AIoT-Driven Edge Computing for Rural Small-Scale Poultry Farming: Smart Environmental Monitoring and Anomaly Detection for Enhanced Productivity
The growing demand for chicken production has emphasized the importance of maintaining optimal conditions to improve quality and productivity.The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things(IoT) is recommended for the efficient management of the farm's environment. A potential solution is presented in this paper, utilizing IoT-based sensor nodes with ARM Cortex M3 - LPC 1769 and LORA technology to monitor chicken farms across diverse regions.The proposed solution incorporates a low-cost edge computing server-Jetson Nano device equipped with a machine learning model to categorize and monitor live environmental conditions in poultry farms. Real-time data from various branches is collected and analyzed using machine learning classification techniques including logistic regression, K nearest neighbors, and support vector machines.The performance of these algorithms is compared to identify the most effective approach. Upon evaluation, the K nearest neighbors emerges as the superior performer, achieving an impressive accuracy of 99.72% and an execution duration of 0.087 seconds on the Jetson Nano edge computing device. This cost-effective technology is tailored for small businesses in regions where farmers can gain valuable insights from data-driven decisions and closely monitor their operations. By incorporating AIoT into farm management, the challenges faced by small-scale poultry farming can be addressed, empowering farmers with enlightened techniques to improve overall productivity and quality

Basically, guarantee on Occupational safety and health are the efforts of companies to give support to every activity that employees do. Occupational safety and health guarantee existence will give safeness by itself so that employees can work well as procedure and rule defined by companies so job satisfaction can be realized. So if occupational safety and health guarantee can be maximized by companies, it can incerase job satisfaction so employees can work safetly and pleasantly and the target achievement as the final purpose that is appointed by companies can be reached maximally. This research has some purposes: 1) To find the impact of occupational safety on employee job satisfaction partialy in production division of PT. Indohamafish Jembrana Bali. 2) To find the impact of occupational health on employee job satisfaction partialy in production division of PT. Indohamafish Jembrana Bali. 3) To find the impact of occupational safety and health on job satisfaction in production division of PT. Indohamafish Jembrana Bali. This kind of research is explanatory research and the population of this research are production division of PT. Indohamafish Jembrana Bali employees, 80 as total by using total sampling technique. Multiple linear regression is used for Data Analysis technique with F test and t test. Research results shows that occupational safety has a partial impact for employees in PT. Indohamafish Jembrana Bali production division by 0,730. Occupationall health has a partial impact for employees in PT. Indohamafish Jembrana Bali production division by 0,199. Occupational safety and healthy working has a simultan impact for employees in PT. Indohamafish Jembrana Bali production division by 70,5%
Pengaruh Product Authenticity Dan Shopping Experience Terhadap Willingness to Purchase Melalui Consumer Love Pada Kopi Lokal Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh product authenticity dan shopping experience terhadap willingness to purchase melalui consumer love pada Kopi Lokal Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji outter model, uji inner model, uji hipotesis.Proses perhitungan menggunakan program smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa product authenticity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to purchase dan , consumer love berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to purchase. ,sedangkan shopping experience tidak berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap willingness to purchas
Manfaat Prediksi Cuaca Jangka Pendek Berdasarkan Data Radiosonde dan Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) untuk Pertanian Daerah
Indonesia as a continent- maritime has a climate characteristics in different regions. Information on fast and accurate weather forecasts to be one important needed an effective method of forecasting the weather. The study was based on radiosonde data and Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) using observational data at 00 Universal Time Coordinates (UTC) and 12 UTC. Radiosonde data analysis performed on the surface variables and K-index that are used to study the stability of the atmosphere and the potential of a thunderstorm. The results of the analysis of radiosonde data showed fluctuations in the surface variables during the observation and the highest K-index in the rainy season. NWP method using 4 variables predictant and 9 predictor variables. The analysis was done by reducing the dimensions of a predictor variable on the horizontal dimension (grid) and higher dimensions (levels) by using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and multivariate regression analysis. Weather prediction shows a fairly relevant results between observational data and the data shown by the allegations that the correlation value by 67%
Magnetic properties of Mn-doped Ge46 and Ba8Ge46 clathrates
We present a detailed study of the magnetic properties of unique cluster
assembled solids namely Mn doped Ge46 and Ba8Ge46 clathrates using density
functional theory. We find that ferromagnetic (FM) ground states may be
realized in both the compounds when doped with Mn. In Mn2Ge44, ferromagnetism
is driven by hybridization induced negative exchange splitting, a generic
mechanism operating in many diluted magnetic semiconductors. However, for
Mn-doped Ba8Ge46 clathrates incorporation of conduction electrons via Ba
encapsulation results in RKKY-like magnetic interactions between the Mn ions.
We show that our results are consistent with the major experimental

The Effect of Squid Extract (Loligo SP) on TNF-α and TGF-β1 Serum Levels During Wound Healing in Streptozotocin-induced Diabetic Rats
Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterised by elevated levels of blood glucose known as hyperglycaemia. Diabetes is due to impaired insulin action in the metabolism of glucose and can result in impaired wound healing. Excessive production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, an increased number of macrophages and neutrophils, and decreased levels of transforming growth factor - beta 1 (TGF-β1) serum can be characteristic of impaired wound healing. This study aims to determine the effects of squid extract on certain wound parameters such as levels of tumour necrosis factor - alpha (TNF-α), and TGF-β1 serum and the number of macrophages and neutrophils. Methods: This was a post-test only, randomized controlled group study that was conducted on male Wistar rats. Experimental animals were divided into 6 groups; (1) normal wound with standard diet, (2) diabetic wound with standard diet, (3) diabetic wound with chitosan supplement, (4) diabetic wound given squid extract orally once a day, (5) diabetic wound given squid extract orally twice a day, and (6) diabetic wound given squid extract orally once every two days. Levels of TNF-α and TGF-β1 serum were observed using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay. Haematocylin and eosin staining was used to observed macrophage and neutrophil counts. All data was analysed statistically by one-way analysis of variance. Results: TNF-α serum levels showed a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in subjects that received squid extract orally once every two days. The mean levels of TGF-β1 showed no significant differences. The mean number of macrophage cells showed a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in all treatment groups. The mean number of neutrophil cells also showed significant decrease (p < 0.05) in all treatment groups. Conclusions: Squid extract is effective in lowering the TNF-α serum levels and the number of macrophages and neutrophils cells in Wistar rats. However, there were insignificant findings on increasing levels of TGF-β1 serum. This data suggests that squid extract is most effective during the inflammatory phase of wound healing which takes places about 2-4 days after wound creation

Buah Nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus) adalah buah yang terbagi atas tiga bagian, yaitu kulit,
daging buah dan biji. Buah Nangka di Indonesia sangat digemari untuk dikonsumsi semua kalangan. Namun
pemanfaatan dari kulit buah Nangka yang berbentuk padatan jarang dilakukan sehingga menyebabkan limbah.
Limbah kulit Nangka tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan Glukosa atau Alkohol.
Penelitian Kinetika Reaksi Hidrolisa Pati dari Kulit Nangka dengan Katalisator Asam Chlorida
Menggunakan Tangki Berpengaduk bertujuan untuk menentukan parameter kinetika reaksi dan memperoleh
kondisi terbaik dalam proses hidrolisa tersebut
Metode Penelitian ini dimulai dari proses hidrolisa pati dengan variable suhu 50 ; 60 ; 70 ; 80 ; 90oC,
dan waktu pengadukan 30 ;40 ; 50 ; 60 ; 70 menit, menggunakan katalisator asam chlorida. Kemudian
diteruskan netralisasi dengan Sodium Hidroksida dan dipekatkan agar terbentuk glukosa pekat. Glukosa
tersebut kemudian dianalisa dengan metode Luff Schrool.
Hasil terbaik dari Hidrolisa pati kulit nangka tersebut adalah Persamaan konstanta kecepatan reaksi
sebesar dan koefisien difusi Molekular sebesar pada kondisi operasi
dengan suhu 90oC dan waktu hidrolisa 70 menit

classifying the web pages. We demonstrate the
usefulness of the uniform resource locator (URL) alone
in performing web page classification. This approach is
faster than typical web page classification, as the pages
do not have to be fetched and analyzed Uniform
Resource Locators (URLs) mark the address of the
resource on the World Wide Web, are often humanreadable
can indicate metadata about the resource[11].
Our approach segments the URL into meaningful tokens.
We construct a binary tree for the entire set of tokens
used in the hyperlinks and use J48 classifier. Our results
show that in certain scenarios, URL-based methods
approach show better performance
The misallocation of climate research funding
The window of opportunity for mitigating climate change is narrow. Limiting global warming to 1.5 °C will require rapid and deep alteration of attitudes, norms, incentives, and politics. Some of the key climate-change and energy transition puzzles are therefore in the realm of the social sciences. However, these are precisely the fields that receive least funding for climate research. This article analyzes a new dataset of research grants from 332 donors around the world spanning 4.3 million awards with a cumulative value of USD 1.3 trillion from 1950 to 2021. Between 1990 and 2018, the natural and technical sciences received 770% more funding than the social sciences for research on climate change. Only 0.12% of all research funding was spent specifically on the social science of climate mitigation
