THE INFLUENCE OF THE EMOTIONAL BRANDING AT THE CONSUMERS
The main idea of this work is to substantiate the influence of the emotional component of the brand on customers. The connection of the emotional perception at the brand with consumers is presented, the essence of the emotional component of the brand is revealed. The brand features formation, as well as the characteristic features of emotional branding, are considered. The emotional profile of the target audience is investigated, the benefits of the product that correspond to the emotional inquiry, values , and interests at the conscious or unconscious level are found.Key words: brand, emotional branding, features, branding process, rationality and irrationality of the brand. The main idea of this work is to substantiate the influence of the emotional component of the brand on customers. Electron-based crystalline undulator
We discuss the features of a crystalline undulator of the novel type based on
the effect of a planar channeling of ultra-relativistic electrons in a
periodically bent crystals. It is demonstrated that an electron-based undulator
is feasible in the tens of GeV range of the beam energies, which is noticeably
higher than the energy interval allowed in a positron-based undulator.
Numerical analysis of the main parameters of the undulator as well as the
characteristics of the emitted undulator radiation is carried out for 20 and 50
GeV electrons channeling in diamond and silicon crystals along the (111)
crystallographic planes.Comment: 16 pages, 8 figures, Latex, IOP styl

Some Aspects of Harmonisation of Ukraineβs Competition Legislation to EU Standards
In modern conditions, obtaining information about market dynamics, trends in demand, and alternative offers from competitors is vital to support the effective operation of enterprises. It is also common business practice to discuss legislative initiatives, non-confidential technical information, quality and safety standards, and various aspects of the industry. However, the direct or indirect exchange of information may be accompanied by various wrongful intentions of economic entities (for example, elimination of competitors, creation of entry barriers, agreement on price levels, certain discounts, sales volumes, and the market's geographical distribution, etc.). In Ukraine, there are currently no analogues of a full-fledged guide to information exchange between competitors, which determined the relevance of this study. The purpose of the study is to establish regulatory, economic principles for assessing the exchange of information between enterprises operating in the relevant market, in the context of compliance with legislation on protection of economic competition; analysis of the progressive international practice of cessation of violations in the form of information exchange, which leads to distortion of economic competition. In Ukraine, it is necessary to adopt the Guidelines for the Exchange of Information between Competitors (from now on referred to as "the Guidelines"), raising awareness of the business community (including associations and chambers of commerce), lawyers, and society in general regarding the main aspects of the competition compliance with competition law in order to promote fair business activities, protect the competitive environment and, as a consequence, improve consumer welfare.

Angular distribution of positrons in coherent pair production in deformed crystals
We investigate the angular distribution of positrons in the coherent process
electronpositron pair creation process by high-energy photons in a periodically
deformed single crystal with a complex base. The formula for the corresponding
differential cross-section is derived for an arbitrary deformation field. The
case is considered in detail when the photon enters into the crystal at small
angles with respect to a crystallographic axis. The results of the numerical
calculations are presented for and diamond single crystals
and Moliere parameterization of the screened atomic potentials in the case of
the deformation field generated by the acoustic wave of S-type.Comment: 11 pages, 4 figures, figures and references adde
Assessment of quality and safety of red caviar of salmon fish
The health of the body largely depends on the necessary goods in the human diet. Therefore, quality and safety indicators are essential in monitoring their suitability. Red salmon caviar is no exception; it is considered a valuable food product and, due to its high price β a delicacy. Typically, this type of product must meet all regulatory requirements, which allows it to be safely used in the human diet. In terms of nutritional value, red caviar contains complete proteins, easily digestible fats, minerals, and vitamins, and its content is superior to that of some types of food products, even fish meat. The article presents the results of studies of organoleptic, physico-chemical, and microbiological indicators and the content of preservatives in salmon red granular salted caviar of 1st and 2nd grades sold in retail chains and markets in the Kyiv region. The study was carried out in laboratory conditions at the Research Institute of Food Technologies and Technologies for processing livestock products of the BNAU and the central testing state laboratory of the State Consumer Service (Vishnevoe). All indicators were determined using different methods intended for each indicator. Therefore, it was found that the organoleptic indicators of red caviar in both varieties corresponded to standard values. The mass fraction of sodium chloride and hexamine was within the normal range and did not exceed the standard indicators: sodium chloride β 8,57 % and 7,14 %, respectively (grades 1 and 2); methenamine β 70 % and 60 %, respectively (grades 1 and 2). According to microbiological indicators, the experimental samples showed that the number of MAFAnM did not exceed 1Γ102 CFU/g in both varieties, and the presence of yeast and mold fungi was detected no more than 10 CFU 1,0 g, which is 3 times less than the norm. The content of preservatives E200 1st and 2nd grades of red caviar was 0,07Β % and 0,04 %, and E210 (1st and 2nd grades) 0,05 % and 0,03 %. Thus, all studied samples of red granular salmon caviar meet standard values for all indicators of quality and food safety
