    Quantifying The Tourism Potential And Satisfaction Of Tourists From Wildlife Tourism Destinations: A Study Of National Parks And Wildlife Sanctuaries Of J & K, UT Of India

    Assessing the tourism potential of wildlife tourism destinations of Jammu and Kashmir is crucial for successful and sustainable tourism planning and development. Tourism potential indicates the development and success of tourism in various regions and destinations. The present study deals with the mathematical model evaluation of the tourism potential as well as SPSS (Statistical package For Social Sciences) of the wildlife tourism destinations of Jammu and Kashmir. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the tourism potential of the wildlife destinations, Frequency of satisfied tourists and Satisfaction of tourists at wildlife destinations with the attributes of destinations. The model employs the weighted sum method (WSM) to calculate potential tourism values, for analyzing the frequency and satisfaction SPPS software was incorporated in the analysis for getting mean score. A simple random sampling technique with a structured questionnaire (N = 400) was used to accomplish the research objective. 15 wildlife sanctuaries and 4 national parks were taken into consideration were from the questionnaire were collected from the tourists. destination attributes (Environmental) got score 0.90-0.92 except E6 (Cleanness at destinations) which got lower grade. Followed by the Physical aspect of the destination such as Quality of Roads Availability of Food near Wildlife Destinations, Availability of local Cuisines and Availability of Multiple Cuisines (Grade Score in-between 80-90). In case of social and cultural attributes the results got the grades of 0.90 which very close to 1 that indicates that wildlife destinations of Jammu and Kashmir are having huge potential in social and cultural attractiveness. Overall, the findings determine the significance of enhancing the need to enhance the quality of destination attractiveness attributes like cleanness at wildlife destination, Availability of Tourist Information Centers, Availability of Shopping Facilities and Availability of General Market near Wildlife destinations Jammu and Kashmir to utilize the tourism potential of Wildlife Tourism Destinations of Jammu and Kashmir fullest. &nbsp

    Impact Assessment of Covid-19 Pandemic on Perception and Travel Behavior of Tourists with Strategies for Resilient Recovery of Jammu And Kashmir, India

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on changes in tourist perceptions and travel behaviour when visiting Jammu and Kashmir during the unlocked phase of Covid-19. This study is intended to be nice. This pilot study included 208 travellers who were chosen on a non-probabilistic basis. A Chi-square test of goodness of fit, as well as content analysis, were performed on the collected data. According to the findings, the current COVID-19 epidemic will have an impact on travelers\u27 perceptions and behaviour intentions in terms of economic expenditure, health and hygiene, modes of buying, travel patterns, travel partners, and destination choices. Finally, the study\u27s important findings and practical implications for the management of the Covid-19 issue are detailed, and future research directions are offered based on the study\u27s findings and limitations. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first exploratory investigation of the effects that the Covid-19 health issue is projected to have on tourist travel behaviour in Jammu and Kashmir

    Relationship of working capital management and profitability of the firms - an application of unit root and co-integration test on the various corporate sectors of Pakistan stock exchange

    The main purpose of this research is to find the impact and the long-run relationship of working capital, and profitability in different major sectors of Pakistan stock exchange; for this purpose eight sectors with 95 listed companies selected that can be representative of the Pakistani mindset and practices of the corporate world. For this reason, ROA used as the dependent variable and CCC, CR, QR, WCT ART, APD, ROCE, DR to check the long-run relationship with Firm Performance. OLS is not possible due to the trend in data. In this research unit root test and Penal Co-integration test used for finding the long-run relationship equilibrium. This research paper provides guidelines to corporate practitioners and academia to understand and focus on working capital to improve profitability in the organization. Findings revealed that different sectors have different characteristics of working capital in the long-run equilibrium. This research intends to give future direction for the researcher to develop theories of liquidity and working capital

Since entrepreneurs may be vital in the growth of rural communities, especially those in less industrialized regions, they are frequently confronted with a variety of social issues. Finding new sources of revenue and employment possibilities for them is essential. There is no doubt that entrepreneurial businesses help the host community and the nation\u27s economy. Kashmir\u27s rural areas have certain unique characteristics that can be turned into enticing tourist destinations. This study accesses rural tourism entrepreneurship as a strategy for economic development in the Kashmir valley, examines the literature on rural tourism and rural tourism potential. The Kashmir valley poses huge potential for rural tourism and there is a big gap in the development of these destinations.     This paper aims to evaluate the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Company’s Financial Performance (CFP) operating or based in Pakistan. Emerging CSR practices in the developed world have raised question about the inclination of the developing world towards CSR. Pakistan being a developing country, its corporate sector is more concerned about profit maximization than CSR. Various studies around the globe have established that CSR has a positive impact on the financial performance of a company. In this study, secondary data has been used from audited annual reports of 26 companies listed in KSE of similar size from different sectors, which are striving towards better CSR. The data ranges from 2008 to 2012 (5 years). The researchers have used Stakeholder theory to measure CSR; stakeholders include Government, Employees, Suppliers, Creditors, Shareholders and Customers. Return on Asset (ROA) was used as a surrogate for Company’s financial performance (CFP). The result of Multiple Regression Model showed a significant impact of CSR on CFP for only a few stakeholders. After adjusting the model according to Pakistan’s scenario, customers, shareholders and creditors were identified as the key stakeholders for CSR to have an impact on CFP. Analyses also bifurcated the results for KSE 100 index companies and Non KSE 100 index companies in order to have an idea as to how firm size disparity affects CSR’s impact on CFP. The outcomes of the research would be helpful for the corporate decision makers, government policy formulators and other related quarters to understand the impact of CSR on CFP with reference to Pakistan

    IMPACT OF BRAND IMAGE ON BUYING BEHAVIOUR AMONG TEENAGERS

    The objective of this research study is to analyze the impact of brand image on teenagers brand choice, source of information, factors affecting buying choice and level of satisfaction. The sample of the study is 300 respondents in which 150 students were chosen from schools and 150 students were selected from colleges of Karachi. Two schools and two colleges were selected for this research study. Through a structured questionnaire data were collected and with the help of SPSS, analysis was made. The results revealed that values of regression analysis shows that there is 33.7% variance of buying behavior of teenagers explain by the impact of advertisement on buying behavior, advertisement’s impact on brand image and brand image impact on brand loyalty. The results of Pearson correlation shows that teenagers buying behavior is significantly 36% correlated with teenager’s loyalty and 49% with advertisement impact on brand image. The teenagers buying behavior is also 38.8% positively and significantly correlated with advertisement. The results of correlation also interpreting that the all relationship is positive and high significant at 0.01 level. There is a practical relation between brand image and consumer teenager buying behaviour. Marketers can utilize the findings in order to come up with carious marketing strategies in order to target teenagers in more precise manner
