Reflexión acerca de la visión de la Gestión Integral de vulnerabilidad por desabastecimiento de agua en zona rural de Colombia

(Eng) The present review article refers to the management and baking processes to deal with environmental problems, specifically those that have to do with risk by water supply in rural areas, making an analysis of the integral management of water, the different international and national approaches, to reach the approach in Colombia and how the country welcomes these global guidelines for the proper management of water; It also proposes the analysis of three concepts that make it possible to complement IWRM, as a central approach that promotes multiple convergences from the academic sphere, such as adaptive management, resilience and governance to strengthen the systemic approach required in the management of water under the premise of sustainability. As a conseq uence of this analysis, the microbasin is considered as a socioecosystem given the intrinsic characteristics to provide water for different uses, being adversely affected by climatic anomalies, which deserves an analysis of the vulnerability of supply micr obasins to climate change and climate variability to make a critical approach to the problems in the region in terms of management.(Spa) El presente artículo de revisión refiere a los procesos de gestión y panificación para hacer frente a problemáticas ambientales, específicamente a las que tienen que ver con la vulnerabilidad por abastecimiento de agua en las zonas rurales, haciendo un a nálisis a la gestión integral del agua, los diferentes abordajes internacionales y nacionales, para llegar al contexto nacional de Colombia y como acoge el país estos lineamientos mundiales en procura de la gestión apropiada del agua , se propone también el análisis de tres conceptos que permiten complementar la Gestión Integral del Recurso Hídrico (GIRH), como planteamiento central que promueve convergencias múltiples desde el ámbito académico como lo son: La gestión adaptativa, la resiliencia y la gober nanza para fortalecer el abordaje sistémico requerido en el manejo del agua bajo la premisa de sostenibilidad. Como consecuencia de este analisis se plantea la microcuenca como un socioecosistema dadas las características intrínsecas para proveer agua para diferentes usos, siendo estas afectadas adversamente por las anomalías climáticas lo cual merece un analisis de la vulnerabilidad de microcuencas abastecedoras ante el cambio climático y la variabilidad climática para hacer un planteamiento critico de la problemática en la región en términos de gestión

Multilayer Lateral Heterostructures of Van Der Waals Crystals with Sharp, Carrier–Transparent Interfaces

Research on engineered materials that integrate different 2D crystals has largely focused on two prototypical heterostructures: Vertical van der Waals stacks and lateral heterostructures of covalently stitched monolayers. Extending lateral integration to few layer or even multilayer van der Waals crystals could enable architectures that combine the superior light absorption and photonic properties of thicker crystals with close proximity to interfaces and efficient carrier separation within the layers, potentially benefiting applications such as photovoltaics. Here, the realization of multilayer heterstructures of the van der Waals semiconductors SnS and GeS with lateral interfaces spanning up to several hundred individual layers is demonstrated. Structural and chemical imaging identifies {110} interfaces that are perpendicular to the (001) layer plane and are laterally localized and sharp on a 10 nm scale across the entire thickness. Cathodoluminescence spectroscopy provides evidence for a facile transfer of electron-hole pairs across the lateral interfaces, indicating covalent stitching with high electronic quality and a low density of recombination centers

Implementación Del Programa De Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas, En La Producción De Tomate De Mesa Bajo Cubierta Con 12 Productores En El Municipio De Balboa Cauca

La implementación del programa de buenas prácticas agrícolas, en la producción de tomate de mesa bajo cubierta, con 12 productores en el municipio de Balboa Cauca, de las veredas la Villa, la Palma, el Mirador, la primavera, y Cresta de Gallo, fue una iniciativa desarrollada por dos estudiante de agronomía, quienes plantearon el proyecto de grado aplicado como opción de grado, el cual se basó en brindar asistencia técnica integral enfocada hacia el uso de prácticas agronómicas amigables con el agro ecosistema a los pequeños productores de tomate bajo invernadero o cubierta , estableciendo nuevas instalaciones y mejorando otras. Este proyecto contó con una metodología de capacitación a través de las escuelas de campo para agricultores ECAS, las cuales se orientaron sobre temáticas de uso racional de recursos naturales, manejo integrado de plagas y enfermedades, manejo de integral del cultivo de tomate (podas sanitarias, de formación y dominancia apical). De esta manera se generaron impactos positivos dentro de las comunidades en las que se desarrolló el proyecto, uno de los resultados fue el impacto ambiental a través del uso racional de los recursos naturales y la disposición final de residuos sólidos que se generan en las unidades agrícolas. Otro impacto generado fue el socioeconómico, gracias a la implementación de esta iniciativa productiva contribuyó de forma significativa al fortalecimiento del tejido social y a minimizar los impactos negativos y potenciar los positivos, mejorando la relación con las comunidades a partir de implementación de las capacitaciones y visitas en campo, incentivando la cohesión y el trabajo en equipo, este tipo de iniciativas redundará en la conformación de organizaciones de productores a través de estrategias que se considera clave para ingresar y aprovechar oportunidades de negocio en los mercados. El impulso de esta iniciativa permite generar condiciones para la producción sostenible, mejorando servicios sociales, asegurando que la población rural actual disponga de manera óptima de todos sus recursos, generando bienestar social.The implementation of the program of good agricultural practices, in the production of table tomato under cover, with 12 producers in the municipality of Balboa Cauca, of the villages of La Villa, La Palma, El Mirador, Primavera, and Cresta de Gallo, was an initiative developed by two agronomy students, who proposed the degree project applied as a degree option, which was based on providing comprehensive technical assistance focused on the use of agronomic practices agro ecosystem to small tomato producers under greenhouse or cover, establishing new facilities and improving others. This project had a training methodology through the field schools for ECAS farmers, which were oriented on topics of rational use of natural resources, integrated management of pests and diseases, management of integral tomato cultivation (sanitary pruning, of formation and apical dominance). In this way, positive impacts were generated within the communities where the project was developed, one of the results was the environmental impact through the rational use of natural resources and the final disposal of solid waste generated in agricultural units. Another socio-economic impact was generated, thanks to the implementation of this productive initiative contributed significantly to strengthening the social fabric and minimizing the negative impacts and enhancing the positive ones, improving the relationship with the communities from the implementation of training and visits in field, encouraging cohesion and teamwork, this type of initiatives will result in the formation of producer organizations through strategies that are considered key to enter and take advantage of business opportunities in the markets. The impulse of this initiative allows generating conditions for sustainable production, improving social services, ensuring that the current rural population optimally disposes of all its resources, generating social welfare
