Berkembangnya teknologi informasi menciptakan kesempatan untuk dapat bertukar informasi secara terintegrasi. Perusahaan dalam hal ini harus mampu menentukan sikap dalam memilih/melaksanakan fungsifungsi proses bisnis yang menjadi prioritas dalam menerima teknologi informasi. Dalam kaitan tersebut maka makalah ini memberikan gambaran yang perlu diprioritaskan dan dikembangkan agar optimal dalam hubungannya dengan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). untuk mengarah ketujuan yang dimaksud kiranya setiap USAha kecil dan menengah (UKM) harus mulai menentukan cara yang tepat dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi (TI), agar waktu dan biaya tidak melambung atau mengalami kerugian
