[Title: Improving Students' Learning Achievements Using Demonstration Methods on Electrical Material]. This study aims to improve the learning achievement of class VI Elementary School students in electrical materials using the demonstration method. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the research subjects being class VI students of Sandik 2 Elementary School totalling 19 students. Formative test instruments on electrical material and observation sheets were used to collect data on student learning achievement and implementation of learning using the demonstration method. The results showed that 80% of the total students had reached 70% of the level of mastery of the concepts given. The results of the observations also show an active and well-functioning learning atmosphere. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of demonstration methods can improve student learning achievement on electrical material

Product efficiency of lowland rice field farming system research had been conductedin technical irrigation on July to November 2005 in Uepai, Konawe district, SoutheastSulawesi province. Purposive sampling was used to choose location based on AgroEcological Zone (AEZ). This research aimed to know farmer's rationality in using productionfactor. Multiple regression linear was used to analysis the factors influencing production andwas continued by allocate efficiency test. The result showed that harvest area, pesticide, andlabors have positive effect on production factors. Then, to find maximum benefit, farmerneeded reduce the use of SP-36 fertilizer. Therefore, to reach both optimum production andadvantage need to extend harvest area, addition of pesticide and labor, and to reduce SP-36fertilizer dosage

Perbandingan Tingkat Kinerja Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Sebelum Dan Sesudah Penerapan Ohsas 18001 Di PT. Phapros, Tbk.

Occupational health and safety (OHS) management system implementation is an effort to reduce the loss of business. Therefore, the management of PT. Phapros, Tbk. decided to obtain OHSAS 18001 certification to support its performance in OHS. This study was conducted to determine the level of compliance related to the OHS company's performance. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis techniques, followed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and then compared with measurements prior to the implementation of OHSAS 18001 using paired t test. The measurement result shows that there is no significant difference of the company's performance level and the compliance level between company's performance level and employee's importance level compared between before and after implementation of OHSAS 18001. While there is a significant difference for employee's importance level compared between before and after implementation of OHSAS 18001. Policies can be taken according to their priorities, such as high, medium, and low priority. One of the high priority program is to intensify training related to the employee's OHS understanding and awareness

ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN STRATEJIK, DAN KARAKTERISTIK UMKM TERHADAP STRATEGI BISNIS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA UMKM NASABAH PT. BANK BRI, Tbk KANCA PURWODADI

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan stratejik dan karakteristik UMKM terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Sampel penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang menjadi nasabah PT. BRI (persero) Tbk. Cabang Purwodadi, sejumlah 150 responden. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak AMOS, digunakan untuk menganalisis data, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan stratejik dan karakteristik UMKM berpengaruh positif terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa kepemimpinan stratejik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM dengan nilai regressi sebesar 0,24; karakteristik UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM dengan nilai regressi sebesar 0,25; dan strategi bisnis UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan nilai regressi sebesar 0,30. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar pertimbangan dalam pemberian kredit kepada UMKM di masa yang akan datang, yaitu dengan memperhatikan faktor kepemimpinan strategik dan karakter UMKM dalam mengembangkan strategi bisnisnya

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the receipt of proceeds waste services retribution / cleanliness affect the local original income in Rokan Hulu. This research was conducted at the Department of Finance and Asset management Rokan Hulu District Office Complex located at Bina Praja Rokan Hulu Jl.Tuanku Tambusai Km 4 Pasir Pengaraian . Data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis to the equation Y = a + bX and correlation analysis is used to determine the strength of the relationship between the independent variable (X) with related variable (Y) and through the partial test (t test) to establish the influence of variables.These results indicate that there is significant influence between the variables X Waste Services Retribution / Cleanliness and Y Local Original Income . The Influence is shown by the correlation value r by 41% (0.41). The relationship is positive, which means going the direction of therelationship between the variables X (Waste Services Retribution / Cleanliness) and Y (Local Original Income).Based on the T test obtained t count is smaller than t table is 0,77 ≤ 3.182, which means that H0 is accepted and Ha rejected. Thus we can conclude there is no significant influence between the Local Original Income with Waste Service Retribution / Cleanliness at the Department of Finance and Asset management
