This paperinvestigatesthealmostsure H1 sliding mode control (SMC) problem for non linear stochastic systems with Markovian switching and time-delays. An integral sliding surface is first constructed for the addressed system. Then, by employing the topping time method combined with martingale in equalities, sufficient conditions are established to ensure the almost surely exponential stability and the H 1 performance of the system dynamics in the specified sliding surface. ASMC law is designed to guarantee the reach ability of the specified sliding surface almost surely. Furthermore, the obtained results are applied to a class of special nonlinear stochastic systems with Markovian switching and time-delays, where the desired SMC law is obtained in terms of the solutions to a set of matrix in equalities. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed SMC scheme

Expert Consensus on Microtransplant for Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Elderly Patients -Report From the International Microtransplant Interest Group

Recent studies have shown that microtransplant (MST) could improve outcome of patients with elderly acute myeloid leukemia (EAML). To further standardize the MST therapy and improve outcomes in EAML patients, based on analysis of the literature on MST, especially MST with EAML from January 1st, 2011 to November 30th, 2022, the International Microtransplant Interest Group provides recommendations and considerations for MST in the treatment of EAML. Four major issues related to MST for treating EAML were addressed: therapeutic principle of MST (1), candidates for MST (2), induction chemotherapy regimens (3), and post-remission therapy based on MST (4). Others included donor screening, infusion of donor cells, laboratory examinations, and complications of treatment

A Chemical Synthesis of Benzo[a]pyrene Hapten and Its Application in a Streptavidin-Horseradish Peroxidase-Based Enzyme-Linked Immunological Analysis

A specific BaP hapten was synthesized and BaP antigens (immunogen, coating antigen) were prepared using diverse methods. Based on these works, a streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase-based enzyme-linked immunological analysis was developed and firstly used to detect BaP. Several physiochemical factors that may influence the assay performance were optimized in the assay. Under optimal conditions, a detection limit of 0.0094 ng mL−1 was obtained and good linearity was achieved within a range of 0.03–35.40 ng mL−1. Satisfactory recovery of spiked samples (91.12–109.23%) was obtained and the coefficient of variation was acceptable. Finally, the detection results of BaP in environmental and food samples were consistent with those obtained using high-performance liquid chromatography. The proposed immunoassay is reliable and has great potential for detecting trace amounts of BaP

Biotin–streptavidin system-based real-time immuno-polymerase chain reaction for sensitive detection of 2,2′,4,4′-tetrabromodiphenyl ether in marine fish

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers are contaminants that are widely distributed in the environment and in food samples. In this study, a highly sensitive biotin–streptavidin system-based real-time immuno-polymerase chain reaction assay (BA-IPCR) was developed to detect 2,2′,4,4′-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47). The BDE-47 immunogen and coating antigen were prepared, and a specific polyclonal anti-BDE-47 antibody was obtained. Several physiochemical factors in the immunoassay were optimised. The established BA-IPCR method was used to detect BDE-47 with a linearity ranging from 10 pg L−1 to 100 ng L−1. The limit of detection was 2.96 pg L−1. The recovery of the spiked samples was 92.97–107.19% and the coefficient of variation was 6.93–11.06%. The proposed method was applied to successfully detect BDE-47 in marine fish. The BA-IPCR data for the detection of BDE-47 were consistent with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry findings. The BA-IPCR method is accurate, sensitive and suitable for detecting trace amount of BDE-47 in food samples

Fresh products have a large loss in the process of cross-regional logistics. In this study, the cross-regional fresh cold chain logistics network was analyzed using GO-FLOW analysis method. First, the basic principle of GO-FLOW analysis method was introduced. Then, taking the cold chain logistics network of mangosteen as an example, the GO-FLOW diagram was established, the signal strength was calculated, and the logistics network was improved according to the analysis results. The results showed that the reliability of the logistics network was 0.842, among which the reliability loss in precooling, long-distance transportation and sales was the largest. After improving the logistics network according to the three links, the reliability of the logistics network rose to 0.958, increased by 5.53%, among which the long-distance transportation link increased by 9.03%. The analysis results verifies the feasibility of GO-FLOW analysis method in logistics network analysis and make some contributions to improve the efficiency of physical network and ensure food safety
