Development of a method of oriented immobilization of lipases on a solid carrier
The methods of oriented immobilization of lipases on a solid carrier - Silochrome C-80 have been developed. The resulting sorbents were tested in the process of obtaining biodiesel from cotton oil. It was shown that immobilized lipase on Silochrome C-80 with NH2 group has the highest transetrification ability and stability, while in sorbents with the enzyme immobilized with -COOH and -SH groups this value was 87 and 53%, respectively. Biocatalysis using an affinity sorbent of immobilized lipase with the βNH2 group has a high operational stability, which, after 240 hours of operation, retains more than 50%, and after 480 hours, 17% retains its initial activity
Investigation of the Effect of Surface Roughness on Cyclic Durability
The article considers the effect of surface roughness on cyclic durability. The effect of electrolytic polishing on the cyclic durability of metal materials has been studied. Some parameters of surface roughness after electrolytic polishing and untreated surface are determined. Tests for cyclic durability of samples with surface treatment by electrolytic polishing and samples without surface treatment were carried out.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΡΠ°ΡΡΠΌΠΎΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎ Π²Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠ΅ΡΠΎΡ

Resume. The results of a studying the pharmacokinetics of the anti-tuberculosis drug Biomayrin in experimental animals (rats) after oral administration were presented. A comparative analysis of the pharmacokinetic parameters of Biomayrin with a comparing drug (a mixture of rifampicin, ethambutol and isoniazid) showed that the bioavailability of isoniazid increased four times as a part of Biomayrin, the ethambutol and rifampicin three times compared to the comparing drug, thereby showing a prolonged effect. It should also be noted that the introduction of isoniazid into the polysaccharide matrix retards its metabolism to the therapeutically inactive acetylisoniazid.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Ρ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΡ ΠΈΠ·ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ°ΡΠΌΠ°ΠΊΠΎΠΊΠΈΠ½Π΅ΡΠΈΠΊΠΈ ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠΈΠ²ΠΎΡΡΠ±Π΅ΡΠΊΡΠ»Π΅Π·Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΏΡΠ΅ΠΏΠ°ΡΠ°ΡΠ° ΠΠΈΠΎΠΌΠ°ΠΉΡΠΈΠ½ Ρ ΡΠΊΡΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ

Tudying antisclerosis action of amaranth oil isolated from seeds of helios variety on hyperlipidemia twin mode
The work is devoted to study of lipids of amaranth seeds of the Gelios variety, acclimatized in Uzbeki-stan conditions, grown in 2015. Seed oil contents were established within 7.68% of the initial mass. The quantity of squalene in seeds was 0.44%. Amaranth oil contained rather large quantity of unsaturated fat-ty acids - 73.28-72.72%, including up to 1.17% of omega-3 - alpha-linolenic acid. The content of squalene in oils was 5.53-6.25%. No significant differences were found between triacylglyceride composition of the investigated cold-pressed and extracted oils. Besides toxicological properties, hypolipidemic and antioxi-dant activities of amaranth oil of Helios variety in comparison with amaranth oil Vitego were studie
Development of strength training of swimmers by the Breaststroke method
Aim: to determine the design and effectiveness of a complex of exercises aimed at improving the strength training of 15-16-year-olds engaged in swimming training.
Methods: 1. Theoretical generalization and analysis of data of scientific and methodological literature; 2. Pedagogical testing; 3. Pedagogical experience; 4. Mathematical statistics style.
Results: as a result of the study, an increase in strength training of young swimmers was achieved.
Conclusion: the effectiveness of the methods developed for the development of strength training is confirmed by the growth temps of the indicators that characterize the strength of the swimmers

EFFECTS OF CAPSAICINOIDS IN DIFFERENT CONCENTRATIONS ON RAT LIVER MITOCHONDRIAL SWELLING
Studying mitochondria and investigating in molecular levels are very significant for the estimation of medicinal properties of plants. Because mitochondria and MPTP are considered as specific βtargetsβ not only for pathogens but also for pharmacological agents (Szewczyk et al., 2002). In folk medicine plants of Capsicum annuum L family are well-known with their medicinal properties since ancient times. These plants are commonly named as leguminous red peppers.Capsaicinoids are the main compounds giving bitter taste to pepper fruits. Yet 20 different capsaicinoids have been identified (Legin, 1996). Capsaicine and its analogs efficiently treat bronchial asthma, enuresis, inflammations of intestines, and different chronic deceases such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, neuralgia, and diabetic neuropathy (Kenji et al., 2010). However, the effects of capsaicinoids and proteins from red pepper Capsicum annuum L. on membranes, mitochondria and in molecular levels have not been studied. The aim of the work was to investigate the effects of capsaicinoids in different concentrations on rat liver mitochondrial swelling
Chemical composition and biological activity of seed oil of amaranth varieties
The work is devoted to study of seed oil composition of amaranth varieties: Kharkov, Lera, Andijan and Helios, acclimatized in Uzbekistan. We demonstrated the possibility of using reversed-phase HPLC using a refractometric detector, which allows simultaneous determination of squalene and triacylglycerides in plant seeds and determining the authenticity of amaranth oils. Established seed oiliness ranged from 6.39 to 7.81 % of the initial mass. Amaranth oil samples contained quite large amount of unsaturated fatty acids 72.72 β 73.28 %, 1.17 % of which is omega-3-alpha-linolenic acid. The squalene content in the seeds ranged from 0.35 % to 0.55 %. It was established that the squalene content in oils obtained by extraction is greater than the one obtained by cold pressing. In the triacylglyceride composition of the investigated cold-pressed and extracted oils, no significant differences were found
Chitosan Hydrogel Improves Bioavailability of Megosin
The aim of this study was to obtain chitosan hydrogels containing megosin, an antiviral medicinal substance, to prolong its bioavailability. Megosin as an immunomodulating agent possesses at least twice higher virostatic and virucidal activities than gossypol, the megosin precursor, and other imine derivatives of gossypol
