    Пудендальная невралгия: диагностика и лечение

    В статье рассмотрены основные причины возникновения пудендальной невралгии. Подробно описаны критерии диагностики данного состояния. Рассмотрены и представлены основные методы лечения пудендальной невралгии, начиная от комплексного консервативного лечения (физическая терапия, медикаментозное, блокады), которое в большинстве случаев оказывается эффективным. А в случае его неэффективности или рецидива болевого синдрома рассмотрены вопросы проведения пульсовой радиочастотной терапии нерва. В настоящее время также изучаются возможности применения препаратов гиалуроновой кислоты, ботулотоксина для лечения половой нейропатии, а также криоанальгезии. При неэффективности консервативного лечения возможно выполнение хирургической декомпрессии полового нерв

    On the non-persistence of Hamiltonian identity cycles

    We study the leading term of the holonomy map of a perturbed plane polynomial Hamiltonian foliation. The non-vanishing of this term implies the non-persistence of the corresponding Hamiltonian identity cycle. We prove that this does happen for generic perturbations and cycles, as well for cycles which are commutators in Hamiltonian foliations of degree two. Our approach relies on the Chen's theory of iterated path integrals which we briefly resume.Comment: 17 page

    Upper bounds for the number of orbital topological types of planar polynomial vector fields "modulo limit cycles"

    The paper deals with planar polynomial vector fields. We aim to estimate the number of orbital topological equivalence classes for the fields of degree n. An evident obstacle for this is the second part of Hilbert's 16th problem. To circumvent this obstacle we introduce the notion of equivalence modulo limit cycles. This paper is the continuation of the author's paper in [Mosc. Math. J. 1 (2001), no. 4] where the lower bound of the form 2^{cn^2} has been obtained. Here we obtain the upper bound of the same form. We also associate an equipped planar graph to every planar polynomial vector field, this graph is a complete invariant for orbital topological classification of such fields.Comment: 23 pages, 5 figure

    On the multiplicity of the hyperelliptic integrals

    Let I(t)=δ(t)ωI(t)= \oint_{\delta(t)} \omega be an Abelian integral, where H=y2xn+1+P(x)H=y^2-x^{n+1}+P(x) is a hyperelliptic polynomial of Morse type, δ(t)\delta(t) a horizontal family of cycles in the curves {H=t}\{H=t\}, and ω\omega a polynomial 1-form in the variables xx and yy. We provide an upper bound on the multiplicity of I(t)I(t), away from the critical values of HH. Namely: $ord\ I(t) \leq n-1+\frac{n(n-1)}{2}if if \deg \omega <\deg H=n+1.Thereasoninggoesasfollows:weconsidertheanalyticcurveparameterizedbytheintegralsalong.     Mejora de la gestión del sistema educativo en una organización de educación secundaria

    The purpose of the article is the development and implementation of a model for managing educational system in a secondary education organization. To implement the model within the school, experimental work was carried out. It was carried out during two years from 2017 to 2018 and included several stages. The article reveals the essence of education and management of educational system for personality development of future school graduates. The authors analyze the activities of the school in the city of Dzerzhinsk in order to identify ways to improve educational system and its management. At the end of experimental work, it was found out that introduction of a management model of educational system into school’s activities made it possible to increase the level of familiarization of students to various areas of educational activities. The trainees took part in three municipal target programs the content of which was represented by various educational activities that favorably affect students’ personality development. Consequently, innovations introduced into the management system in the educational system have a positive effect on students, which proves the effectiveness of the model developed by the authors.El propósito del artículo es el desarrollo e implementación de un modelo para administrar el sistema educativo en una organización de educación secundaria. Para implementar el modelo dentro de la escuela, se realizó un trabajo experimental. Se llevó a cabo durante dos años, de 2017 a 2018, e incluyó varias etapas. El artículo revela la esencia de la educación y la gestión del sistema educativo para el desarrollo de la personalidad de los futuros graduados escolares. Los autores analizan las actividades de la escuela en la ciudad de Dzerzhinsk para identificar formas de mejorar el sistema educativo y su gestión. Al final del trabajo experimental, se descubrió que la introducción de un modelo de gestión del sistema educativo en las actividades escolares permitía aumentar el nivel de familiarización de los estudiantes con diversas áreas de actividades educativas. Los alumnos participaron en tres programas de objetivos municipales cuyo contenido estaba representado por diversas actividades educativas que afectan favorablemente el desarrollo de la personalidad de los estudiantes. En consecuencia, las innovaciones introducidas en el sistema de gestión en el sistema educativo tienen un efecto positivo en los estudiantes, lo que demuestra la efectividad del modelo desarrollado por los autores

    In the conditions of active development of Informatization and technologization of society there is urgent need for specialists carrying out pedagogical activity with the help of mechanical systems and robotics. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of content development for training master students in course "Mechatronics and Robotics" at pedagogical University. On the basis of Federal state educational standard, relevant documentation and necessary methodological support were prepared in higher educational institution. The article presents the process of developing the content of training masters in course "Mechanics and robotics". The development of a new profile of training is based on competence, activity and system approaches taking into account aspects of personal-oriented training and practice focus. On the basis of Federal state educational standard basic educational program, modules of educational programs, test content and methodical support are developed. The article reveals requirements and procedure for the development of theoretical content of training, as well as educational and industrial practices.En las condiciones de desarrollo activo de la informatización y la tecnologización de la sociedad, existe una necesidad urgente de especialistas que realicen actividades pedagógicas con la ayuda de sistemas mecánicos y robótica.     main purpose of vocational training in higher education is training of a competitive highly qualified graduate. The requirements for his professional and creative level of development increase with increasing role of creative abilities in professional activities implementation. The purpose of the article is to describe experience of students’ creative abilities development. The authors identified the stages of students’ creative abilities development: organizational and preparatory; activity-evaluation; designing, during which students develop original projects, develop creative abilities and readiness for creative activity. The article describes the experience of project training in the branch of Tyumen industrial University in Surgut. The stages of project preparation "Drilling rig, combined with installation of a rod depth pump (hereinafter –RSP) are analyzed in detail. The paper also provides examples of project tasks performed by students in the study of pedagogical courses. Criteria for evaluating creative abilities were developed. In order to achieve high results, students plan their own individual activities and team activities in detail, make non-standard decisions during the project, show flexibility in resolving conflicts and originality of ideas. Modern high school, acting in terms of competence approach, using project activities, contributes to developing an independent and creative personality of future professional.El objetivo principal de la formación profesional en la educación superior es la formación de un graduado competitivo altamente calificado. Los requisitos para su nivel de desarrollo profesional y creativo aumentan con el papel cada vez mayor de las habilidades creativas en la implementación de actividades profesionales. El propósito del artículo es describir la experiencia del desarrollo de habilidades creativas de los estudiantes. Los autores identificaron las etapas del desarrollo de las habilidades creativas de los estudiantes: organizacionales y preparatorias; evaluación de actividad; diseño, durante el cual los estudiantes desarrollan proyectos originales, desarrollan habilidades creativas y preparación para la actividad creativa. El artículo describe la experiencia de capacitación en proyectos en la rama de la Universidad industrial de Tyumen en Surgut. Las etapas de preparación del proyecto "Plataforma de perforación, combinadas con la instalación de una bomba de profundidad de varilla (en adelante, RSP) se analizan en detalle. El documento también proporciona ejemplos de tareas de proyectos realizadas por estudiantes en el estudio de cursos pedagógicos. Criterios para evaluar habilidades creativas se desarrollaron.     We give a simple proof of an isomorphism between the two C[t]\mathbb{C}[t]-modules: the module of relative cohomologies Λ2/dHΛ1\Lambda^2/dH\land \Lambda^1 and the module of Abelian integrals corresponding to a regular at infinity polynomial HH in two variables.     Following overseas examples, educational institutions in Russia are trying to interact with other organizations implementing practical competence approach. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that modern educational environment is constantly changing both due to the dynamics of everyday and professional conditions. Due to competence approach constant monitoring and new resources are required for the development of each subject in this educational environment. The goal of the work is to create means for open social and educational environment realization which allows achieving positive results for all participants in the project. In this article, the authors raise the issue of modern educational environment creation as a resource for each subject of the educational process development.The article attempts to improve students’, teachers’ and others participants’ interested in educational environment development interaction. We try to achieve a qualitatively new level of participants’ skills and competencies development in this process. For this, analysis of the essence and structure of educational process in a higher educational institution was carried out. After that, the authors propose, within the framework of a project implemented by Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University on the organization and development of the social and educational environment, to conduct special computer literacy courses for the elderly. The courses offered combine the activities of a large&nbsp;number of people who, working for a common result, achieve the development of individual qualities. The results obtained are the basis for further improvement of educational environment.Siguiendo ejemplos en el extranjero, las instituciones educativas en Rusia están tratando de interactuar con otras organizaciones implementando un enfoque de competencia práctica. La relevancia del tema radica en el hecho de que el entorno educativo moderno está cambiando constantemente debido a la dinámica de las condiciones cotidianas y profesionales. Debido al enfoque de competencia, el monitoreo constante y nuevos recursos son necesarios para el desarrollo de cada asignatura en este entorno educativo. El objetivo del trabajo es crear medios para la realización de un entorno social y educativo abierto que permita lograr resultados positivos para todos los participantes en el proyecto. En este artículo, los autores plantean el tema de la creación de un entorno educativo moderno como un recurso para cada tema del desarrollo del proceso educativo.El artículo intenta mejorar la interacción entre los estudiantes, los maestros y otros participantes interesados en el desarrollo del entorno educativo. Intentamos alcanzar un nivel cualitativamente nuevo de desarrollo de habilidades y competencias de los participantes en este proceso. Para ello, se realizó un análisis de la esencia y estructura del proceso educativo en una institución de educación superior. Posteriormente, los autores proponen, en el marco de un proyecto implementado por la Universidad Pedagógica Estatal Nizhny Novgorod sobre la organización y el desarrollo&nbsp;del entorno social y educativo, realizar cursos especiales de alfabetización informática para personas mayores.
