Perluasan Makna Harta Bersama Perspektif Sosiologi Hukum Islam
This research is based on the problems in the distribution of common property. First, the emerging of differences in the system of distributing of common property in talak raj\u27i and talak ba\u27in. Second, the occurrence of expansion in terms of income during marriage such as the existence of insurance. Third, the existence of the agreement in marriage before the joint property is shared. The result of the research shows that in the sociology perspective of Islamic law the effort to share the common property: first, in the case of divorce because the situation is still in the iddah period of talak raj\u27i, property should not be divided because it minimizes the possibility of reunification. Unlike the case if talak ba\u27in, property should be devidedd soon because it certainly will not be reunited. Second, in response to the expansion of common property such as the existence of insurance money, all Indonesian Judge agreed that all property acquired during marriage is related to Taspen Insurance, Asabri Fund, Labor Insurance, Traffic Accident Fund, Passenger Accident Fund, Life Insurance Fund, Property of Luggage, Credit that has not paid off. Third, the agreement in marriage greatly affects the distribution of common property given the existence of Article 45, 52, and 97 Compilation of Islamic Law "divorced or divorced widow respectively entitled to two joint property as long as not specified in the marriage agreement
Computer-aided growth medium design for optimal growth of Chinese hamster ovary cells
Systems biology and metabolic engineering tools hold a tremendous promise in improving
biomanufacturing attributes since they represent one of the auspicious modern biomanufacturing
optimization approaches. The emergence of omics tools and bioinformatics
enables the development of new strategies to optimize expression platforms in general and
Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines in particular, which are the most commonly used cell
lines for the production of recombinant proteins. Computational modelling combined with
CHO cell omics data can help optimizing growth parameters, as well as improving the final
product yield. Here we use a genome-scale metabolic model (GSMM) of CHO to study the
growth and metabolic behavior of CHO cells in response to environmental stimuli, such as
changing amino acids levels. To study this influence, GSMM combined with an in-house developed
algorithm was employed to determine the minimal medium formulation to sustain
optimal growth for non-recombinant as well as for recombinant CHO cells lines. Optflux
tool was used to predict metabolic behavior of the cells in response to the environmental
constraints tested. Based on in silico predictions, growth yield value was improved for
non-recombinant and recombinant CHO cells lines comparing to previously reported data.
Furthermore, toxic by-products such as ammonium were decreased to their lowest levels.
In silico-based approaches for medium optimization are powerful tools for predicting the
metabolic interconnexion in the cell and for selecting potential experimental conditions for
further validation in bioreactor systems.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
Dicke Coherent Narrowing in Two-Photon and Raman Spectroscopy of Thin Vapour Cells
The principle of coherent Dicke narrowing in a thin vapour cell, in which
sub-Doppler spectral lineshapes are observed under a normal irradiation for a
l/2 thickness, is generalized to two-photon spectroscopy. Only the sum of the
two wave vectors must be normal to the cell, making the two-photon scheme
highly versatile. A comparison is provided between the Dicke narrowing with
copropagating fields, and the residual Doppler-broadening occurring with
counterpropagating geometries. The experimental feasibility is discussed on the
basis of a first observation of a two-photon resonance in a 300 nm-thick Cs
cell. Extension to the Raman situation is finally considered
Developing Bilingual Learning Multimedia in Integral Application Learning Material For Vocational School
ICT advancement can be utilized to improve the quality of education. In this globalization era, the millennial generation is demanded to be technology literate and fluent in English to compete in the global world considering that English has been established as an international language. Therefore, the integration of English into learning in the form of multimedia bilingual learning is needed. This study aimed to determine the feasibility, attractiveness, and effectiveness of bilingual learning multimedia on the integral application material for vocational schools. This research is research and development. Based on the results of validation and field trials, the developed bilingual mathematics learning media was in the feasible, interesting, and effective categories. The feasibility of the bilingual learning multimedia based on the material expert validation obtained an average of 4.6 and the media expert validation obtained an average of 4.9 which indicated that the developed product was in the feasible category. The attractiveness of bilingual mathematics learning multimedia based on students’ responses was 89% in the very interesting category. The effectiveness of the developed bilingual learning multimedia to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes was known based on the N-Gain value of 0.8 in the high category.
Loan-use System of Gourami Breeders (Osphronemus Gouramy) at Seeding Gourami Business in Nagari Mungo Luak Subsdistrict Lima Puluh Kota District West Sumatera Province
This study was conducted in january – february 2017 which located in Nagari Mungo Luak subsdistrict Lima Puluh Kota district West Sumatera province. This study aims to to analyze loan-use Gourami breeders (Osphronemus gouramy) based on kinship systems and sharing results system loan-use gourami breeders at seeding fish business the community Nagari Mungo. Methods used in this research is a method survey with the number of respondents from 15 people, where the determination of respondents were with purposive sampling. Loan-use system breeders fish were 2 categories lending breeders based on kinship an ancestor or because between one residence and lending based on kinship according to offspring or kinship ties. Loan-use category 1 the size of the ratio of the agreed by 50:50 it means share of the profits balanced that is 50 if the management and 50 for the owners , while system and loan use category 2 the size of the ratio of the in agreed of 60:40 it means management could get a share more namely 60 and the owner of is only 40 a share of the profits income
The Contribution of the Household Members to Fisherman Household Income in Kuala Merbau Village Merbau Island Districts Kepulauan Meranti Regency Riau Province
The research was implemented on February 2016, in Kuala Merbau Village Merbau Island Districts Kepulauan Meranti Regency Riau Province. The purpose of the research are to identify the types of activities of fisherman household members, to analyze the contribution of fisherman household. Members to help increase household income and to know the reason of fisherman household members to work. The methods was used by survey method and the determination of respondents with census. The results of this research indicate that activities performed by fisherman household members in Kuala Merbau Village on the fisheries sector and non fisheries. The contribution of fisherman household members are relatively high contribution of the husband 74,5%, the wife contribution 11,2% is low and contribution of childrens 14,3% is low. The reasons of fisherman's wife to participate in work up namely are to increase revenue, to finding children's education and use full the time for advantage. The reasons of children to work are to help the household economy and meet their own needs

Synthesis, Characterization and Application of Nano-adsorbent Materials in the Sorption of Pb(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Mn(II), Li(I) from Aqueous Solution
In this study, nano-adsorbent materials were synthesized from two different precursors by thermal activation technique. The first was the synthesizing of nano-zinc silicate from chemical reagents of zinc oxide and commercial silica gel. The second was the preparation of nano-pore size activated carbon from different biomass. The synthesized nano-adsorbent materials were characterized by different techniques; Surface Area, FTIR, XRD and SEM. The prepared nano-adsorbent materials were applied in the sorption and separation of some heavy metals from aqueous solution. These metals includes; Pb (II), Ni(II), Co(II), Mn(II) and Li(I). Some factors affecting on the sorption process (e.g. contact time and pH) were investigated. It was found that: the nano-zinc silicate (of ratio 1:1 thermally treated at 700 0C) and nano-pores activated carbon (prepared from saw dust impregnated with 70% H3PO4 overnight, then heated to 500 0C in presence of steam for 80 min.) were the best samples for sorption and separation of concerned heavy metals
