Analisa dan Evaluasi Penggunaan SCADA pada Keandalan Sistem Distribusi PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pembagi Distribusi Riau dan Kepulauan Riau

One parameter of reliabilities from The Electrical Power Distribution System is the continuity of electrical power supply to the consumers. Therefore, it is needed a system that can monitor and control the performance of the distribution system in real-time and based on computers. The system which perform such these jobs is Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The Distribution System has been integrated with SCADA can minimize the time disturbances that has effect to the reliability index of Electrical Power Distribution System. Use reability indexin this research refers to index of Electrical Power Distribution System that is the value of System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI). This reliability index associated with the member disturbancesan and long disruption of the Distribution System. Index of Distribution System reliability of PT. PLN (Persero) APD Riau and Riau Islands has increased after the integration with SCADA systems. In this case percentage from reliability index Distribution System increase based on the analysis and calculation of SAIDI index value is 41.62%

Rancang Bangun Prototype Mesin Pemotong Rumput Kendali Jarak Jauh Menggunakan Aplikasi Android

ABSTRACTThis research develops a prototype of a remotely controlled lawn mower using Android smartphone with Bluetooth connection to avoid the risk of accidents. The lawn mower is controlled by an Android application developed with Mit App Inventor using HC-05 Bluetooth module connection. This prototype uses a DC motor as a driving motor to rotate the blade with an LM393 speed sensor using Arduino Uno microcontroller. The developed system is equipped with an option of grass height that can be adjusted. The test of HC-05 Bluetooth module resulted the maximum acceptable connection distance in the open space is 80 m and the maximum connection distance with a barrier is 10.45 m. DC motor speed tests are carried out on the lawn mowers at no load and loaded conditions. The results showed a slight decrease in motor speed at the grass height of 6 cm and 4 cm, but at 2 cm height the rotation dropped significantly.Keywords: lawn mower, remote control, Arduino Uno, Bluetooth, Androi

Doing self adaptation is not easy. It needs (a) long process. The self adaptation to the society cannot be separated from the interaction and communication process, within this research was called as interpersonal communication. Adaptation is not only needed by a person who has a normal sensory. But it is also needed by someone that has incomplete sensory capability, (such) as double disability mute and deaf.The theme of interpersonal communication of double sensory disability deaf and mute adaptation to the social environment was taken because the context of the double sensory disability people must do activities (like) normal people. It makes researcher want to know more about the daily living of those people who have sensory ability limitation. This research is interesting because the sources are people with double sensory disability. Besides, in this research the researcher is going to learn vocal non-verbal language and also symbolic language that has been used in their daily life.The type of research that will be used in this research is qualitative and using symbolic interaction as the approaches. For the first time, symbolic interaction was introduced by Herbert Blumer in 1962. Herbert Blumer said that words of symbolic interaction refered to the typical character from interaction that happen between human. The typicality especially in a fact that human interpret or define action between one another and not suddenly react without a reason or reciprocal. So, human interaction is mediated by the USAge of symbols, by interpretation or defining meaning of others actions. Based on the result of the research and the explanation also based on the matter point, this research could be concluded that double sensory disability people of deaf and mute, do activities as the people with no sensory disability. They can socialize with the society and have strong will to be success. The interaction and also interpersonal communication that being done help them to built their self concept. The most influential factor on their self adaptation is experience. Bad experience can cause bad personality and it could be happen at the opposite

Gambaran Glaukoma Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang

Diperkirakan pada tahun 2035, penderita diabetes mellitus akan meningkat menjadi 592 juta orang dari tahun 2013 yang jumlahnya diperkirakan 382 juta orang. Diabetes mellitus memiliki komplikasi makrovaskular dan mikrovaskular. Komplikasi mikrovaskular dapat berupa neuropati, pada mata seperti retinopati diabetikum, macular edem, katarak, dan glaukoma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran glaukoma pada pasien diabetes mellitus di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekstriptif retrospektif yang dilakukan pada Maret 2018 – April 2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang diambil secara total sampling. Data pasien didapatkan dari data rekam medis pasien di instalasi rekam medis RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan glaukoma pada pasien diabetes mellitus paling banyak pada jenis kelamin laki-laki (65,7%). Untuk usia, glaukoma pada pasien diabetes mellitus paling banyak terjadi pada kelompok usia 40-60 tahun (71,4%), sedangkan untuk jenis diabetesnya didapatkan pada diabetes tipe II dengan menderita DM >5 tahun. Jenis glaukoma pada pasien diabetes mellitus terbanyak adalah glaukoma sekunder. Perlu dilakukan studi epidemiologi lebih lanjut agar hasil lebih representatif

Pesan Moral Dalam Film Menolak Diam

This study examines the moral messages contained in a film. Film is a form of mass media that has a moral message to be conveyed to the audience indirectly, this is able to influence the point of view and behavior of the audience. One of the films that has a moral message related to social reality and social criticism by committing acts of corruption is the film Menolak Diam. The film Menolak Diam as a campaign for the anti-corruption movement, this film tells the story of the character Alif who questions the absence of a third grade graduation ceremony. Alif and his friends have questioned this but there is no clarity there. Alif suspects an act of misappropriation of funds, finally Alif and his friends try to find the truth by investigating and looking for evidence to uncover corruption cases that occurred at his school at Jogjakarta High School. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the moral message is described and understands the content of the moral message in the film Menolak Diam, a qualitative descriptive research method using qualitative data analysis techniques. The subject used is the film Menolak Diam data collection techniques by watching the film Menolak Diam and selecting cut scenes. Constitutional Design of Strengthening DPR Role in Forming, Changing, and Dissolving State Ministries in the Constitutional Views

As a country that maintains a presidential system of government, it is essential to concentrate on creating the framework and structure of government. This is closely tied to the establishment, evolution, and dissolution of such institutions. As a consequence, the President and the DPR will be capable of determining responsive and constitutional legal politics. This legal policy study focuses on how the growth and regulation of state ministries and state institutions were connected to the constitutional system's establishment, modification, and dissolution. Second, how can legal politics address this in a manner that seems to be constitutional? The objective of this study is to assess the arrangements pertaining to the formation, alteration, and dissolution of ministries and state institutions under the constitutional system in order to define the ideal political legislation.This research uses normative legal research methods with descriptive research specifications and is analyzed through library research and data analysis methods using juridical-qualitative. The results of the research and discussion in this study include: First, the arrangements regarding the formation, modification, and dissolution of ministries and state institutions do not yet have a clear legal basis so that the President as the holder of power, is irregular in issuing his policies. Second, the legal politics that was initiated wanted the Government and the DPR to be more synergized in terms of drafting legal considerations and normalizing them based on statutory regulations and principles in a presidential system of government
