The Comparison of Level of Costumers Satisfaction Toward an Interpersonal Communication Ojek Online and Offline in Batam

One business that is developing today is the business of transportation services by motorcycle or used to be called an ojek. If the first motorcycle taxis are managed conventionally and sole proprietorship, now there is a new business motor that is a commercial business, which provides public transportation services and managed professionally. Currently there are two kinds of ojek services, namely ojek offline and ojek online. Unlike conventional motorcycles that can only be found when consumers look for it at certain points, ojek online can be ordered online through android apps. The purpose of this research is to know the comparison of consumer satisfaction level on interpersonal communication on ojek online and offline. The population used is the people of Batam who use Online Ojek and Ojek offline. The population consists of 5 districts namely Batuaji, Sagulung, Sekupang, Batu ampar and Batam Kota with a sample of 384 respondents. The results obtained by using questionnaires / questionnaires. Data analysis used is different test with SPSS version 20. The result of research shows that consumer satisfaction level on communication interpersonal with indicator of openness, empathy, support, positive and equality on ojek online and offline there is difference. Overall the level of customer satisfaction on communication interpersonal ojek online and offline there is a difference, with Sig count 0.000> 0.005. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the level of customer satisfaction on communications interpersonal services ojek online and offline in Batam

Development of teaching and learning activities in preparing entrepreneurs should balance between theory and practice debriefing proportionally. Practice developing learning skills through real work who are interested in how to put it in a curricular or extra- curricular activities scheduled as long as the neat, so it does not interfere with the other. Development of learning materials provided to students should not be simply related to learning practical skills alone, but also entrepreneurship education should be given so that they actually have a stock to become entrepreneurs. Stereotipisasi Etnis Makassar oleh TV One melalui Tayangan Bentrok dan Tawuran di Makassar

Penelitian ini mengamati tayangan berita TV One bertema bentrok dan tawuran yang berlokasi di Makassar. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui adanya stereotipisasi tertentu atas etnis Makassar yang berlaku pada media TV One berdasarkan hasil interpretasi audiens. Studi audiens ini menggunakan perspektif kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Sebanyak 21 informan, berlatarbelakang etnis Melayu dan Banjar yang berdomisili di Makassar dipilih melalui teknik snowball sampling. Data sekunder didapatkan dari rekapitulasi berita TV One Biro Makassar periode Maret – Desember 2010. Dalam proses analisis data, peneliti mengggunakan kerangka analisis resepsi Stuart Hall dengan menitikberatkan pada proses decoding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya stereotipisasi negatif yang berlaku dalam pemberitaan TV One atas etnis Makassar melalui tayangan bentrok dan tawuran yang berlokasi di Makassar. Kedua, hasil analisis resepsi menunjukkan audiens dominan menempati posisi negotiated reading atas stereotipisasi etnis Makassar. Secara garis besar, posisi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengalaman interaksi audiens Melayu dan Banjar dengan etnis Makassar

Tata Kelola Pariwisata dalam Pengembangan Potensi Desa Ketapanrame Kecamatan Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto

UU telah mengatur tentang hak untuk mengelolah potensi desa salah satunya dalam sektor pariwisata. Pembangunan desa wisata merupakan realisasi dari pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 Tentang Otonomi Daerah. Pembangunan desa berbasis wisata tidak semerta-merta, melainkan perlu memperhatikan potensi desa yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Begitu pula dengan Desa Ketapanrame, kepala desa setempat menemukan ada potensi untuk dijadikan desa wisata. Dengan demikian, perangkat desa dan masyarakat bekerja sama guna merealisasikannya, salah satunya adalah Taman Ganjaran. Taman Ganjaran ini digadang-gadang menjadi alun-alun Desa Ketapanrame. Dengan adanya Taman Ganjaran ini perangkat desa berharap akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Ketapanrame. PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Semarang branch from 1990 to the present every year always provides low-interest capital loans to SMEs in Central Java. In addition to providing capital loans. PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Semarang Branch also conducts training programs in the field of managerial and supervision for surrogate partners, with the aim to improve the ability andskills in the field of managerial its agent partners. Managerial ability is very important in the field owned by the SMEs in order to improve its performance. The purpose of this study was to prove the difference in the performance of SMEs that have and have not followed the training and supervision program assisted partners PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Branch Semarang.The population in this study are all managers who are SMEs Patronage Partners Regional Branch Semarang PT. Jasa Marga (Persero). Sampling was carried out with the aim of sampling technique (purposive sampling). The samples in this study, totaling 25 (Twenty five) for SMEs who have not attended the training and supervision dan25 (five) for SMEs that havetraining and supervision. Inferential analysis used in this study is the Mann-Whitney test (U test). The results using a different test to prove that: performance in the areas of production,marketing, and finance SMEs who have attended training programs and supervision of trained partners are significantly different from those not following the training and supervision program established partners (1) performance in the field of human resources SMEs that have followed the training and supervision program established partners are significantly different from those not following the training and supervision program assisted partners PT.
