Pemanfaatan Ekstrak Daun Sirsak (Annona muricata Linn) Terhadap Profil Lipid (Studi Pada Tikus Putih Jantan (Rattus norvegicus) Galur Wistar Yang Diberi Diet Tinggi Lemak Tnggi Kolesterol)

Latar Belakang : Profil lipid merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner. Daun sirsak merupakan tanaman obat tradisional yang mengandung berbagai senyawa metabolik yang berperan terhadap perbaikan profil lipid. Tujuan :Mengetahui efek ekstrak daun sirsak terhadap profil lipid ( kadar kolesterol total, kolesterol LDL, kolesterol HDL dan trigliserida). Metoda : Studi eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian randomized pre-posttest with control group design pada 28 tikus Wistar jantan yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Kelompok kontrol (K) hanya diberikan diet tinggi lemak tinggi kolesterol dan kelompok perlakuan (P1,P2,P3) diberikan diet tinggi lemak tinggi kolesterol dan ekstrak daun sirsak dengan dosis masing-masing 100,200,dan 300 mg/kgBB per hari selama 28 hari. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis dan Mann Whitney. Hasil : Rerata kadar kolesterol total menurun signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan P1 (p=0,028) dari 60,7 mg/dl (47,6-75,3) menjadi 45,5 mg/dl (38,4-62,4). Rerata kadar kolesterol HDL meningkat signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan P2 (p=0,043) dari 26,0 mg/dl (19,7-35,3) menjadi 27,9 mg/dl (18,8-38,0). Rerata kadar kolesterol LDL dan trigliserida menurun meskipun secara statistic tidak signifikan. Simpulan : Pemberian ekstrak daun sirsak secara signifikan dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total dan meningkatkan kadar kolesterol HDL. Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Jasa Pengiriman Barang Jalur Darat dalam Perspektif Hukum Perdagangan

In the service of sending goods through expeditionary routes, there are three routes by land, sea and air. Shipping by land has a very high risk. This research has the aim of first, to find out the legal protection of goods delivery services by land. Second, to find out the responsibility of the goods delivery service company when there is a delay or the goods are damaged on the way of delivery. This type of research uses normative juridical research with statutory approach methods. The results of this study indicate that protection for business actors for the actions of consumers who use goods delivery services that are not in good faith is contained in Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Post and Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Existing regulations only provide repressive legal protection so that a preventive rule is needed. Goods delivery services by land have a responsibility for goods delivery service companies when there is a delay in delivery, which is to replace costs, as well as compensation for damage to goods based on the Civil Code, the Trade Code and Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection

Efek Ekstrak Daun Sirsak (Annona Muricata Linn) Terhadap Profil Lipid Tikus Putih Jantan (Rattus Norvegicus)

Background: Lipid profile effects is a risk factor for Coronary Heart Disease. Soursop leaves (Annona muricata L) isa traditional medicine plant containing metabolic compounds that contribute to the improvement of the lipid profile.Objective: To determine the effects of soursop leaves extract on lipid profile (total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDLcholesterol and triglyceride).Methods: An experimental study using randomized pre-posttest with control group design. Sample consisted of 28 maleWistar rats, were divided into four groups. The control group (K) was only given High Fat High Cholesterol (HFHC)diet and treatment groups (P1, P2, P3) were given a HFHC diet plus Annona muricata L extract with doses of 100, 200and 300 mg/kgBB per day for 28 days respectively. Data were analyzed by Wilcoxon test, Kruskal-Wallis and MannWhitney.Results: The mean total cholesterol level significantly decreased in the treatment group P1 (p = 0.028) from 60.7 mg/dl(47.6-75.3) to 45.5 mg/dl (38.4-62.4). Mean HDL cholesterol level significantly increased in the treatment group P2(p=0.043) from 26.0 mg/dl (19.7-35.3) to 27.9 mg/dl (18.8-38.0). The mean levels of LDL cholesterol and triglyceridedecreased but not significantly.Conclusion: The administration of Annona muricata L extract can decrease total cholesterol and increase HDLcholesterol significantly

Purpose: Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. This further research aims to test and analyze the Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency The sample in the study was 15 correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling method used in this study is to take it to the concerned corespodent. The data collection method was carried out by distributing interviews to correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages, namely respondents in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The data analysis technique is SWOT strategy analysis. Findings: From this advanced research activity, it resulted in the contribution of the development of agrotourism tourism villages to the improvement of the regional economy in Morowudi Ngebret Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency through the development of agrotourism tourism villages that can increase profitability and business development well and can improve village economic development in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. Pengaruh Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah dan Jumlah Penduduk terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Magelang Tahun 2009-2018

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of local taxes, localretributions and the number of populationagainst District Own Source Revenue (DOSR) in2009-2018 period. The data of this study are local taxes, local retributions, the number ofpopulation, and District Own Source Revenueof Magelang Regency in the 2009-2018 period.This research data collection technique uses the method of literature and research data issecondary data. The data analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regressionanalysis, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous local taxes,local retributions and the number of population affect the District Own Source Revenue witha percentage of influence of 95.6%. Partially, local taxeshas a significant positive effect onDistrict Own Source Revenue, while local retributions and the number of population do notaffect District Own Source Revenue
