Communication Strategy in a NGO

Predmetem diplomove prace je zpresneni komunikacni strategie nejvetsi evropske studentske organizace—Erasmus Student Network AISBL. Prace definuje status quo organizace a po jeho analyze navrhuje zpusob, jakym lze diky tvorbe obsahove strategie z pohledu ciloveho uzivatele (tvorbou person) zvysit zasah a zlepsit cileni obsahu pro jednotlive komunikacni kanaly.The subject of this Master’s thesis is refinement of the communication strategy of the biggest European student organisation—Erasmus Student Network AISBL. The thesis defines the status quo of the organisation and based upon its analysis it proposes an approach of creating content strategy from the point of view of the target groups (by creating personas), leading to strengthening the engagement and clarifying content targeting for individual communication channels.

Application of Project Management Tools in Establishing a Photographic Studio

Předmětem bakalářské práce je uplatnění metod projektového managementu při sestavení projektového plánu na konkrétním problému ze skutečného prostředí. Popisuje, které nástroje projektového managementu budou použity pro posouzení průběhu projektu a jeho efektivitu, přičemž tyto nástroje zároveň uvádí do praxe. Na základě analýz provedených těmito nástroji uvádí způsoby, jakými lze zoptimalizovat plán projektu.The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is application of project management methods in designing a project plan in a specified real-world problem. It describes which tools of project management will be used for evaluating the progress of a project and its effectiveness while implementing these tools to action. Based on analysis performed by these tools it shows ways to optimize the project plan.

Issue of Addressing the Debt Crisis in PIIGS Countries

Import 05/08/2014Diplomová práce je zaměřena problematikou řešení dluhové krize v zemích PIIGS. Cílem práce je charakteristika světové finanční a dluhové krize, rozbor opatření přijatých proti dluhové krizi v Evropské unii a následné zhodnocení dopadů dluhové krize na ekonomiky států PIIGS. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První část práce obsahuje obecné definice dluhové a ekonomické krize, příčiny světové finanční krize a počátek dluhové krize v Evropě. V druhé části jsou charakterizovány opatření proti dluhové krizi v Evropské unii. Třetí část je zaměřena na dopady dluhové krize na ekonomiky států PIIGS, kde je využito ukazatelů reálného růstu HDP a veřejného dluhu.This diploma thesis is focused on addressing issue of the debt crisis in PIIGS countries. The aim of this work is to characterize the global financial crisis and debt crisis, the analysis of the measures taken against the debt crisis in the European Union and the subsequent assessment of the impact of the debt crisis on the economies of the PIIGS. The work is divided into three main chapters. The first part contains general definitions of debt and economic crisis, the causes of the global financial crisis and the beginning of the debt crisis in Europe. In the second part are characterized measures against the debt crisis in the European Union. Algebra of dual quaternions in image analysis

Práce má dva cíle - zaprvé seznámit čtenáre s klasickým využitím kvaternionu a duálních kvaternionu v geometrii, zadruhé zobecněním Fourierovy transformace do množiny duálních kvaternionu. Nejprve se věnuje algebraickým vlastnostem a struktuře kvaternionu a zpusobům jejich zápisu. Poté jsou zavedena duální čísla a pomocí nich následně duální kvaterniony. Dále se práce zabývá vyjádřením rotací a translací pomocí kvaternionu a duálních kvaternionu, které umožňují jejich snadný popis. Nakonec je definována diskrétní duální kvaternionová Fourierova transformace a je odvozen algoritmus pro její efektivní výpočet, který je poté realizován jako kód v programovém prostrední MATLAB.This work has two goals. Firstly it is to acquaint the reader with the classical use of quaternions and dual quaternions in geometry. Secondly the generalization of the Fourier transform into the set of dual quaternions. At first it goes into algebraic properties and structure of quaternions and ways of their inscriptions. Later dual numbers are introduced and consecutively with their help dual quaternions. Then the work deals with description of rotations and translations using quaternions and dual quaternions, that enable their easy description. Finally the discreet dual quaternion Fourier transform is defined, and for its effective calculation the algorithm is derived, which is then brought into effect as a code in program environment MATLAB.

Study of microstructure evolution during final stage of sintering of advanced ceramic materials

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem vývoje mikrostruktury v poslední fázi slinování dvou keramických materiálů na bázi ZrO2 (tetragonálního ZrO2 dopovaného 3 mol% Y2O3 a kubického ZrO2 dopovaného 8 mol% Y2O3). Pro jejich slinování bylo použito konvenčního, mikrovlnného a SPS slinování. U slinutých materiálů byla hodnocena jejich dosažená relativní hustota a střední velikost zrn. Bylo zjištěno, že použité nekonvenční metody slinování umožňují v krátké době připravit keramický produkt se zlepšenou mikrostrukturou ve srovnání s konvenčním slinováním.This diploma thesis deals with the study of microstructure development during the final stage of sintering of two zirconia based ceramic materials (tetragonal ZrO2 doped with 3 mol% of Y2O3 and cubic ZrO2 doped with 8 mol% of Y2O3). Conventional, microwave and SPS sintering methods were used. Achieved relative densities and mean grain sizes were evaluated for sintered materials. It was found that the non-conventional sintering methods are capable of rapid processing of ceramics with improved microstructure compared to conventional sintering.
