    The framework of the theory of Truth-valued-flow Inference (TVFI) is introduced. Even though there are dozens of papers presented on fuzzy reasoning, we think it is still needed to explore a rather unified fuzzy reasoning theory which has the following two features: (1) it is simplified enough to be executed feasibly and easily; and (2) it is well structural and well consistent enough that it can be built into a strict mathematical theory and is consistent with the theory proposed by L.A. Zadeh. TVFI is one of the fuzzy reasoning theories that satisfies the above two features. It presents inference by the form of networks, and naturally views inference as a process of truth values flowing among propositions

    MIMO Antenna Polynomial Weighted Average Design Method of Downward-Looking Array SAR

    MIMO antenna polynomial weighted average design method of downward-looking array SAR was proposed from the angle of surveying and mapping in this paper, in order to solve the ill-posed problem that an equivalent virtual array can be implemented by a variety of physical transmitter-receiver arrays for bistatic MIMO linear array. For wave band, resolution, elevation precision, and working height concerned by the applications of surveying and mapping, the length of equivalent virtual array and actual physical array meeting the needs of large scale topographical mapping was solved. Then array numbers and position vectors of MIMO downward-looking array SAR of real aerial mapping platform were optimized. According to this design, some simulation experiments and comparisons were processed. The results proved the rationality and effectiveness of this array configuration by comparing the differences of 3D imaging results and the original simulation scene, counting mean and standard deviation of elevation reconstruction error eliminating the influence of shadow areas, and counting the probability of elevation reconstruction error within half a resolution of the whole scene and individual building area

    A Reliable Multipath Routing Protocol Based on Link Stability

    Wireless NanoSensor Network (WNSN) is a new type of sensor network with broad application prospects. In view of the limited energy of nanonodes and unstable links in WNSNs, we propose a reliable multi-path routing based on link stability (RMRLS). RMRLS selects the optimal path which perfects best in the link stability evaluation model, and then selects an alternative route by the routing similarity judgment model. RMRLS uses tew paths to cope with changes in the network topology. The simulation shows that the RMRLS protocol has advantages in data packet transmission success rate and average throughput, which can improve the stability and reliability of the network

    Fine-grained Domain Adaptive Crowd Counting via Point-derived Segmentation

    Due to domain shift, a large performance drop is usually observed when a trained crowd counting model is deployed in the wild. While existing domain-adaptive crowd counting methods achieve promising results, they typically regard each crowd image as a whole and reduce domain discrepancies in a holistic manner, thus limiting further improvement of domain adaptation performance. To this end, we propose to untangle \emph{domain-invariant} crowd and \emph{domain-specific} background from crowd images and design a fine-grained domain adaption method for crowd counting. Specifically, to disentangle crowd from background, we propose to learn crowd segmentation from point-level crowd counting annotations in a weakly-supervised manner. Based on the derived segmentation, we design a crowd-aware domain adaptation mechanism consisting of two crowd-aware adaptation modules, i.e., Crowd Region Transfer (CRT) and Crowd Density Alignment (CDA). The CRT module is designed to guide crowd features transfer across domains beyond background distractions. The CDA module dedicates to regularising target-domain crowd density generation by its own crowd density distribution.     Structures and photoelectron spectroscopy of Cu-n(BO2)(m) - (n, m=1, 2) clusters: Observation of hyperhalogen behavior

    The electronic structures of CuBO2 −, Cu(BO2)2 −, Cu2(BO2)−, and Cu2(BO2)2 − clusters were investigated using photoelectron spectroscopy. The measured vertical and adiabatic detachment energies of these clusters revealed unusual properties of Cu(BO2)2 cluster. With an electron affinity of 5.07 eV which is larger than that of its BO2 superhalogen (4.46 eV) building-block, Cu(BO2)2 can be classified as a hyperhalogen. Density functional theory based calculations were carried out to identify the ground stategeometries and study the electronic structures of these clusters. Cu(BO2) and Cu(BO2)2 clusters were found to form chainlike structures in both neutral and anionic forms. Cu2(BO2) and Cu2(BO2)2 clusters, on the other hand, preferred a chainlike structure in the anionic form but a closed ringlike structure in the neutral form. Equally important, substantial differences between adiabatic detachment energies and electron affinities were found, demonstrating that correct interpretation of the experimental photoelectron spectroscopy data requires theoretical support not only in determining the ground stategeometry of neutral and anionic clusters, but also in identifying their low lying isomers
