    Creativity in education: The philosophical aspect

    © 2017. Creativity is an activity that generates something qualitatively new. Activities can be as creativity in any field: scientific, production, technology, art, and politics - where something new is being invented. Creativity can be considered in two aspects: psychological and philosophical. The psychology of creativity explores the process, the psychological "mechanism" of the creative act of the individual. Philosophy considers the question of the essence of creativity, which was put in different ways in different historical epochs. The problem of creativity is one of the traditional, so-called "eternal" problems of philosophy. It is rooted in the ancient era, in the "axial time" of human history and even further. Its emergence is associated with an interest in ontological problems in general: the problem of being, the origin of the world, the problem of "novelty", consciousness, and the problem of the possibility of cognition. Finally, it is associated with a complex of anthropological and aesthetic problems. Therefore, it is not surprising that attempts to comprehend the essence of creativity have been made throughout the history of philosophy and many thinkers have considered this problem and found their solutions to problems and answers to the question, what creativity is

    © Serials Publications.The article discusses the causes and conditions of juvenile crime in Russia on the basis of analysis of scientific and creative approaches to highlight social and personal microcredit determinants. In the process of writing were used research methods: analysis, synthesis, statistics, comparison and others. The author notes a direct relationship between the causes and conditions conducive to the Commission of crimes minors and insufficient efficiency of measures aimed at neutralization and subsequent elimination. Attention is drawn that the problem of the causes and conditions conducive to the Commission of juvenile crime in Russia involves a comprehensive and systematic scientific approach in their research, which indicates that they are not only criminological and criminal law, and more socio-economic and cultural-educational aspects. Therefore, in order to prevent juvenile crime the necessary socio-economic and cultural-educational factors on the neutralization and elimination of causes and conditions conducive to the Commission of crimes of minors, consistent and efficient operation of all government and law enforcement agencies to prevent, identify and prosecute perpetrators, as well as the constructive activities of the state bodies, public organizations and other institutions of civil society in shaping the law-abiding younger generation of Russian citizens

In modern linguistics verbal aggressiveness is meant as the form of aggressiveness in terms of psychological injury basically involving verbal speech components such as invective, abuse and the like. The paper also defines verbal aggressiveness types and gives some examples of lexical items of aggressiveness provided by linguistic research of Surgut state university scientific-educational linguistic centre. On the other hand, the paper touches upon the problem of non-normative ethnonyms and informal toponyms' study as lexical means of verbal aggressiveness. It is known that ethnonyms used for expressive and negative evaluation of the representative of this or that ethnic group are defined as non-normative ethnonyms, toponyms used in colloquial language are identified as informal toponyms

Foreign language is one of the main disciplines for the educational program of the direction 23.03.01. "Oil and Gas Business". The study of this discipline in higher institution involves raising the initial level of foreign language knowledge, achieved at the previous level of education. The realities of modern society require usage of a foreign language not only in our everyday life but also in the professional field. Therefore the implementation of special preparation of students-specialists not only in their field, but also capable of solving professional problems in a foreign language environment is needed. Thus, one of the educational competences (EC) is EC5: ability to communicate orally and in writing in Russian and foreign languages to meet the challenges of interpersonal and intercultural communication, as well as EC-7: the ability to self-organization and self-education. A foreign language is an effective means of forming these competencies.
