UPAYA PENCAPAIAN SASARAN PELAKSANAAN ANGGARAN MELALUI PEMAHAMAN APARATUR DAERAH DAN PERSEPSI TENTANG SANKSI MENGENAI KEPUTUSAN PRESIDEN RI NOMOR 80 TAHUN 2003 (Studi Kasus Pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Ende Flores Nusa Tenggara Timur)

Supplying commodity and service constitute one of the step into consideration process. In the manner of presence decision mentioned needful frame and behavior bureaucracy which is good, that understand about principle healthy competition in supplying commodity and service, transparent, opened and treatment that fair until the result can be responsinable either in physical, finance or benefit for smoothness government duty and society servicing. The variable used in this research is comprehension of government employee (XI), perception about penalty (X2), and also goal implementation calculation (Y). with overall population of echelon III and IV who works at Sub-Province Ende are 800. The technics of withdrawal sample used is Simple Random Sampling with using Krejcie and Morgan Table and obtained by 260 respondent. These research uses primary source in the form of quitioners and then analysis by using technics of Pearson Correlation. EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM INDONESIA SEHAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN KELUARGA SEHAT (PIS-PK) DI PUSKESMAS BESTARI KOTA MEDAN

The Healthy Indonesia Program is one of the targets to be achieved in the 2015-2019 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Medan City Bestari Health Center has not yet reached the target of collecting family data because the commitment of healthy family advisors is lacking in conducting family data collection, data collection time is limited, residents are difficult to find, sometimes the builders of healthy families often do not meet residents at home, evaluation of data collection results has not been carried out periodically even though Puskesmas Bestari has socializing about the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) The research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) at the Bestari Health Center in Medan City. This type of qualitative research is with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were key informants were the Head of the Bestari Health Center in Medan City, the main informants were the Coordinator of PIS-PK, doctors and members of the healthy family data collection team consisting of Health Administration, Nutrition, Environmental Health and Midwives and triangulation informants were the Head of Public Health Division of Health Office Kota Medan. The sampling technique uses snowball sampling. Data analysis is performed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are human resources trained in TOT-PIS-PKada 5 people and TOT management of puskesmas there are 2 people, insufficient funds available, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, PIS-PK implementation policy for SK Head of Puskesmas, socialization of Permenkes No. 39 2016 has been implemented but there is no roadmap, planning according to the program, organizing the family development team is not in accordance with Permenkes Number 39 of 2016, family data collection is carried out but there are still families living in hard to find homes, there are often delays in reporting and the healthy family index at the puskesmas level has not reached 60% of the target 100 % in July 2019 It is recommended that health centers can overcome the problems that exist in the data collection ranging from input to the output of a healthy family index can be achieve

Implementation Analysis of Management Covid-19 Patients in Accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Religious Approach

The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze the implementation of the management of COVID-19 patients based on Standard Operating Procedures and a Religious Approach at Pancur Batu General Hospital, Deliserdang Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and surveys. Informants consisted of the Director of Nursing and Medical Services, the Head of Nursing, the Head of the COVID-19 Isolation Room, Nurses, doctors, chaplains. Qualitative data collection techniques using the Triangulation method. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative with technical triangulation data stages, sources and time. The results showed that policy standards and targets, resources, communication, and the duties and responsibilities of spiritual services at Pancur Batu General Hospital had been going well. the research of Pancur Batu General Hospital has policy standards and targets regarding the management of COVID-19 patients. Good available resources. Socialization and communication is done well, to patients and their families. Spiritual services are carried out virtually. Not only for patients, also for staff. It is hoped that this will provide an overview of the implementation of the management of COVID-19 patients in accordance with standard operating procedures and a religious approach so that it can be used as a basis for taking a further policy and increasing the satisfaction of every patient who comes

PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN ALOKASI DANA DESA DAN KEBIJAKAN DESA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT : (Studi Kasus Pada Desa Lepo Lima Kecamatan Alok Timur Kabupaten Sikka)

This study aims to determine the effect of accountability in financial management of village fund allocations and village policies on community welfare. This is also done to determine whether the accountability of the financial management of village fund allocations and village policies jointly (simultaneously) affects the welfare of the community. Respondents in this study were 81 people consisting of 35 men and 45 women of various ages and different occupations. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis by looking at the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing with the F test, T test and Multiple Determination Coefficient test. The results showed that the variable financial management accountability for village fund allocation and village policies had an effect on the welfare of the community, as well as the accountability for financial management of village fund allocations and village policies also had a simultaneous effect on community welfare

PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI, TINGKAT KEPUASAN KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN: Studi Kasus Pada KSP Kopdit Obor Mas Cabang Ende

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems, level of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at KSP Kopdit Obor Mas Branch Ende. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to employees. The questionnaires that were divided were 33 and were filled out completely and can be processed. The data is processed using the SPSS program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) The accounting information system has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value is 0.369 with a value of tcount > ttable (3.401 > 1.70113) a significant level of 0.002 <0.05. (2) The level of job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value is 0.243 with a value of tcount > ttable (2.686 > 1.70113) a significant level of 0.008 <0.05. (3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value is 0.436 with a value of tcount > ttable (5.784 > 1.70113) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. (4) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value of the Work Discipline variable is 0.185 with a value of tcount > ttable (2,969 > 1.70113) and a significant level of 0.012 < 0.05

PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) DALAM MENUNJANG PEMBANGUNAN PEDESAAN PADA DESA NANGANESA

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pertanggungjawaban Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) yang didasarkan pada aturan yang berlaku. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini  yaitu data penggunaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Nanganesa dan Desa Manulondo Kecamatan Ndona Kabupaten Ende dari tahun 2015-2019 dan data mengenai proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pertanggungjawaban penggunaan anggaran Alokasi Dana Desa dalam menunjang pembangunan desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Tahap perencanaan sudah melaksanakan prinsip transparansi, responsif dan partisipatif untuk mencerminkan prinsip akuntabel tercermin di dalam musrenbangdes. Tahap pelaksanaan dalam pengelolaan dana ADD di Desa Manulondo dan Nanganesa kurang  mencerminkan prinsip akuntabilitas yang telah dibangun, dan kurangnya partisipasi dari masyarakat dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan pembangunan pedesaan. Tahap pertanggungjawaban terintegrasi di dalam APBDes dan bentuk kegiatan fisik yang diberikan kepada masyarakatsecara transparan dan akuntabel. Tahap pengawasan dan evaluasi memberikan kunci dari seluruh kegiatan pengelolaan dana sehingga memberikan kepercayaan yang lebih pada masyarakat karena Pemerintah Desa memberikan keleluasaan bagi masyarakat untuk ikut serta dalam melaksanakan pengawasan dan evaluasi pengelolaan dana Alokasi Dana Desa

Motivation of first-time, repeat, and serial backpackers: a Malaysian perspective

The objectives of this study are to identify the main travel motivations of Malaysian backpackers and to investigate the differences in travel motivations between different groups of backpackers namely; first-time, repeat, and serial backpackers. This study used convenience sampling approach, and the data were obtained through self-administered online survey of Malaysian backpackers. Based on a sample of 249, the non-normally distributed data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), assessment of median scores and Kruskal-Wallis H tests. The findings show that the main factor which motivates Malaysian backpackers to go on a backpacking trip is stimulation (push), while the least is recognition (push). The results also indicated that there are differences in Malaysian backpackers’ motivation based on their travel experience level. The limitation of the study is that the samples are skewed toward females, and the majority (87%) are aged between 21 and 35 years old

Analisis Efisiensi Dan Efektivitas Penggunaan Anggaran Pemeliharaan Jembatan Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Ende

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of the bridge maintenance budget for the public works service of Ende district from 2015-2017. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis by calculating the efficiency and effectiveness of the bridge maintenance budget. The research has the character of explaining matters relating to hypothesis testing and in its descriptive nature it also contains descriptions used in the research, namely by collecting data. The data collected in this study are the bridge construction budget data from 2015-2017 which were obtained from the Public Works Office of Ende Regency and data regarding the physical realization and realization of the district bridge construction budget in Ende Regency at the Public Works Office. The results of this study indicate that the budget and physical realization greatly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of bridge construction

PENGARUH SIKAP, NORMA SUBJEKTIF, KONTROL PERILAKU PERSEPSI TERHADAP MINAT PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI BERBASIS E-COMMERCE : (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Prodi Akuntansi Universitas Flores Ende)

This study purposes to examine the factors that influence intention of behaviour on the use e-commerce based accounting information system. This research was conducted at Flores University in Ende with a population of 576 accounting students. Sample used in this research are 85 respondent. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation, interview, and questionnaire. This study used several tests including instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypotheses test. The result of study shows that (1) attitude usefulness have effect to use behaviour intention of e-commerce based accounting informstion system. (2) subjective norm usefulness have effect to use behaviour intention of e-commerce based accounting informstion system. (3) perceived behaviot control usefulness have effect to use behaviour intention of e-commerce based accounting information system
