The operational costs of Hajj in foreign currencies will always face the risk of changes in exchange rates. Hajj operational costs will continue to grow in line with the increasing number of pilgrims. But at present, the government (BPKH) does not have a currency hedging policy to reduce the risk of fluctuating currency values. Hajj operational costs are saved in rupiah, dollar and riyal currencies. As a result, deposits of pilgrims will continue to be overshadowed by the reduction in value due to the depreciation of the rupiah against the dollar and riyals. Hedging policy is a necessity in the management of Hajj funds. This study will use an Islamic currency swap simulation analysis. According to the MUI DSN No 96 in 2015, a swap is a contract that starts a spot transaction followed by a forward agreement by setting a forward exchange rate. Then it is settled by spot transactions using the agreed forward exchange rate. The results of the study show that the dollar and riyal in 2018 are in a state of high volatility, so hedging is needed to reduce cash outflows. Based on analysis, Islamic currency swap can be the best hedging to the operational costs of Hajj in USD is with tenors 30 days, 180 days, 360 days. while the operational costs of Hajj are in Saudi Arabia Riyal currency, efficient in overnight tenors, 30 days, 90 days and 180 days

Kabupaten Purwakarta merupakan salah satu daerah yang concern terhadap pembangunan kepariwisataan, dimana letak geografis nya yang menjadi poros dua ibukota Propinsi yaitu DKI Jakarta dan Jawa Barat menjadikan Kabupaten Purwakarta sebagai salah satu wilayah yang sangat strategis. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kontribusi event marketing yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah terhadap pengambilan keputusan wisatawan nusantara mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, populasi penelitian adalah wisatawan nusantara yang mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Purwakarta, adapun jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik probability sampling dengan metode cluster sampling.Untuk mendapatkan jawaban pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana.Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa event marketing berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan wisatawan nusantara mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Purwakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Penerapan Pasal 72 Ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 Tentang Hak Cipta Oleh Penyidik Dalam Menanggulangi Penjualan Ciptaan Lagu Bajakan Berbentuk Compact Disk Motion Picture Experts Layer III. Disini penulis meneliti penerapan pasal 72 ayat (2) Undang-undang Nomor 19 tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta yang dilakukan oleh kepolisian daerah Jawa Timur. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini antara lain yaitu hak cipta yang memiliki peran penting dalam melindungi ciptaan, hukum menganggap ciptaan adalah suatu kekayaan, musik atau lagu adalah ciptaan yang dilindungi dan berpotensi memiliki nilai ekonomis, pembajakan lagu di Indonesia semakin menjalar luas dan menimbulkan kerugian besar bagi beberapa pihak termasuk Negara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis empiris. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu yuridis sosiologis. Lokasi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer adalah data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari hasil wawancara dengan responden dan hasil pengamatan dan data sekunder adalah data yang dihimpun dan dikaji oleh penulis dalam bentuk peraturan Perundang-undangan, bahan kepustakaan berupa buku-buku dan literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif analitis.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka diketahui bahwa penerapan Pasal 72 ayat (2) Undang-undang Nomor 19 tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta oleh Penyidik HKI Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur adalah dalam hal melakukan penyidikan, penyidik telah melakukan proses penyidikan dan penerapan pasal 72 ayat (2) Undang-undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta dengan baik terhadap pelaku pelanggaran hak cipta lagu bajakan. Dari penelitian ini kendala eksternal yang dihadapi penyidik Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur yaitu kurang kesadaran masyarakat terhadap hak cipta lagu original, kurang kesadaran pelaku hak cipta untuk melindungi haknya, beberapa oknum percetakan yang memanfaatkan keadaan dengan mencetak cd original lebih dari pesanan untuk dijual kembali demi keuntungan pribadi, dan upaya kolusi dari penegak hokum terhadap pedagang

Allometric Equations for Estimating Aboveground Biomass in Papua Tropical Forest

Allometric equations can be used to estimate biomass and carbon stock of the forest. However, so far the allometric equations for commercial species in Papua tropical forests have not been appropriately developed. In this research, allometric equations are presented based on the genera of commercial species. Few equations have been developed for the commercial species of Intsia, Pometia, Palaquium and Vatica genera and an equation of a mix of these genera. The number of trees sampled in this research was 49, with diameters (1.30 m above-ground or above buttresses) ranging from 5 to 40 cm. Destructive sampling was used to collect the samples where Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) and Wood Density (WD) were used as predictors for dry weight of Total Above-Ground Biomass (TAGB). Model comparison and selection were based on the values of F-statistics, R-sq, R-sq (adj), and average deviation. Based on these statistical indicators, the most suitable model for Intsia, Pometia, Palaquium and Vatica genera respectively are Log(TAGB) = -0.76 + 2.51Log(DBH), Log(TAGB) = -0.84 + 2.57Log(DBH), Log(TAGB) = -1.52 + 2.96Log(DBH), and Log(TAGB) = -0.09 + 2.08Log(DBH). Additional explanatory variables such as Commercial Bole Height (CBH) do not really increase the indicators\u27 goodness of fit for the equation. An alternative model to incorporate wood density should be considered for estimating the above-ground biomass for mixed genera. Comparing the presented mixed-genera equation; Log(TAGB) = 0.205 + 2.08Log(DBH) + 1.75Log(WD), R-sq: 97.0%, R-sq (adj): 96.9%, F statistics 750.67, average deviation: 3.5%; to previously published datashows that this local species specific equation differs substantially from previously published equations and this site-specific equation is considered to give a better estimation of biomass

Hubungan Kohesvitas Dan Kepercayaan Diri Pada Pria Dewasa Awal Anggota Klub Mobil

Kepercayaan diri merupakan keyakinan seseorang untuk mampu berperilaku sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Banyak cara dilakukan individu untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri salah satunya dengan bergabung dalam klub mobil. Ketika individu tergabung dalam kelompok, maka rasa memiliki dan menjadi bagian dalam suatu komunitas tersebut menambah kepercayaan diri. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti hubungan kohesivitas dengan kepercayaan diri pada pria dewasa awal anggota klub mobil. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,358 (p < 0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis terbukti, bahwa ada hubungan positif signifikan antara kohesivitas dengan kepercayaan diri pada pria dewasa awal anggota klub mobil

Second grade students of SD Negeri 01 Semarang Sambirejo still having trouble in learning mathematics, especially in understanding the material operations of multiplication count numbers. Mathematics is one of the important subjects. So with these circumstances, it is necessary to do the learning that can improve student learning outcomes. One is to apply the method of demonstration KAPAS media assisted in learning. Formulation of the problem is revealed in this study is whether the application of the method demonstration assisted KAPAS media effectively improve student learning outcomes Math class II SD Negeri 01 Semarang Sambirejo? Goals to be achieved in this research is to determine whether the application of methods of assisted demonstration KAPAS media effectively improve student learning outcomes Math class II SD Negeri 01 Semarang Sambirejo. This type of research is experimental research. The study design used was a Posttest-only Control Design. Population in this research that all students in elementary school Sambirejo 01 Semarang, amounting to 406 students and the sample used is grade II for a total of 75 students were divided into two classes, totaling 36 students IIA and IIB class numbered 39 students. The study is a sampling Probability sampling, cluster sampling technique with random sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study using a preliminary analysis using the normality test and test the equality of two on average, for final analysis using normality test, mastery learning and test two sides (t-test). Based on the analysis of research data after getting treatment showed that the learning outcomes Math class achieve mastery learning experiment, judging from the list of the test (test mastery learning) with derived table = 1.684 and t = 8.271. It means that the average passing grade experimental class is not the same as 72, and of the t-test results obtained coefficient = 2.554 and t table = 1.995, for t> t table then Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the application of methods of assisted demonstration KAPAS media effectively increase student learning outcomes Math II class 01 SD Negeri Semarang Sambirejo academic year 2012/2013. Suggestions to make is that this study can be applied by teachers in school as activities of innovation and creativity in implementing the learning aims to improve student learning outcomes
