EFFECTIVENESS OF LEVEL 1 PROGRESSIVE MOBILIZATION ON DECREASED INTRACRANIAL ADAPTIVE CAPACITY IN HEMORRHAGIC STROKE CASES

The prevalence of stroke diagnosed by doctors in Indonesia in 2018 was aged ≥ 15 years (10.9%) or an estimated 2,120,362 people. South Sulawesi has the highest prevalence of stroke based on diagnosis and symptoms reported by health workers. Hemorrhagic stroke is a stroke caused by rupture of a blood vessel in the brain, which results in downstream ischemia and hypoxia. One of the interventions that can be done to overcome the decrease in intracranial adaptive capacity is to perform stage progressive mobilization. The purpose of the case study was to carry out nursing care in hemorrhagic stroke patients with reduced intracranial adaptive capacity using level 1 progressive mobilization interventions in the ICU RSUP. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. The method used is a case study with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, physical examination and documentation. The results showed that level 1 progressive mobilization once a day for 3 days before and after the intervention found that level 1 progressive mobilization could be used to stabilize blood pressure, level of consciousness and oxygen saturation. The conclusion based on the results show that the implementation of level 1 progressive mobilization showed that on the first day to the third day of implementation there was an increasing in hemodynamic state, in this case the blood pressure improved, oxygen saturation increased and the level of consciousness increased. Strategy to accelerate COVID-19 vaccination coverage

Vaccination is carried out as an integrated effort to maximize the target of achieving vaccination to reduce mortality, break the chain and achieve herd immunity. Herd immunity can be achieved if the vaccination coverage is 60% -70%. However, until now, there have been many challenges in increasing the coverage of this vaccination. The Government has made various efforts to maximize the achievement of vaccination, but until now, the vaccination has yet to reach the target of 80%. Various factors and obstacles cause this, so a concrete strategy is needed to overcome them. Implementasi Web Services Sistem Integrasi Data Menggunakan Teknik Replikasi Data Pada Inventarisasi Bangunan Pemerintah

S: This system prototype displays a list of government data objects, buildings, projects, construction specifications, and recapitulation of building conditions in each city/regency server which provides URL service provider and service requestor. Web services technology enables the integration of application services from different systems that are at BPKAD Pontianak and Pontianak regency. The implementation of web service in data replication at server side will increase the speed when it is accessed. The research result of this web service is an appropriate infrastructure for the needs of data integration of buildings that are spread in each server of cities/regencies. The data integration which is built by using web service in the prototype data integration system can be used as a source of data and information to support the work of local government

Meningkatkan Lempar Lembing dengan Metode Tugas di SMPN 04 Boyan Tanjung Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu

The purpose of the study is to determine the level of learning outcomes javelin with assignment method in class VII SMP Negeri 04 Boyan Tanjung Kapuas Hulu. Forms of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were teachers collaborate with students of class VII SMP Negeri 04 Boyan Tanjung Kapuas Hulu as many as 30 students, consisting of 13 daughters and 17 sons. Based on the research that has been conducted in the first cycle are the results of students who completed amounted to 6 students (20%), while students who have not completed totaling 24 students (80%). Cycle II are the results by category complete all the graduating students were 30 students (100%) and have not completed totaled 0 or does not exist. This indicates that the class action is successful research

UPAYA KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH MUHAMMADIYAH WAWONASA KOTA MANADO

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Upaya Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru Di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Wawonasa Kota Manado dengan sub masalah (1) Bagaimana upaya langkah-lakngha Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme Guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Wawonasa Kota Manado? (2) Apa Kendala-Kendala solusi Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Wawonasa Kota Manado? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan study dokumentasi dengan menitik beratkan sumber data informan: Kepala Madrasah, Guru Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, olah raga dan Kesehatan, staf tata usaha dan Guru untuk mengokohkan keabsahan data yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat upaya dan langkah yang dilakukan oleh kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru yakni mengikut sertakan para guru pada kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) yang dilakukan baik oleh Kementerian Agama atau Diknas Provinsi atau Diknas Kabupaten Kota. Begitu juga mengikut sertakan pada kegiatan profesi keguruan misalnya Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) atau Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Membantu menguruskan kesejahteraan guru (sertifikasi) dan memberikan reward terhadap guru yang berprestasi. The aim of this study is to determine the presence of signs and combinations of signs (codes) that are present on the fictitious figure of Sarah Aprilia in Cologne Bask advertising on the internet. The sign and the code in general should have a common understanding by prospective readers (target audience). This research used qualitative approach with interpretative descriptive method because semiotic science is digging and discovery the meaning. In analyzing the fictitious figure of Sarah Aprilia, the sign that appearance is false sign. Deceptive mark is a sign that unknown origin , but the engineering rests on a natural object (hybrid), but viewers assume it was real presence. Perencanaan Strategis SI/TI Pada SMAI Al Azhar 10 Pontianak Menggunakan Pendekatan Metodologi Ward & Peppard

SMAI Al Azhar 10 Pontianak merupakan salah satu sekolah di Kota Pontianak yang telah memanfaatakan SI/TI untuk melaksanakan proses bisnisnya di dunia pendidikan. Namun SMAI Al Azhar 10 Pontianak belum mempunyai pedoman dalam memprioritaskan pengembangan SI/TI, belum mempunyai dokumen perencanaan strategis SI/TI, dan belum menggunakan SI secara maksimal padahal SI telah dibuat dikarenakan masih belum sesuai kebutuhan dan masih terdapat SDM yang belum terlatih. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan guna merancang perencanaan strategis sistem dan teknologi informasi sehingga bisa meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif sekolah. Metodologi yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metodologi Ward and Peppard yang terdiri dari dua tahapan yaitu tahapan masukan dan keluaran. Tahapan masukkan merupakan uraian kondisi saat ini dengan melakukan analisis lingkungan bisnis maupun SI/TI secara internal maupun eksternal. Analisis dilakukan dengan menerapkan beberapa tools yaitu dalam analisis lingkungan bisnis internal menggunakan SWOT, Value Chain, BSC dan CSFs sedangkan dalam analisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal menggunakan tools analisis PEST dan Porter’s Five Forces, dan untuk analisis SI/TI internal menggunakan McFarlan’s Strategic Grid dan adapun untuk tahapan keluaran yakni strategi bisnis SI, staregi TI, strategi manajemen SI/TI serta portofolio aplikasi mendatang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terciptanya dokumen perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang selaras dengan strategi bisnis sekolah sehingga mempermudah manajemen dalam pengelolaan sumber daya guna menghasilkan data informasi yang diperlukan, akurat, dan bisa dibagikan oleh seluruh pihak, meningkatkan daya saing secara kompetitif, meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas organisasi dalam pemanfaatan SI/TI, dan meningkatkan nilai investasi di bidang SI/TI

MUROTTAL THERAPY CAN OVERCOME SLEEP DISORDERS (CASE STUDY OF PERITONITIS PATIENTS)

Backgrounds: Peritonitis is inflammation of the peritoneum (serous membrane that lines the abdominal cavity and covers the abdominal viscera) is a dangerous disease that can occur in acute or chronic forms. Objective: The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for peritonitis patients by administering murottal therapy in the ICU room of Laburan Baji General Hospital, Makassar. Method: The method used is a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, observation of physical examination and documentation.
