This article talks about the ordering of breastfeeding in the Quran through reviewing of Albaqarah verse 233 and then correlated to other supporting verses. In general, breastfeeding is a natural activity of woman who has a child. However, the Qur\u27an sees it as aprivilege for women, rather than a command of Allah. Breastfeeding is also full of benefits for human being. For advanced discussion, the reasons for the order can be scientifically proven havinga lot of beneficial both psychologically and physically for child and mother. Scientific facts show that the composition of breast milk contains the elements needed by the child that not found in others. Thus, it will physically make the child healthy. The breastfeeding process also helps mothers overcome their psychological problems postpartum, and will strengthen the emotional bond to children (bounding attachment)

Evaluasi Kepuasan Pengguna System Application And Products (Sap) dengan Metode End-user Computing Satisfaction (Eucs) pada PT Xyz

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna System Application and Products (SAP) pada PT XYZ. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna akhir dengan menggunakan model End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Model EUCS memiliki 5 faktor yaitu konten, akurasi, format, kemudahan pengguna dan ketepatan waktu, 5 faktor tersebut digunakan sebagai variabel bebas untuk melakukan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna SAP pada PT XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan kuisioner sebagai data primer serta jurnal ilmiah, referensi buku sebagai data sekunder. Metode pengujian menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 faktor dalam model EUCS memberikan pengaruh sebesar 59,5% terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP pada PT XYZ. Konten mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 19,2%, kemudian diikuti dengan ketepatan waktu yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 18,5%, kemudahan pengguna memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 12,2%, akurasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 7,1%, dan format memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 2,5%

The performance reduction is directly connected by the decreasing of earnings, especially in motor vehicle and parts sale in those years and also the increasing of cost of production, due to the increasing of import fee and transportation cost. Scout Movement is a non-governmental agencies, which seeks to help the government and the community, in the community and nation building, especially in the field of education. One of the important activities of the scout is to memorize codes or commonly known by the code name. To overcome this, the rapid development of technology by utilizing smartphones in independent learning, and multimedia facilities that can remove images, audio and animation, then the password scout learning application created as an application that can be used to perform the learning process in memorizing passwords scout syringe morse key feature and slideshow images semaphore. Learning application scouts password has been tested to 10 users with an average value of the application user satisfaction of 3.14 which indicates that the application of user interest is good. PENERAPAN PASAL 178 AYAT (2) HIR DALAM PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH SYAR’IYAH ACEH NOMOR 45/PDT.G/2017/MS.ACEH TENTANG CERAI TALAK

The judiciary is organized into two levels, the first level of justice is Religious Court/Syar'iyah Court,  and the court of appeal is the Religious High Court/Provincial Syar'iyah Court. These two trials are referred to as judex facti. The judex facti function is carried out through several stages, is: formulating facts, looking for cause and effect relationships and figuring out probabilities. So, the background of this research is related to the application of judex facti in Aceh Syar'iyah Court. Based on the analysis of the data carried out, it is concluded that the Judex Facti of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court in trying and deciding divorce case Number 45/Pdt.G/2017/MS.Aceh has tried to apply in accordance with the principles of law and legislation in force. That is in the ruling the Aceh Syar'iyah Court panel of judges had given maximum consideration to the reasons for the comparison in filing an appeal. However, there are still shortcomings and anomalies related to the reasons for the comparison in submitting a request so that the 10-grand dowry that has not been paid in full is not granted by the panel of judges of the Syar'iyah Court.  Because of this, the judiciary of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court was judged to have shortcomings and was not optimal in applying the law. Although in authority the panel of judges may not grant the demands of the comparator as long as they do not conflict with applicable laws and regulations. If judged from the whole, the judex facti of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court has implemented it in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations

PKPU Policy Number 20 of 2018 Concerning the Prohibition of Former Corruptors as Legislative Candidates in the 2019 General Election

This research was conducted to analyse the prohibition of former corruptors’ ability to become legislative candidates based on PKPU Policy Number 20 of 2018, in terms of synchronizing the policy with higher laws and examining it from the perspective of political ethics and legal politics in eradicating corruption in Indonesia. The research method adopted was normative juridical, and the types and sources of data used were secondary data, applying data sources from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of data processing are presented in the descriptive analysis. The outcomes of this research indicate that the synchronization of PKPU policy law No. 20 of 2018 regarding the disallowance of ex-corruptors from becoming legislative candidates clash with higher laws and regulations, namely Law Number 7 of 2017 regarding elections in conjunction with Law Number 12 of 2011 about the formation of laws and regulations. Therefore, the conclusion of the KPU regulations has no binding legal force. The actualization of a fair and sovereign election requires all policymakers’ support, especially in the enforcement and application of political ethics and the law to eliminate corruption in Indonesia. In an effort to provide public services to meet the basic needs of citizens, the policy in regional management has become the responsibility of the local government itself. It is contained in Act No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government. Environmental issues become one of the basic aspects in an effort to create an atmosphere and order in a region, it is necessary to have cooperation with third parties, namely the interregional cooperation between the borders for the implementation of Government Affairs: a. Who has cross-regional externalities; And b. Provision of more efficient public services if jointly managed. Like urban spatial plan Pekanbaru in Pekanbaru city regulation No. 8 of 2014 About waste management. This research is intended to know the waste management in Pekanbaru City in 2014-2015. Pekanbaru has 16 Temporary Disposal Sites (TPS) scattered in a compact area of Pekanbaru consisting of 12 districts currently capable of generating 500 tons of waste / day, of about 1.3 million residents. On average, 2.6 kilograms of rubbish once every resident every day. Garbage collection of garbage is always routinely done by related parties but in running its service there is still lack and dissatisfaction of society. Pekanbaru in 2013 entered in the cleanest big city in Indonesia through Adipura award, but in fact garbage management becomes problem always updated by Local Government of Pekanbaru City, problems arise due to security and coordination from various parties in providing public service garbage problem, one of The peak is the piling up of garbage in some sub-districts and there are also strike action of officers who are not respected by third parties PT. Multi Inti Guna (PT.MIG) which does not affect the management of the areas that are not harmonious in the process of waste management budget disbursement

Analisis Kinerja Dinas Sosial dan Pemakaman Kotapekanbaru (Studi Kasus : Pembinaan Anak Jalanan)

Pekanbaru is the capital of Riau province who also have serious concerns about the derelict in this regard are street children. Figures existence of street children in the city of Pekanbaru is high enough to be one of the social problems in the community. Pekanbaru city government was not without effort to eradicate street children in the city of Pekanbaru. One way to conduct training to street children, it is the primary goal of the research conducted by the author. In this paper the authors study using qualitative analysis methods. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of spoken words and observable behavior of the people studied.Based on the results of research conducted and followed by analyzing the data obtained from the question and answer directly to the informant, resulting in that the views of the five substances of government functions: (1) Provision of Services, as a concept has been well formulated but they lack the facilities that support, because only 1 has a facility to conduct training. (2) setting, Pekanbaru City does not have specific regional regulation of street children, street children is only one study in Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 12 Year 2008 on the Social Order. (3) Coordination of the review has been going pretty well, it is seen from the joint raid Social Service and Pekanbaru City Cemetery with other institutions that together took to the streets. (4) Representatives, Parliament representatives of the people, has synergy with the Department of Social and Pekanbaru City Cemetery, special support from relevant Council special budget for development of street children. (5) Development, Social Services and Funeral Pekanbaru, only have one container that LBK, the last condition is far from manicured, and until the end of this research in the LBK has been no activity on social issues. Judging from the five substances, some shortcomings do Social Service and Funeral Pekanbaru City street children in foster such development activities, the construction of additional homes built, as well as the need for understanding and support of all components of both the public and the government to resolve at least reduce the problem of street children.Keywords: Performance of Social Service, Government Functions, Street Child Development
