    The willingness of teachers to use modern educational technologies in educational process

    Among the most significant trends in the development of vocational education, introduction and use of educational technologies can be distinguished. Since the main goal of higher schools is to prepare a competent competitive specialist, they search for the most suitable methods that contribute to rapid achievement of results. The use of technologies by educational institutions is explained by their advantage over other methods of developing professional competence. Due to implementation of a certain algorithm of actions, they allow you to achieve guaranteed results in a timely manner. The purpose of the article is to form future teachers ' the level of competency development, reflecting students’ willingness to adapt, adjust and use educational technologies in professional teaching activities. To do this, we checked the level of motivation of future teachers, the level of knowledge of the theoretical foundations of educational technologies, their design and implementation in professional and pedagogical activities, and the level of formation of the ability to reflect. The development of competencies reflecting the student’s readiness to adapt, adjust and use educational technologies in professional pedagogical activity was carried out in a certain logical sequence, so that the student possessed versatile knowledge about educational technologies, was capable of their systematic creative application and his reflective activity was associated with self-actualization and striving for the implementation of constructive professional activities. The development process was carried out in the course of students solving research and design problems. Research activity was carried out by students in the study of the course “Pedagogical technologies”, fundamental for future teachers of vocational training.     Phenological assessment of early-maturing soybean accessions (<i>Glycine max</i> (L.) Merr.) under the conditions of Moscow Province

    Background. The range of early-maturing cultivars suitable for the Non-Black-Earth Zone of the Russian Federation (RF) is extremely limited. The main method of finding sources of earliness for crop production and breeding is the evaluation of the gene pool under the required conditions.Materials and methods. The objects of the study were 81 soybean accessions from the VIR collection, precharacterized as early-ripening under the conditions of Northwest Russia. The studies were carried out in 2018–2020 as field trials under the conditions of Moscow Province.Results. Soybean accessions were characterized by the duration of the emergence-to-flowering (37–53 days), flowering-to-ripening (50–85 days) and emergence-to-ripening (81–130 days) periods. The extreme ripening dates for the accessions were observed from August 20 to October 5, while the maximum duration from emergence to ripening was from 93 to 139 days. The highest sum of active temperatures above 10°C for a growing season ranged from 1642 to 2189°C. Most of the studied accessions were characterized by a short emergence-to-flowering period. Therefore, the differences among accessions in the duration of the growing season were mainly due to the different lengths of their flowering-to-ripening period.Conclusion. Soybean seeds should ripen no later than the first 10 days of September for a stable harvest under the weather conditions of the Russian Non-Black-Earth Zone. There were 32 accessions from breeding centers of the RF, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Sweden, and the U.S. that met these requirements during the three years of observations. The selected accessions demonstrated a short emergence-to-flowering period of 37–48 days, and the length of their flowering-to-ripening period of 50–66 days, on average for three years. They can be used as sources of earliness in soybean breeding

    Blood preparations of humans and animals in terms of their quality, efficacy and safety

    The problems of quality and safety products derived from human blood plasma and hyperimmune animal sera as well as recombinant blood products resolved strict government regulation of their production processes. The risk of implications is minimized by plasma fractionation and purification of a specific drugs from various impurities (immunoglobulin aggregates, protease, plasmin, plasminogen, prekallikrein activator, IgA and IgM etc.). Viral safety is achieved by multi-step manufacturing process that includes at least two independent methods (treatment with solvent/detergent + incubation at low pH or pasteurization, combined with polyethylene glycol processing). It was justified that for today the technological process of the development of plasma preparations and hyperimmune animal sera has reached its limit. Their further development is the most likely to refer to specific improvements. The improvements will relate to increasing the efficiency of manufacturing technologies and methods of clinical use (preparations for subcutaneous administration, combinations of different immunoglobulin preparations, etc.), viral safety, ways to eliminate component, that were previously not considered to be able to influence the outcome of clinical use (soluble molecules CD4, CD8, HLA, thrombin, trace amounts of blood clotting factors VIII, IX, X, XI, XII etc.). At the same time new genetic engineered preparations with well-characterized molecular composition and a high selectivity for target impact are expected to appear on the market because of these unsolved issues. These are recombinant blood factors with altered properties; cocktails of recombinant antibodies and Fab-fragments of IgG, highly affine for toxin epitopes, etc. Therefore, in the upcoming years it is necessary to create in Russia a new system for assessing the quality, efficacy and safety of blood products, taking into account the future course of their development

    Dark energy problem: from phantom theory to modified Gauss-Bonnet gravity

    The solution of dark energy problem in the models without scalars is presented. It is shown that late-time accelerating cosmology may be generated by the ideal fluid with some implicit equation of state. The universe evolution within modified Gauss-Bonnet gravity is considered.     Synthesis, recyclization under the action of methanol and analgetic activity of N'-(5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene)furan-2-carbohydrazides

Available online: 01.12.22.The synthesis method for obtaining methyl 5-aryl-1-(furan-2-carbonyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylates developed.Five new compounds not previously described in the literature were obtained.Some of the compounds obtained have been found to have significant analgetic effects.New methyl 5-aryl-1-(furan-2-carbonyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylates were obtained via decyclization reaction of N'-(5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene)furan-2-carbohydrazides under the action of methanol. Starting N'-(5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene)furan-2-carbohydrazides were obtained by intramolecular cyclization of substituted 4-aryl-2-[2-(furan-2-ylcarbonyl)hydrazinylidene]-4-oxobutanoic acids in propionic anhydride. The structure of the compounds obtained was confirmed by the 1H NMR spectroscopy, IR spectrometry and elemental analysis methods. Analgesic activity of some obtained compounds was studied by the “hot plate” method on outbred white mice of both sexes with intraperitoneal injection.This study was performed under financial support of the “Rational Use of the Earth Interior” Perm Scientific Educa-tional Center 2023 and Ministry of Science and Higher education of Russian Federation FSEG-2022-0012

    Analysis of the Key Directions of Low-Carbon Transformation of the Moscow Economy for the Period until 2035

    Принятие федеральной Стратегии социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации с низким уровнем выбросов парниковых газов до 2050 года определяет необходимость учета климатического аспекта в стратегическом планировании, в том числе на уровне отдельных регионов и городов. Цель статьи заключается в анализе ключевых и наиболее эффективных направлений низкоуглеродной трансформации экономики города Москвы. Исследование опирается на методы математического моделирования и сценарного прогнозирования, модельный инструментарий разработан для оценки прямых эмиссий парниковых газов, обусловленных потреблением топливноэнергетических ресурсов. Москва является регионом-лидером в части снижения эмиссий парниковых газов: за 2012-2019 гг. они сократились на 9 % благодаря модернизации сектора энергоснабжения, приоритезации когенерации, развитию городского транспорта. На период до 2035 г. реалистичной и достижимой является цель снижения эмиссий еще на 7-11 %. Для этого необходимо активизировать меры по следующим ключевым направлениям: энергоэффективные капитальные ремонты и новое строительство (включая программу реновации), автоматизация центральных тепловых пунктов и узлов управления системами теплоснабжения в сфере зданий и ЖКХ, полная электрификация общественного транспорта, стимулирование топливной эффективности и использования электромобилей (личных, а также в сфере такси, каршеринга, доставки, коммерческих перевозок) в сфере транспорта. В сфере энергетики следует отказаться от форсированного наращивания собственной электрогенерации: альтернативой должны стать поддержание существующих эффективных генерирующих мощностей и закупка недостающих объемов на профицитном оптовом рынке электроэнергии. Для обеспечения условий низкоуглеродной трансформации Москвы целесообразно внедрить критерий влияния принимаемых мер на объем эмиссий при планировании всех городских программ, схем развития и инвестиционных проектов. Результаты и выводы статьи могут быть полезны при разработке документов стратегического планирования города Москвы.The adoption of the Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation with low greenhouse gas emissions until 2050 requires considering the climate aspect of strategic planning, including at the regional and city levels. The article analyses key areas of low-carbon transformation of the Moscow economy. The study is based on the methods of mathematical modelling and scenario forecasting, utilised to estimate direct greenhouse gas emissions from energy and fuel consumption. Moscow is the leading region in terms of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, as they decreased by 9 % in 20122019 due to the modernisation of the energy sector, use of cogeneration, and development of urban transport. For the period until 2035, a realistic and achievable goal is to reduce emissions by another 7-11 %. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen measures in the following areas: energy-efficient capital repairs and construction (including the renovation programme); automation of central heating systems and heat supply units of buildings and housing and communal services; full electrification of public transport; promotion of fuel efficiency and the use of electric vehicles (personal and commercial transport, taxi, carsharing, delivery). In the energy sector, we recommend to maintain the existing generating capacities and purchase the rest on the surplus energy market rather than forcibly increase power generation. To ensure low-carbon transformation of Moscow, the criterion of the impact of adopted measures on emissions should be introduced and considered when planning city programmes, development schemes and investment projects.     The article introduces results on research of thinning of elliptic hot-formed heads manufactured at JSC Uralhimmash. The goal of this research is to reduce metal consumption of heads formed at the enterprise and, consequently, to reduce their production costs.     Динамика глобальной продольной деформации миокарда левого желудочка и уровня биомаркеров крови у больных ревматоидным артритом, получающих генно-инженерные биологические препараты или ингибиторы Янус-киназ

       Objective: to study the dynamics of global longitudinal myocardial strain (GLS) using echocardiography (speckle tracking method) and blood biomarker levels (NT -proBNP, soluble ST2, sST2) in RA patients against a background of 12 months of therapy with biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) or Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi).   Material and methods. The study included 50 patients with RA (ACR/EULAR criteria, 2010): 84 % were women, median age 51.0 [40.0; 59.0] years, median duration of RA was 4.5 [3.0; 14.0] years, median DAS28 5.7 [5.2; 6.4] points. 78 % of patients were positive for IgM rheumatoid factor, 66 % for antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptide. At the time of inclusion in the study, 38% of patients were receiving methotrexate, 38 % – leflunomide, 10 % – sulfasalazine, 12 % – hydroxychloroquine, 70 % – glucocorticoids, 82 % – nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 60 % of patients with RA had a history of inadequate efficacy of two or more DMARDs. After examination, all patients were prescribed bDMARDs or JAKi. TNF-α inhibitors were given to 38% of patients, anti-B-cell therapy – to 50% of patients, IL-6 inhibitors – to 4%, T-lymphocyte costimulation blockers – to 2 %, JAKi – to 6 % of RA patients. All patients with RA were examined before administration of bDMARDs and in dynamics after 12 months of treatment. Echocardiography was performed – tissue Dopplerography and evaluation by speckle tracking method of left ventricular myocardium GLS (GLD LVM); in blood serum the levels of NT-proBNP, sST2 were determined. The normal range for NT-proBNP was less than 125 pg/ml, and for sST2 less than 17.65 ng/ml. The control group consisted of 20 healthy subjects who were comparable in sex and age. RA patients and subjects in the control group had no cardiovascular disease.   Results and discussion. After 12 months of bDMARDs therapy, GLS LVM increased and the frequency of reduced GLS LVM decreased by 47 % (p &lt; 0.05). The indexed end-systolic volume of the left atrium also decreased. RA patients had higher values of NT-proBNP and sST2 compared to the control group (p &lt; 0.05). The variations of NT-proBNP level in blood serum of RA patients after 12 months of therapy were statistically insignificant (p = 0.5). The level of sST2 in the serum of patients with RA decreased significantly after 12 months of therapy compared to baseline (p &lt; 0.01). Direct correlations were found between the delta (Δ) of the level of sST2 and ΔDAS28, the level of ΔsST2 and ΔCRP, and ΔACCP. After 12 months of therapy, RA patients with persistent moderate/high disease activity had higher levels of systolic blood pressure and serum levels of NT-proBNP, lower left ventricular (LV) ejection fraction (LVEF) and GLS LVM than patients who had remission/low RA activity. There were no differences between groups in LVEF, LV size, LV myocardial mass index, and NT-proBNP levels. Negative correlations were observed between ΔGLD LVM and ΔESR and ΔsST2.   Conclusion. In patients with RA, a decrease in disease activity on a background of therapy with bDMARDs and JAKi leads to an improvement in GLS LVM. Administration of bDMARDs in patients with active RA and established LV subclinical myocardial dysfunction may slow the progression of myocardial dysfunction. Serum sST2 and NT-proBNP levels were increased in patients with RA compared with the control group. After 12 months of therapy with bDMARDs, the level of sST2 in the serum of RA patients decreased significantly, and the level of NT-proBNP did not change in dynamics.   Цель исследования – изучить динамику глобальной продольной деформации миокарда (ГПДМ) по данным эхокардиографии (метод speckle tracking) и уровня биомаркеров крови (NT-proBNP, растворимого ST2 – рST2) у больных ревматоидным артритом (РА) на фоне 12-месячной терапии генно-инженерными биологическими препаратами (ГИБП) или ингибиторами Янус-киназ.   Материал и методы. В исследование включено 50 пациентов с РА, соответствовавших критериям ACR/EULAR 2010 г. (84 % – женщины, медиана возраста – 51,0 [40,0; 59,0] год, длительности РА – 4,5 [3,0; 14,0] года, DAS28 – 5,7 [5,2; 6,4] балла). 78 % больных были позитивны по IgM-ревматоидному фактору, 66% – по антителам к циклическому цитруллинированному пептиду (АЦЦП). На момент включения в исследование 38 % больных получали метотрексат, 38 % – лефлуномид, 10 % – сульфасалазин, 12 % – гидроксихлорохин, 70 % – глюкокортикоиды, 82 % – нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты. У 60 % больных в анамнезе наблюдалась недостаточная эффективность двух и более базисных противовоспалительных препаратов. После обследования всем пациентам назначены ГИБП или ингибиторы Янус-киназ. 38 % больных получали ингибиторы фактора некроза опухоли α, 50 % – анти-В-клеточную терапию, 4 % – ингибиторы интерлейкина 6,2 % – блокаторы костимуляции Т-лимфоцитов, 6 % – ингибиторы Янус-киназ. Все пациенты обследованы до назначения ГИБП и после 12 мес лечения. Проведены эхокардиография – тканевая допплерография и оценка методом speckle tracking ГПДМ левого желудочка (ЛЖ); определение в сыворотке крови уровня NT-proBNP, рST2. Нормальная концентрация NT-proBNP составляет &lt; 125 пг/мл, рST2 – &lt; 17,65 нг/мл. В группу контроля вошли 20 здоровых лиц, сопоставимых по полу и возрасту. Больные РА и лица контрольной группы не имели сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.   Результаты и обсуждение. После 12 мес терапии ГИБП ГПДМ ЛЖ увеличилась, частота снижения показателей ГПДМ ЛЖ уменьшилась на 47 % (р&lt; 0,05). Также отмечалось уменьшение индексированного конечно-систолического объема левого предсердия. У больных РА выявлен более высокий сывороточный уровень NT-proBNP и рST2 по сравнению с контрольной группой (р &lt; 0,05). Изменение уровня NT-proBNP в сыворотке крови больных РА после 12 мес терапии было статистически незначимым (р = 0,5). Через 12 мес терапии у пациентов с РА уровень рST2 в сыворотке снизился по сравнению с исходным (р &lt; 0,01); отмечены прямые корреляции Δ уровня рST2 с ΔDAS28, Δ уровней СРБ и АЦЦП. У больных РА с сохраняющейся умеренной/высокой активностью заболевания после 12 мес терапии определялись более высокие уровни систолического артериального давления и NT-proBNP, более низкие фракция выброса (ФВ) ЛЖ и значения ГПДМ ЛЖ, чем у больных с ремиссией/низкой активностью РА. Различий в ФВ ЛЖ, размерах ЛЖ, индексе массы миокарда ЛЖ, уровне NT-proBNP между группами не обнаружено. Выявлены отрицательные корреляции ΔГПДМ ЛЖ с ΔСОЭ и ΔрST2.   Заключение. У больных РА снижение активности заболевания на фоне лечения таргетными препаратами (ГИБП или ингибиторами Янус-киназ) приводит к улучшению параметров ГПДМ ЛЖ. Назначение ГИБП больным с активным РА и выявленной субклинической дисфункцией миокарда ЛЖ может замедлить ее прогрессирование. У пациентов с РА уровень рST2 и NT-proBNP в сыворотке был повышен по сравнению с таковым в группе контроля. После 12 мес терапии ГИБП у больных РА уровень рST2 в сыворотке значимо снизился, а содержание NT-proBNP существенно не изменилось
