ASPEK PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KONSUMEN JASA PERUSAHAAN LISTRIK NEGARA

This study focuses on aspects of legal protection for consumers of state electricity companies and whether consumers of state electricity companies are provided protection. This study uses a socio-legal approach that primarily performs qualitative methods, based on literature data. Using a socio-legal approach, this research will carry out two types of approaches, which are normative social and legal. This study provides consumers with the protection of state electricity companies where settlement of out-of-court disputes is carried out through the Consumer Protection Foundation (YPK) and if it is unsuccessful, then the lawsuit is carried out through the District Court. ABSTRAK Efektivitas dalam meningkatkan jumlah zakat, infak dan sedekah, upaya BAZNAS dalam mengumpulkan adalah sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, agar masyarakat sadar membayar ZISnya. Kemudian untuk lebih efektif BAZNAS melakukan koordinasi kepada para UPZ yang ada di Bengkulu untuk membantu mensosialisasikan kepada rekan dan masyarakat sekitar untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran mereka dalam membayar ZIS untuk mengembangkan perekonomianmasyarakat yeng membutuhkannya terutama masyarakat yang ingin berusaha dalam meningkatkan ekonomi. penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan menggunakanmetode deskriptif kualitatif. ZAKAT PRODUKTIF SEBAGAI MODAL USAHA MASYARAKAT (STUDI BADAN AMIL ZAKAT KOTA BENGKULU)

Abstract: The purpose of this research is clarity which can make it easy for Mustahiq (beneficiaries) to find business capital by borrowing capital at BAZNAS (The National Zakat Board) of Bengkulu City and the results of this study can be used as material for further study to produce legislation regarding the rights of Mustahiq in existing regulations. It is field research using qualitative descriptive methods. Descriptive research is to analyze the data that the author has obtained, the author uses a comparative analysis method, namely research that aims to systematically, factually, and accurately compare facts, situations or events in the field. From the results of research on the effectiveness of zakat funds received by the community, a total of eight asnaf (a Muslim person who is entitled to receive zakat and fitrah) received professional zakat assistance, those who are, fakir (a Muslim person who (a) has no property or income; or (b) has property or income but does not reach fifty per cent of the kifayah limit of himself and his dependants), poor, fisabilillah (the struggle, efforts and activities for the purpose of upholding and propagating the religion of Islam),  mu'allaf (a call for individuals who are non-Muslims or non-Muslims who have the hope of converting to Islam or those who are new to Islam whose faith still needs to be supported and reinforced), and musafir (traveler), as well as productive zakat for small traders in advancing their business. The distribution of productive zakat given by BAZNAS of Bengkulu City through the "Program" to mustahik in the Bengkulu City area can improve two factors of Mustahik's welfare. Keywords: productive zakat; mustahik

Juridical Review of the Crime of Illegal Logging in the Utilization of Private Forest Timber in the Perspective of Law Number 18 of 2013 Concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction

The purpose of this study was to determine the regulation on the utilization of private forest timber and the category of illegal logging acts. This type of research is normative research and the research approach is a statutory approach. The primary source of legal material is statutory regulations. The results of the research show that the regulation on the use of private forest wood based on Law 41 of 1999 concerning Godhead and Law Number 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction and Minister of Forestry Regulation Number 30 of 2012 concerning Administration of Forest Products Derived from Private Forests can work. together. For evidence of the legality of utilization of private forest, the two laws still refer to the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number 30 of 2012 concerning Administration of Forest Products Derived from Private Forests. Categories of illegal logging crimes in the utilization of private forest wood:(a) the use of a document of Transport Note or Self-Use Transport Note or SKAU which is proven to be used as a document for transporting timber originating from state forest areas, (b) if the legitimacy of the origin of private forest products cannot be proven. The conclusion is that it is a crime to exploit private forest wood, if evidence of land legality cannot be proven based on the Minister of Forestry Regulation Number 30 of 2012 concerning Administration of Forest Products Derived from Private Forests

Analysis of judge's decision number 44/PDT.P./2023/PA.BN regarding dispensation of marriage due to pregnancy outside of marriage in the perspective of the Marriage Law

Marriage is a living union between a man and a woman which is formally confirmed by law, namely juridical and mostly also religious according to husband and wife goals and law. Article 103 states that husband and wife must be loyal to each other, help each other and help each other. Rancang Bangun Pembangkit Listrik Alternatif dengan Bantuan Pully dan Belt Motor DC sebagai Penggerak Alternator

ABSTRAC Electricity is a source of energy that is widely used for the needs of household electrical appliances that are needed within 24 hours of continuously supplying electricity. Most of the mains voltage is supplied from the state 220 volt. When the electricity goes out, the electrical equipment cannot function properly, therefore there must be an alternative source of electricity to replace it. The purpose of this research is to design an alternative power plant from the initial drive system of a dc motor with mechanical motion transfer using pully and van belt as the drive for the dc alternator. The research method used in this research has the following stages: 1). Designing a dc motor and a dc alternator as a producer of electrical energy, 2). Installing AS bearings, vanbelt and pully, 3). testing and measuring dc motors and dc alternators, 4). Calculate and analyze the design results. From this research, the direct current generated by the accumulator with a voltage of 12 Vdc with a current charge of 10 AH, so that it can be used to turn on the inverter as a means of converting the voltage of a direct power source into an alternating current with a voltage of 220 V to turn on household electrical appliances when supplied. from PLN experiencing a blackout. Legal Status of Recognition of Children Out of Marriage according to Article 280 KUHPerdata

Child acknowledgment in a formal sense is a form of giving information from a man who declares acknowledgment of his children. Meanwhile, in a material sense, child recognition is a legal act to create a family relationship between the child and the person who admits it. Based on Article 280 of the Civil Code, which says; that with a confession made to a child out of wedlock, a civil relationship arises between the child and his father or mother. This means that there is no legal relationship between the illegitimate child and the "father" (biologically) or "mother" in principle. The legal relationship only exists if the "father" and or "mother" give an acknowledgment that the child is his child. The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal status of children out of wedlock and the requirements for child recognition are in accordance with the Civil Code. The research method that the author uses is normative research. This research is sourced from the Civil Code regarding the recognition of children out of wedlock and based on books, articles and journals related to the research. The results of this study indicate that the legal status of child recognition out of wedlock is regulated by the Child Recognition Institution in Article 272 of the Civil Code which states that "children out of wedlock (nuturlijk kind), except those born from adultery or blasphemy of blood, each every child born”, the relationship of the child out of wedlock with his father will only exist after the father makes a confession or the child outside of marriage is recognized by the father

Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Medan

Adapun tujuan mengadakan mengadakan penelitian pada PT.Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) kantor Pos Medan adalah untuk membandingkan teori-teori yang ditulis dalam buku-buku dan literatur dengan aplikasinya yang dilakukan oleh organisasi ataupun perusahaan, untuk memberikan masukan berupa saran kepada organisasi atau perusahaan dalam menjalankan roda organisasi atau perusahaan dalam hal pengawasan dan kinerja. Dalam melakukan penelitian penulis menggunakan 2 metode penelitian yakni penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan, untuk pengumpulan data baik data primer mapun data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pengamatan langsung, wawancara dan membuat daftar pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian untuk dianalisis. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menarik kesimpulan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode deduktif. Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan pada PT. Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Kantor Pos Medan, dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa pengawasan tidak langsung dan pengawasan langsung sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang mana karyawan mempunyai akan etos kerja dan motivasi kerja yang sesuai diharapkan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di perusahaan tersebut bila dibandingkan dengan landasan teoritis secara umum, dampak pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dilaksanakan di perusahaan tersebut sudah cukup baik. Dibagian akhir penulis mencoba memberikan masukkan dan saran kepada Managemen PT.
