Theoretical analysis of direct violation and differential decay width in in phase space around the resonances and
We perform a theoretical study on direct violation in in phase space around the intermediate states and
. The possible interference between the amplitudes corresponding to
the two resonances is taken into account, and the relative strong phase of the
two amplitudes is treated as a free parameter. Our analysis shows that by
properly chosen the strong phase, both the violation strength and
differential decay width accommodate to the experimental results.Comment: 15 pages, 5 figure
Electroweak radiative corrections to triple photon production at the ILC
In this paper, we present the precision predictions for three photon
production in the standard model (SM) at the ILC including the full
next-to-leading (NLO) electroweak (EW) corrections, high order initial state
radiation (h.o.ISR) contributions and beamstrahlung effects. We present the LO
and the NLO EW+h.o.ISR+beamstrahlung corrected total cross sections for various
colliding energy when and the kinematic
distributions of final photons with at ILC, and find
that the NLO EW corrections, the h.o.ISR contributions and the beamstrahlung
effects are important in exploring the process .Comment: 6 pages, 8 figures, accepted for publication in Physics Letters
Significantly Enhanced Thermoelectric Performance of γ-In2Se3 through Lithiation via Chemical Diffusion
γ-In2Se3 is selected as a thermoelectric candidate because it has a unique crystal structure and thermal stability at relatively high temperatures. In this work we have prepared lithiated γ-In2Se3 through chemical diffusion and investigated its band structures and thermoelectric performance. After lithiation of γ-In2Se3 in lithium acetate (CH3COOLi) solution at 50oC, we have observed a high Hall carrier concentration (nH) up to ≤1.71×1018 cm-3 at room temperature (RT), which is about ∼4 orders of magnitude compared to that of pristine γ-In2Se3. The enhancement in nH is directly responsible for the remarkable improvement in electrical conductivity, and can be elucidated as the Fermi level (Fr) unpinning and moving towards the conduction band (CB) through the dominant interstitial occupation of Li+ in the γ-In2Se3 lattice. Combined with the minimum lattice thermal conductivity (κL=0.30-0.34 WK-1m-1) at ~923 K, the highest ZT value of 0.62-0.67 is attained, which is about 9-10 times that of pristine γ-In2Se3, proving that the lithiation in γ-In2Se3 is an effective approach on the improvement of the thermoelectric performance
(2R)-2-Cinnamoylamino-N-[5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]propanamide
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C21H20N4O3S, contains two independent molecules. The dihedral angles between the two benzene rings are 47.6 (1) and 30.2 (1)°, the corresponding values between the p-methoxybenzene and thiadiazol rings are 12.3 (1) and 24.7 (1)°, respectively, for the two molecules. The conformations of the N—H and C=O bonds are anti with respect to each other. The enone groups show a trans configuration. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O and N—H⋯N interactions. The absolute structure could not be determined from the X-ray data but the absolute configuration has been assigned by reference to an unchanging chiral centre in the synthetic procedure
Identification and association of the single nucleotide polymorphisms in calpain3 (CAPN3) gene with carcass traits in chickens
<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>The aim of this study is to screen single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of chicken <it>Calpain3 </it>(<it>CAPN3</it>) gene and to analyze the potential association between <it>CAPN3 </it>gene polymorphisms and carcass traits in chickens. We screened <it>CAPN3 </it>single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in 307 meat-type quality chicken from 5 commercial pure lines (S01, S02, S03, S05, and D99) and 4 native breeds from Guangdong Province (Huiyang Huxu chicken and Qingyuan Ma chicken) and Sichuan Province (Caoke chicken and Shandi Black-bone chicken), China.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>Two SNPs (11818T>A and 12814T>G) were detected by single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) method and were verified by DNA sequencing. Association analysis showed that the 12814T>G genotypes were significantly associated with body weight (BW), carcass weight (CW), breast muscle weight (BMW), and leg muscle weight (LMW). Haplotypes constructed on the two SNPs (H1, TG; H2, TT; H3, AG; and H4, AT) were associated with BW, CW (<it>P </it>< 0.05), eviscerated percentage (EP), semi-eviscerated percentage (SEP), breast muscle percentage (BMP), and leg muscle percentage (LMP) (<it>P </it>< 0.01). Diplotype H1H2 was dominant for BW, CW, and LMP, and H2H2 was dominant for EP, SEP, and BMP.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>We speculated that the <it>CAPN3 </it>gene was a major gene affecting chicken muscle growth and carcass traits or it was linked with the major gene(s). Diplotypes H1H2 and H2H2 might be advantageous for carcass traits.</p
