PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN GANDA (WORK FAMILY CONFLICT) TERHADAP STRES KERJA : Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Yogyakarta

AbstrakSalah satu yang memiliki peran ganda di dalam studi kasus penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita yang berkarir di dunia perbankan. Konflik peran ganda terjadi ketika salah satu dari peran yang dijalani menuntut waktu, tenaga dan perhatian lebih sehingga peran lain menjadi terganggu. Konflik peran ganda merupakan salah satu stressor kerja bagi seorang wanita yang bekerja. Seseorang yang mengemban dua peran, rawan mengalami stres kerja karena intensitas peran ganda  yang  tinggi  dari  seorang  wanita  yang  bekerja  dapat  menyebabkan penurunan terhadap kinerjanya karena wanita yang bekerja akan lebih cenderung mengalami  depresi,  peningkatan  keluhan  fisik,  tingkat  energi  yang  rendah sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara konflik peran ganda terhadap stres kerja karyawan wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk Area Yogyakarta.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitaif non eksperimental dengan deskripsi korelasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling sebanyak 149 sampel. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner stress kerja dari American Institute of Stress. Korelasi kedua variabel diuji menggunakan uji Spearman Rank.Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  sebagian  besar  responden  mengalami  tingkat konflik peran  ganda rendah  yaitu sebanyak 119 responden (79,9%).  Sebagian besar  responden  mengalami  stres  kerja rendah  yaitu  sebanyak  135  responden (90,6%). Hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 (p<0,05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu (+) 0,615. Nilai ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara konflik peran ganda terhadap stress kerja karyawan wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk Area Yogyakarta dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Kata Kunci    : Konflik peran ganda, Stres Kerja, Karyawati Bank AbstractFemale Bank employee someone who has multiple roles. Technological developments have been utilized by Semarang City government agencies, one of which is the Semarang City Civil Registration Service in the form of Population Online Document Information System Services (SI D'nOK). The application of this application is expected to assist the community in obtaining quality population services. The results showed that the cumulative score of the service quality of the Population Online Document Information System was in the good category with a score of 82.5%. PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN DAERAH DAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH TERHADAP KUALITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN DAERAH (STUDI KASUS PADA BPKAD KABUPATEN BOGOR)

ABSTRAKSIKualitas laporan keuangan daerah adalah laporan terstruktur mengenai posisi keuangan, transaksi-transaksi dan kinerja suatu pemerintah daerah dimana didalamnya memiliki informasi yang mudah dipahami dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengambilan keputusan di masa yang akan datang. Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas harus memenuhi karakteristik antara lain relevan, andal, dapat dipahami dan dapat dibandingkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Penelitian dilakukan di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Bogor dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui link google form kepada 78 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah verifikatif dengan metode penelitian explanatory survey. Data diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25, metode statistik analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dengan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda serta uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian secara parsial dengan uji t mendapatkan hasil penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah maka akan menghasilkan kualitas laporan keuangan daerah yang baik. Hasil pengujian secara simultan dengan uji F yaitu penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh  positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Kata kunci: Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, KuABSTRACTThe quality of regional financial statements is a structured report on the financial position, transactions and performance of local governments in which information is easily understood and can be used for decision making in the future. Quality financial reports must meet the characteristics of being relevant, reliable, accessible and comparable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of regional financial accounting systems and regional financial management on the quality of regional financial statements. The research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Cianjur Regency by distributing it via a google form link to 78 respondents. The method of analysis used in this research is verification with explanatory survey research methods. The data was tested using SPSS version 25, descriptive statistical analysis method, data quality test using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test with normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing namely multiple linear regression analysis and t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test. Partial testing with t-test shows that the implementation of regional financial accounting systems has a positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports and regional financial management has a positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports. This shows that the higher the application of regional financial accounting systems and regional financial management, the better the quality of regional financial reports. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang

The objective of this study was to ascertain and elucidate the impact of product quality and product pricing on repurchasing decisions at the Singosari Semarang Branch of Waroeng Steak & Shake. This study employs explanatory research methodologies. The study included a population of 21,352 clients of Waroeng Steak and Shake Singosari Semarang. The sampling technique employed in this study was non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data gathering procedures employed in this study encompassed the utilisation of both observation and questionnaire approaches. The findings of the study indicate that product quality has a simultaneous impact on repurchase decisions. Specifically, there is a statistically significant positive relationship between product prices and repurchase decisions at the Singosari Branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake. This is supported by a Beta value of 0.652, which is positive, and a significant p-value of 0.000, indicating that the relationship is unlikely to have occurred by chance (p < 0.05). Additional findings indicate that the price of a product exerts a substantial and simultaneous impact on repurchasing decisions. Specifically, at the Singosari Branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake, there exists a positive and statistically significant relationship between product prices and repurchasing decisions. This is supported by a Beta value of 0.179, which is positive, and a significant value of 0.017, which is less than the predetermined threshold of 0.05. In order to facilitate more investigation, it is anticipated that other indicators can be identified as instruments for measuring the variables under examination, as well as the utilisation of other independent variables that possess a substantial impact on the dependent variable.
