este Glacier might be melted off at the beginning of the 22nd century

Derechos y deberes de los trabajadores de las Empresas de Economía Social: análisis desde el Derecho Internacional de los derechos humanos y de la idea de Derecho Social

Tanto en Europa como en América Latina las empresas de la economía social ocupan un lugar cada vez más importante y el número de quienes desarrollan sus labores en ellas ha crecido. Sin embargo, el debate sobre su status jurídico y sus condiciones de trabajo no ha tenido entre nosotros un desarrollo acorde a esa importancia cuantitativa y cualitativa. Las normas destinadas a la regulación del trabajo autogestionario requieren de un debate que asegure tanto los derechos de estos trabajadores como la sustentabilidad de las empresas que ellos mismos organizan. Para ello proponemos algunas ideas para el debate de los propios protagonistas.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Social economy organizations had been growing and occuping more workers in Latin America and Europe. Matematikaz jolasean jarrera egokiak sendotzen

[EUS] Gradu amaierako lan honetan, hezkuntzan jolasa erreminta sendoa dela frogatzeko aukera izan dugu. Jolasean, umea ondo sentitzen denez, jarrera ezegokiak alda eta zuzenak indartu daitezke. Gainera, jokoek pentsamendu matematikoa garatzeko bidea zabaltzen digute. Proposamena Eguneroko Matematikako Hezkuntzako marko teorikoan oinarrituta dago. Umeen interesak kontutan izanik, testuinguru esanguratsuak zehaztu dira, elkarrizketen eta jardueren bidez beraien aurrezagutzak eta ezaguerak erabil ditzaten sortutako arazoak ebazteko. Beraz, irakasleak gelan erabil dezakeen baliabide berritzaile eta finko bat burutu dugu, umearen gaitasun emozionalak eta afektiboak sendotzeko, bere nortasuna eta banakako garapena eraikitzeko bidean.[ES] En este trabajo de Fin de Grado se ha podido demostrar que el juego es una herramienta muy valiosa en Educación. Aprovechando el juego que genera un sentimiento positivo en el niño, se tratan de corregir sus actitudes inadecuadas y fortalecer las correctas, desarrollando a la vez, el pensamiento matemático. Esta propuesta se encuadra dentro del marco teórico de la Educación de las Matemáticas Realistas. Partiendo de los intereses del niño, se han creado entornos significativos que potencien la resolución de problemas mediante el dialogo y la conexión entre los conocimientos previos y adquiridos del niño.Por tanto, este trabajo supone un recurso firme e innovador que potencia las capacidades emocionales y afectivas del niño, con el propósito de consolidar su personalidad y su desarrollo individual[EN] In This Degree’s Final Project it has been possible to demonstrate that the game is an extremely valuable tool for Education. Taking advantage of the game that generates a positive feeling in the child, it is a matter of correcting their inadequate attitudes and strengthening the correct ones, developing mathematical skills at the same time. This proposal fits within the theoretical framework of the Realistic Mathematical Education . Starting from the interests of the child, significant surroundings have been created that strengthen the resolution of problems through dialogue and the connection between previous knowledge and acquired knowledge of the child. Therefore, this work provides a solid and innovative resource that strengthens the emotional and affective capacities of the child, with the proposition of consolidating their personality and their individual development
