    The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the principles of good governance in the service of E-KTP and Family Cards in Benda District, Tangerang City, Benda District in the E-KTP and Family Card services. To obtain data in this study, the method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Good Governance Principles in E-KTP and Family Card Services in Benda District, Tangerang City has not gone well, there are still some things that are still not appropriate, such as the existence of services that prioritize people who have positions and kinship , as well as service employees who still serve with unfriendly looks. The results of this study found that the implementation of the principle of Good Governance in the E-KTP and Family Card services was not in accordance with the principles of Good Governance because there was still injustice in providing services by prioritizing one's position and when performing services if people who had families working there the service would be faster. , but behind that there are several principles of Good Governance that have been in accordance with such as Participation, Rule of Law, Transparency, Responsiveness, Consensus Oriented, Effectiveness and Efficient, Accountability, Strategic Vision

    PID Control Schematic Design for Omni-directional wheel mobile robot Cilacap State of Polytechnic

    Omni-directional mobile robot (OMR) is a robot that can move in all directions with an additional wheel around the core wheel. This research presents a PID controller method at the OMR plant with the specific purpose of getting to the specified point. OMR uses three wheels with an angle difference of 120 degrees. The application of this method using MATLAB assistance from knowing the kinematics to the performance results from the application of the control method. The stages of this research are robot design, component selection, electrical design of the robot, determination of forward kinematic and reverse kinematic and determination of PID controller for positioning. Testing is done by determining the position and determining the point to be determined. Simulation time testing is when the state is at 3,6,9,12 and 15 seconds. The results of the simulation robot can follow the specified coordinates

    Beberapa studi tentang distribusi sumber daya negara di Provinsi Banten menunjukkan bahwa kerap terjadi politik distributif dalam distribusi hibah dan bansos dengan berbagai pola, terutama pola pork barrel, dimana distribusi hibah dan bansos dilakukan dengan pertimbangan politik balas budi pasca kontestasi politik. Penelitian ini hendak menindak lanjuti beberapa  temuan dalam studi sebelumnya tentang kecenderungan politik distributif dalam distribusi hibah dan bansos di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini ingin memfokuskan studi pada pola politik distributif dalam distribusi hibah Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Kesra) di Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan cara menganalisis data-data primer yang didapatkan, dan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini kemudian menemukan pola baru dalam distribusi hibah Kesejahteraan Rakyat Provinsi Banten tahun 2019, yang berbeda dengan pola yang ditemukan dalam beberapa penelitian sebelumnya.Kata Kunci : Politik Distributif, Kebijakan, Hibah Provins

    Analisa Pengaruh Perubahan Durasi Camshaft Terhadap Daya Dan Torsi Mesin

    In the automotive sector, to get optimal engine performance, one of them is by modifying the existing system in the engine. Modifications generally use racing parts, one of which is the camshaft. This study aims to increase the volumetric efficiency and its effect on the power and torque produced by the engine. The research method used is an experimental method and by changing the camshaft angle on a 200 cc motorcycle engine. Modifications made are standard camshaft, modified camshaft A and modified camshaft B. The camshaft angle for standard is 225.5°, modified camshaft A is 212° and modified camshaft B is 245.5° which is then tested for dynotest on each angle change. The test results produce power and torque, standard camshaft P = 15.3 HP, T = 15.84 Nm, modified camshaft AP = 14.4 HP, T = 15.59 Nm and modified camshaft BP = 16.1 HP, T = 16.47 N

    The higher education curriculum adopts project-based learning (PjBL) method that emphasizes the provision of knowledge with the problem solving in an organized work project within study group. This is such a solution for the problems of current conventional learning method implementation that made low enthusiasm and slow understanding student especially for Automotive Engineering student in having welding practice in The Basic Workshop Technology Course. By using experimental method in this research to compare conventional learning and PjBL method toward twenty Automotive Engineering students to evaluate cognitive and psychomotor aspect. On the steps, the lecturer starts with provides theoretical enrichment and end with welding practice. To find out the effect of implementing this project-based learning, lecturer divides the class in two study groups by differentiating learning methods, namely the group with conventional learning and the group with PjBL learning. Comparison is made between conventional learning and PjBL learning with projects processed by statistical interpretation. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect on the results of the psychomotor evaluation of students, but not too significant for the cognitive evaluation results. Based on this research, there is a prove that PjBL is good enough to increase student’s abilities in welding practice as psychomotor representation increment.&nbsp

    Youth activities in Jimpitan Village in RT 03 RW 03, Batu Jaya, Batu Ceper, Tangerang City are gathered in a forum known as PIKKR (Center for Information, Counseling, Youth Communication). Based on the results of the interview, it is known that the problem faced by the PIKKR youth group is the productivity of the adolescent group in developing and optimizing existing resources. The purpose of implementing this PKM is to empower and develop the potential of PIKKR in the development of Jimpitan Village. Empowerment and development are carried out in the form of design training. The method was carried out with Participatory Action Research (PAR) to the PIKKR youth group. Based on the PKM that has been implemented, it can be concluded that, first, participants' interest in exploring design, participants' understanding of adobe illustrator applications, and understanding of the use of pathfinders show a positive trend. However, in terms of interest in studying adobe illustrator applications shows doubts. Second, participants already understand the basics and theories in the design. Third, participants can already practice these design theories by making design samples. As for the advice given, first, a special space was created that can be used as a design practice for PIKKR teenagers.
