    The Implementation of Learning Organization in Order to Increase Supply Chain Performance in SPR Maju Bersama Bojonegoro

    Sekolah Peternakan Rakyat (SPR) Maju Bersama was formed 3 years ago. SPR Maju Bersama still has some weaknesses in terms of human resource and supply chain performance. Learning organizations are needed for organizations to form an organization that can continuously run independent learning process, so that it has a fast thinking and acting to respond any changes. Therefore, SPR has to implement the learning organization. This paper aims to identify the effect of learning organization on supply chain performance in SPR Maju Bersama. A Model was developed and tested with quantitative and qualitative analysis. A total of 99 members of Sekolah Peternakan Rakyat Maju Bersama were used as data in this study. Quantitative data were analyzed using Structural Equation Mode- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that learning organization had a positive impact on supply chain performance but not significant. Supply chain driver had a positive and significant impact on supply chain performance. Supply chain driver was significantly impacted by learning organization. Leadership style had a positive and significant impact on learning organization. SPR Maju Bersama needs to optimize its facility and information utility as a strategy to improve its supply chain performance

    Ineffectiveness in the recruitment and selection process can be detrimental to the company. Companies need to minimize the inefeectiveness that occurs in the recruitment and selection process. Meanwhile, the literature that provides empirical evidence on factors of recruitment ineffectiveness and its resolution is very diverse and not comprehensive. This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of potential ineffectiveness in the recruitment and selection process for employess in Indonesia. A systematic study of literature is used in this study. The sample was obtained from 17 national journals that have been published and have been accredited and have an ISSN during the period 2006 to 2021 regarding recruitment and selection. There are 18 articles relevant to the research. This study groups articles covering topics, research methods and research sectors. The results of this study indicate that the most widely studied research topics come from the dependent variable, namely Civil Servants and employee performance, while the research method used is mostly qualitative methods, as well as the most studied sector, namely the public sector and various forms of process ineffectiveness

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan penelitian stres kerja di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan ialah artikel yang diterbitkan dari 20 jurnal nasional trakreditasi dalam kurun waktu pengamatan selama 8 tahun dri tahun 2012 hingga 2019 sehingga menghasilkan 37 artikel yang membahas tentang stres kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Hesford et al (2007) yaitu metode bibliografi yang mengacu ke “charting the field”. Peneliti mengklasifikasikan artikel menjadi tiga kelompok yaitu berdasarkan topik, metode penelitian, dan sektor penelitian. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti dari variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang mendominasi yaitu stres kerja, sedangkan metode penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Kebanyakan penelitian dilakukan di dektor publik

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak dari deskripsi pekerjaan bagi karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan pada 16 jurnal nasional berakreditasi pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2021.  Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 17 artikel yang membahas mengenai deskripsi pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode charting the field yang dikembangkan oleh (Hesford et al., 2007). Penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan topik, metode penelitian, dan sektor penelitian. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti dari variabel dependen adalah variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang paling banyak diteliti adalah variabel deskripsi pekerjaan. Metode penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan sebagian besar penelitian dilakukan pada sektor swasta.
