Comparison of Dyna-Clue and land change modeler software for predictive modelling in the suburban area of Prague

Srovnání možností software Dyna-CLUE a Land Change Modeler pro predikční modelování suburbánního rozvoje modelového území v zázemí Prahy Abstrakt Cílem práce bylo pomocí softwaru Dyna-CLUE a Land Change Modeler (LCM) predikovat vývoj využití suburbánního území v zázemí hlavního města Prahy a na základě dosažených výsledků porovnat možnosti těchto softwarů. V práci byla využita časová řada dat krajinného pokryvu získaná na katedře aplikované geoinformatiky a kartografie, územní plány jednotlivých obcí a informace o třídách BPEJ poskytnuté Výzkumným ústavem meliorací a ochrany půdy. Na základě těchto dat byla v obou softwarech zpracována predikční mapa krajinného pokryvu pro rok 2020. Oba výsledky byly následně porovnány. Bylo zjištěno, že modely respektují zákaz rozvoje zástavby v předem stanovených oblastech. V souladu s územními plány se také v obou softwarech podařilo správně rozmístit novou rezidenční zástavbu. U komerční zástavby nebyl tento požadavek zcela naplněn. Z výsledků práce je patrné, že oba modely jsou schopné vytvořit korektní mapu zobrazující stav krajinného pokryvu v budoucím okamžiku na základě zadaných požadavků, ovšem velká nestabilita LCM a nutnost použití jiných softwarů při práci s Dyna-CLUE práci do určité míry komplikují. Klíčová slova: Dyna-CLUE, Land Change Modeler, predikční...Comparison of Dyna-CLUE and Land Change Modeler software for predictive modelling in the suburban area of Prague Abstract The objective of this work was to predict the development of the suburban area of Prague, using Dyna- CLUE and Land Change Modeler (LCM) software, and based on the results compare the capabilities of both these software tools. In this work I used time series of land cover data obtained by the department of applied geoinformatics and cartography, local plans of the municipalities, and information about soil protection provided by the Research Institute for Soil and Water Conservation. Based on these data, a predicted land cover map for 2020 was created in both software tools. The results were then compared and showed that the models respect the restriction of development in predetermined areas. In accordance with local plans, new residential development was properly allocated. For commercial development, the requirements were not completely fulfilled. It is evident that both models are able to create a correct map of future land cover based on specified requirements. However, the instability of LCM and the necessity of using other software while working with Dyna- CLUE somewhat complicated the work. Processing of historical and modern results of survey activities and their use in practice

Tématem bakalářské práce je přepracování historických a novodobých výsledků zeměměřických činností. Celou práci jsem se snažila propojit se svými vlastními zkušenostmi a hlavně praktickými ukázkami své práce. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, ve kterých postupně představuji vznik a vývoj mapových podkladů od dávné historie až po současnost.The theme of the thesis is the reprocessing of historical and modern results of survey activities. All the work I'm trying to connect with their own experience, and especially practical examples of their work. The work is divided into several chapters that gradually introduce the origin and evolution of maps from ancient history to the present.

The possibilities of using coaching in the work of building and land offices

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití koučování v práci stavebních a pozemkových úřadů. Cílem je zjistit, jaké povědomí mají zaměstnanci těchto úřadů o koučování a jak jsou spokojeni se stavem vedení a řízení na jejich pracovišti. Výsledkem je formulování závěrů a doporučení, sestavených na základě výsledků z dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů.This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to possibilities of using coaching in the work of building and land offices. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to find out what employees of these offices know about coaching and how they are satisfied with the state of leadership and management in their workplace. The result is to formulate conclusions and recommendations, which were compiled from the results of the questionnaire and structured interviews.

Cost of architectural and engineering work

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi stanovení nákladů architektonické a inženýrské činnosti. Cílem je zjistit, jaké náklady se pojí s architektonickou a inženýrskou činností a z nich následně stanovit náklady na měrnou jednotku – hodinu práce a m3 obestavěného prostoru. Dalším krokem je srovnání reálných cen zakázek zkoumané firmy s cenami zjištěnými z cenových pomůcek využívaných v České republice. Výsledkem je formulování závěrů a shrnutí výsledků zjištěných v rámci praktické části diplomové práce.This diploma thesis is dedicated to possibilities for assessing the costs of architectural and engineering works. The aim of the diploma thesis is determining costs which are associated with architectural and engineering work and then to define costs per unit of measure – an hour of work and m3 built-up space. The next step is to compare real prices of contracts with those found from the pricing tools used in the Czech Republic. The result is to formulate conclusions and summary of results, which were find out from the practical part of this diploma thesis.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PVA NANOFIBER TEXTILES WITH INCORPORATED NANODIAMONDS, COPPER AND SILVER IONS

The unique properties of nanotextiles based on poly(vinyl-alcohol) (PVA) manufactured using electrospinning method have been known and exploited for many years. Recently, the enrichment of nanofiber textiles with nanoparticles, such as ions or nanodiamond particles (NDP), has become a popular way to modify the textile mechanical, chemical and physical properties. The aim of our study is to investigate the macromechanical properties of PVA nanotextiles enriched with NDP, silver (Ag) and copper (Cu) ions. The nanofiber textiles of a various surface weight were prepared from 16% PVA solution, while glyoxal and phosphoric acid were used as cross-linking agents. The copper and silver ions were diluted in aqueous solution and NDP were dispersed into the fibers by ultrasound homogenization. All but one set of samples were exposed to the temperature of 140 °C for 10 minutes. The samples without thermal stabilization exhibited significantly lower elastic stiffness and tensile strength. Moreover, the results of tensile testing indicate that the addition of dispersed nanoparticles has a minor effect on the mechanical properties of textiles and contributes rather to their reinforcement. On the other hand, the lack of thermal stabilization results in a poor interconnection of individual nanofiber layers and the non-stabilized textiles exhibit a lower elastic stiffness and reduced tensile strength

Katastrální území Postřelmůvek spadá pod Katastrální úřad pro Olomoucký kraj, katastrální pracoviště Šumperk. Podkladem pro zpracování tohoto geometrického plánu byla katastrální mapa digitalizovaná a původní zeměměřická činnost z roku 1898. Veškeré práce byli prováděny v souladu s katastrální vyhláška č. 357/2013 Sb., kterou se provádí zákon č.256/2013 Sb. o katastru nemovitostí České republiky, tj. katastrální zákon, které nabyly účinnosti 1.1.2014.The objectives of this diploma work is draw sketches for the correction of geometric and positional determination of area estate in the cadastral Postřelmůvek, which I worked with in the context of the contract awarded. Postřelmůvek cadastral area falls under the Land Registry Office for the Olomouc region, Šumperk cadastral office. The basis for the preparation of this plat was digitized cadastral map and the original Surveying work in 1898.
