    Selulung village, Kintamani Subdistrict, Bangli Regency is know as traditional village in Bali which interitance traditional, custum and culturalfor generations, One of the cultural heritage is still kept is sacred dance called “Baris Gowak and Baris Omang”, which is danced on the ceremony in Bale Agung Selulung temple. “Baris Gowak and Baris Omang” as the sacred dance semiotically is the continuity of the story related to the Badung Kingdom and Mengwi, “Baris Gowak” tell the battle between the caven who always disturb Tegal Badel King that got a gift of “cemeti emas”, meanwhile “Baris Omang” describes the same story, only semiotically the word “Omang” replace as acronym of Tri Aksara (theree sacered word in Hindu Religion) that are “Ang,Ung and Mang” as the symbolization of God Brahma, Wisnu and Siwa Kata kunci : Perang Ogol-Ogol, Perang Rusak, Perang Kepilis, Ider Bhuwana, Segehan Agung, Bali Aga, Omang Pojol, Omang Negar

    Loyalitas karyawan pada suatu Perusahaan ditunjukan dengan komitmen karyawan didalam Perusahaan, komitmen pada organisasi terbentuk karena memiliki beberapa faktor yaitu dari diri sendiri dan organisasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menngetahui Loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Inti Buana Permai. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jumlah yang diambil seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 49 orang sebagai responden. Alasan mengunakan populasi adalah populasi merupakan kumpulan dari semua elemen yang memiliki sejumlah karakteristik umum, terdiri atas himpunan untuk tujuan penelitian pemasaran. Pada pemakaian metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA), diperoleh 4 (empat faktor) yang menentukan loyalitas karyawan PT. Inti Buana Permai dan mampu menjelaskan semua varian yang ada dalam data, yaitu sebesar 74,453 persen. Keempat faktor tersebut adalah faktor kompensasi dengan eigen value 4,366, faktor Tanggung jawab mempunyai eigen value 3,925, faktor Disiplin eigen value 3,862, untuk faktor partisipasi mendapatkan eigen value sebanyak 2,738. Variabel mewakili setiap faktor untuk menentukan loyalitas karyawan di PT. Inti Buana Permai adalah variabel tunjangan transportasi dengan loading factor 0,819, variabel kesuksesan dengan loading factor 0,873, variabel absensi dengan loading factor 0,855, dan variabel inisiatif dan kreatif dengan loading factor 0,780

    This study aims to analyse the role of career satisfaction, career planning, and employee turnover intention at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Semarapura Branch. This study used a sample of 36 people determined based on saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is observation and survey method with questionnaire and interview techniques with inferential statistical analysis tool path analysis. The results showed that career planning has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Career planning has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Career satisfaction mediates the relationship between career planning and turnover intention. The implication of this research is to prove the traditional turnover theory and its relation to the research variables. This research also offers the benefits of career satisfaction, managing career planning on turnover intention

    Harga saham merupakan nilai sekarang dari penghasilan-penghasilan yang diterima pemodal dimasa depan. Investor yang berinvestasi di pasar modal penting melakukan analisis harga saham Perusahaannya. Analisis untuk menilai harga saham Perusahaan dapat dilihat dari nilai ROE dan EPS Perusahaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh ROE terhadap EPS, ROE terhadap Harga Saham, EPS terhadap Harga Saham, dan peran EPS dalam memediasi pengaruh ROE terhadap Harga Saham. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 31 Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI tahun 2011-2013 dengan metode sensus. Teknik analisisnya adalah analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan ROE secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap EPS, ROE secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Harga Saham, EPS secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham, dan EPS mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh ROE terhadap Harga Saham

    Ngusaba is a ceremony held to praise Dewi Sri or the goddess of prosperity. Ngusaba Dodol is one of the types of ceremony in Bali conducted by the community at Selat district, Karangasem regency. This ceremony is held every year at the end of sasih Kesanga, pengelong or the day after the dark moon or tilem nemu kajeng based on Balinese calendar. Ngusaba is conducted at Pura dalem which is located in a local village. It is an arguable, distinctive and unique ceremony because the person brings offerings of dodol. Dodol is a typical snack made by glutinous rice flour, mixed with brown sugar and coconut milk. The dodol made in this ceremony unlike ordinary dodol. It has larger size compared to the ordinary dodol. Each offerings brought by the people to the temple, consists of: three large dodol, three large slices of jaje uli (Balinese black cake), three kilogram of rice, three tanding of satay, three tandingof pelas and rasmen, three bunches of bananas, three pieces of crackers, fruits, etc. Besides, the offering is decorated with the flowers in such way to make it beautiful and look like onggar-onggaran, however, every village has difference way to fill in the banten sokan (offerings placed in a traditional box) that will be offerred to the god

    The Role of Organizational Commitment on Mediating the Relationship Between Leadership and Tri Hita Karana Culture with Subak Performance in Bali

    Economic deceleration during recent times, has added empirical proves that agricultural sector was stronger compared with modern sector in term of facing global development challenge. Elongated and continuous economic deceleration, not only causing unbalance on social economy and politic, and worse causing the depletion of supply needed by people including the farmers in Subak organization. The purpose of this study was to explore the role of organizational commitment on mediating the relationship between leadership and Tri Hita Karana culture with Subak performance in Bali. More specifically to test the role of leadership value and organizational commitment on mediating the relationship Tri Hita Karana culture on performance. This study design used surveillance method with data collection by purposive sampling with questionnaire, which was: Subak on Balinese rice field is agriculture field to grow rice and some other crops as their main plant. The analysis unit is Subak organization in Bali Province. The respondents which then included as sample was 90 people including Pekaseh, Prajuru, and members of organization. The data analysis technique which was used to test the hypothesis was Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of the study showed that good implementation of leadership values asta dasa paramiteng prabhu and Tri Hita Karana culture can increase Subak performance directly or by organizational commitment mediation on Subak in Bali Province. Good implementation of Tri Hita Karana culture can increase leadership quality, organizational commitment, and also the performance itself. But a good value of leadership cannot take effect on organizational commitment as mediation. The originality of this study provide the fundamental of configuration on model development with PLS method and prove that the conceptual model of leadership values and Tri Hita Karana (THK) culture as well as the role of organizational commitment mediation which prove to have effect on performance increase on Subak in Bali Province.Theoretically this study has been able to build theoretic model about Bali local leadership value (asta dasa paramiteng prabhu) on Bali local culture (Tri Hita Karana) as well as the role of organizational commitment mediation on performance increase on Subak in Bali Province. Practical implication of this study can provide knowledge and understanding to stakeholder on implicating local values which is THK culture and leadership in performance increase through organizational commitment.
