    Jo vuosikymmeniĂ€ toimineen, Turun Ruissalossa vuosittain heinĂ€kuussa pidettĂ€vĂ€n Ruisrock – musiikkifestivaalin ravintolamaailmaa on viime vuosina laajennettu. Perinteisen festivaalipikaruoan hillitymmĂ€ksi ja sivistyneemmĂ€ksi vaihtoehdoksi on luotu bistro – ravintolakonsepti, jota Ruisrockissa toteutetaan kahdessa eri ravintolassa: suuremmassa Ruisbistrossa ja pienemmĂ€ssĂ€ Rantabistrossa. KesĂ€llĂ€ 2011 Ruisbistrossa oli noin 150 ja Rantabistrossa 50 asiakaspaikkaa. Ruisrockin sivistyneet bistroravintolat tuovat normaaliin festivaaliruokailuun oman sĂ€vĂ€yksensĂ€. Ravintolat haluavat tarjota itse tehtyĂ€, laadukasta ja kotiruokamaista ruokaa vaativampaan makuun, nostamatta kuitenkaan annosten hintoja pilviin. Ruoka syödÀÀn bistrossa oikeilla aterimilla mahdollisuuksien mukaan, ja ateriat valmistetaan alueelle tuoduissa keittiökonteissa. Ravintola-annokset ovat hinnaltaan keskimÀÀrin 13–15 euroa, joten hinta ei ole esteenĂ€ suosiolle. Ruisrockin tuottaja Maria Silvasto Vantaan Festivaalit Oy:stĂ€ sekĂ€ ravintolapÀÀllikkö Nina Hartikainen Tavastia Oy:stĂ€ pyysivĂ€t kevÀÀllĂ€ 2011 opiskelijan apua, jotta Ruisrockin bistroravintolat saisivat enemmĂ€n nĂ€kyvyyttĂ€ ja suosiota. Ravintolat eivĂ€t ole olleet erityisen suosittuja viime vuosina, vaikka mainostamista on kokeiltu useissa eri kanavissa. TĂ€mĂ€n opinnĂ€ytetyön tarkoituksena on Ruisrockin bistroravintolakonseptin toimivuuden selvittĂ€minen ja toiminnan kehittĂ€minen asiakaskyselyjen pohjalta. OpinnĂ€ytetyössĂ€ esitellÀÀn kaksi erilaista kyselyĂ€, jotka toteutettiin Ruisrockissa 2011, 8.-10. heinĂ€kuuta 2011. EnsimmĂ€inen kysely toteutettiin festivaalialueella, ja sillĂ€ kartoitettiin bistroravintolakonseptin tunnettuutta festivaalikĂ€vijöiden keskuudessa. Toinen kysely suoritettiin Ruisbistrossa, se jaettiin ravintolassa ruokailleille, jotta saataisiin lisĂ€tietoa ruoan ja palvelun laadusta. Teoria pohjautuu lĂ€hdeteoksiin, jotka koskivat yrityksen kehitystĂ€ sekĂ€ SWOT – analyysia. Kyselyjen tuloksia sekĂ€ teoriaa apuna kĂ€yttĂ€en bistrokonseptille on laadittu muutamia parannusehdotuksia, jotka esitellÀÀn tĂ€ssĂ€ toiminnallisessa opinnĂ€ytetyössĂ€. Asioita on tutkittu asiakaslĂ€htöisestĂ€ nĂ€kökulmasta.Ruisrock music festival, which has been arranged for decades and is still arranged every July in Ruissalo area, Turku, Finland, has been expanding its restaurant operations since 2007. There is now an option also for those festival guests who would like to eat somewhat better food during the festival instead of having something from the snack bars. In the summer 2011, Ruisrock had two bistro restaurants: Ruisbistro with 150 seats and Rantabistro with 50 seats which are serving better, home-made food during the festival. The two sophisticated bistro restaurants at Ruisrock give their own flavour to the restaurant experiences of the festival. Bistro restaurants aim at serving self-made, high-quality food for those who want to have a good, healthy meal during their visit to the festival. The food is served from real plates as often as it is possible. The bistro food is prepared in the kitchen vans which are brought to the festival area. The prices of the portions are most commonly between 13 and 15 euro, so the price is not too high for a successful business. The present study was commissioned by Maria Silvasto, the producer of Ruisrock (Vantaan Festivaalit Oy) and Restaurant Manager Nina Hartikainen (Tavastia Oy), last spring to increase the visibility and popularity of the bistro restaurants in Ruisrock. The bistros have not been especially popular places to eat during the four years the concept has been there, even if a few marketing mix solutions have been tested. The aim of the present bachelor’s thesis was to study during Ruisrock 2011 how the bistro concept really works in the festival circumstances. One of the tasks was also to develop something new to make the restaurants more attractive and to increase the number of guests. Two surveys were conducted to gather information for the study: the first one was for all of the festival guests, aiming to find out how well-known the bistro concept really is. The second one was for people who ate at Ruisbistro restaurants during their festival day, the aim of the latter one was to gather information about the quality of service and food. The main theory in this thesis consists of SWOT –analysis and a number of sources about business development. Based on the results of the surveys and theory, a few suggestions for the bistro concept have been made, and are now discussed in this functional thesis.     Product assurance is an essential part of product development process if developers want to ensure that ïŹnal product is safe and reliable. Product assurance can be supported withrisk management and with different failure analysis methods. Product assurance is emphasized in system development process of mission critical systems. The product assurance process in systems of this kind requires extra attention. Inthis thesis, mission critical systems are space systems and the product assurance processof these systems is presented with help of space standards. The product assurance process can be supported with agile development because agile emphasizes transparency of the process and fast response to changes. Even if the development process of space systems is highly standardized and reminds waterfall model, it is still possible to adapt agile development in space systems development. This thesisaims to support the product assurance process of space systems with agile developmentso that the ïŹnal product would be as safe and reliable as possible. The main purpose of this thesis is to examine how well product assurance is performed in Finnish space organizations and how product assurance tasks and activities can besupported with agile development.     TĂ€mĂ€n opinnĂ€ytetyön tavoitteena oli tutkia virtamuuntajien taakan merkitystĂ€ sĂ€hkömittauksissa. Virtamuuntajia kĂ€ytetÀÀn isojen kiinteistöjen sĂ€hkömittauksissa, minkĂ€ takia on olennaista havainnoida vÀÀrin mitoitettujen taakkojen merkitys. Kiinteistöjen sĂ€hkölaskun kulutus mÀÀrĂ€ytyy virtamuuntajien antaman tiedon mukaan, jota sĂ€hkömittarit lukevat. OpinnĂ€ytetyön tilaajana toimi sĂ€hköenergiamittauksiin erikoistunut yritys Polarmit Oy. Työn teoriaosuudessa kĂ€siteltiin virtamuuntajien ominaisuuksia, jotta ymmĂ€rrettiin mistĂ€ virtamuuntajien kulma- ja muuntosuhdevirheet johtuivat. Virtamuuntaja on tarkasti sÀÀdelty sĂ€hkömagneettinen laite, jolla on paljon termejĂ€. Virtamuuntajien normit ja standardit kirjattiin IEC 61869-2 (Instrument transformers – Part 2: Additional requirements for current transformers) -standardista. OpinnĂ€ytetyössĂ€ on mittalaitteen kalibrointitodistus, jonka mukaan on oletettu mittauksien tarkkuus. Kalibrointitodistus on luottamuksellista tietoa ja se on poistettu julkisesta raportista. Tutkimustuloksista koottiin kuvaajat havainnoimaan pienen, normaalin ja suuren taakan vaikutusta mittatarkkuuteen. Huomattiin ettĂ€ pieni taakka vaikuttaa suurentavasti mittaustuloksiin, kun taas suuri taakka pienentÀÀ tulosta. Virtamuuntajien kyllĂ€stymispisteen jĂ€lkeen virheiden mÀÀrĂ€ kasvoi huomattavasti. Mittaustuloksien tarkoitus on auttaa asian parissa työskenteleviĂ€ ymmĂ€rtĂ€mÀÀn, kuinka tĂ€rkeÀÀ on mitoittaa taakka oikein kohteen rakennusvaiheessa sekĂ€ muutostöiden yhteydessĂ€. Esimerkiksi mittarinvaihdon jĂ€lkeen tulee taakka mitoittaa ja tarkistaa uudelleen. NĂ€in virheet kyetÀÀn minimoimaan, ja kiinteistön kĂ€yttĂ€jĂ€ maksaa vain kĂ€yttĂ€mĂ€nsĂ€ sĂ€hköenergian hinnan.The purpose of this study was to research current transformers and burden values in view of electricity measurement. Current transformers are used in all buildings that require a large electrical capacity. The electricity bill is determined by the information gained from current transformers. This thesis was commissioned by Polarmit Ltd. The measurements examined phase displacement in current transformers in view of burden values. Standards and norms were based on the IEC 61869-2 (Instrument transformers – Part 2: Additional requirements for current transformers) standard. The reliability of the measurements was based on the calibration certificate of the measuring device. The certificate is confidential material, and it was therefore removed from the public report. The purpose of this study was to improve understanding on how significant the correct burden value is. If burden value is not right, the number of erroneous results can grow very rapidly. The ideal situation is when the owner of the property, pays only for the amount of electricity that the customer consumes and measurement inaccuracies are minimized
