La actividad innovadora de la empresa y el impacto que ejercen sobre ella los cambios del entorno: un estudio empírico

Este artículo examina la relación entre algunas variables del entorno y el comportamiento innovador de la empresa. Con esta finalidad hemos planteado un modelo que se ha sometido a contrastación empírica en empresas que pertenecen al sector de las Rocas Ornamentales o Piedra Natural en la región de Extremadura. Los resultados de nuestro análisis muestran que la turbulencia del mercado y el crecimiento del mercado son claros predictores del constructo comportamiento innovador, pero se rechaza la existencia de una influencia positiva de la variable turbulencia tecnológica en dicho constructoThis article examines the relation between both sorne variables of the background and the innovating behavior of the organization. With this purpose we have raised a model that has been put under empirical contrast in companies from the Spanish region of Extremadura that belong to the industrial sector of Ornamental Natural Stone. La repercusión de un entorno cambiante en la empresa

Hoy día la actividad innovadora constituye el núcleo del espíritu empresarial, de tal forma que el concepto de innovación afecta a todas las empresas y organizaciones. Se trata de innovar, de manera continuada, buscar la adaptación a un entorno inestable y cambiante, inculcando en la plantilla un sentimiento de predisposición al cambio, de manera que la persona debe ser la protagonista del cambio por sus capacidades y actitudes, dentro del marco coherente definido por la dirección de la empresa. Otro elemento clave es la llegada de la Sociedad de la Información, que aporta profesiones y productos innovadores. Los recursos más importantes desde el punto de vista competitivo son aquellos que son duraderos, difíciles de identificar y comprender, imperfectamente transferibles sobre los que la empresa posee una clara propiedad y control. Todas estas características intangibles los convierten en los recursos que mejor cumplen los requisitos para sostener la ventaja competitiva.Today, innovative activity is the core of entrepreneurship, so that the concept of innovation affects all companies and organizations. Estudio sobre el comportamiento innovador de la empresa

En este trabajo el propósito de los autores es estudiar si un mayor comportamiento innovador por parte de la empresa favorece los resultados obtenidos por ella. Con esta finalidad se plantea un modelo en el que se contempla qué variables llevan a que ese comportamiento innovador aumente. La investigación se ha desarrollado sobre las empresas que pertenecen al sector de las Rocas Ornamentales o Piedra Natural en la región de Extremadura. Los resultados de nuestro análisis muestnm una influencia positiva de la variable comportamiento innovador en los resultados de la empresa.The authors' purpose of this article is to study if a greater innovating behavior on the part of the organization favors its performance. To this end it is raised a model in which the variables that lead to that increasing trend are shown. The importance of innovation in e-commerce

Este trabajo realiza una aproximación económica del comercio electrónico a nivel mundial, europeo, nacional y regional -Extremadura-. En él destaca el alto potencial de crecimiento en e-commerce de España y Extremadura, siendo un aspecto a potenciar en las empresas. Hemos planteado un modelo que relaciona edad, tamaño e innovación de la empresa con el e-commerce. Obteniendo un modelo, en que indica la relación positiva existente de la innovación hacia el e-commerce, desde el tamaño de la empresa hacia el e-commerce; y donde además la edad de la empresa influye positivamente en la innovación y en el tamaño de la empresa, siendo la innovación la pieza fundamental para la explotación del e-commerce.This work takes an economic approach of electronic commerce at global, European, national and regional level -Extremadura-. In the highlights the high potential for growth in e-commerce of Spain and Extremadura, is an aspect to be promoted within companies. We have proposed a model that relates age, size and innovation in the enterprise e-commerce. Getting a model, indicating the positive relationship of innovation towards e-commerce, from the size of the company to e-commerce; and where also the age of the company positively influences innovation and the size of the company, innovation being the cornerstone for the operation of e-commerce.peerReviewe

Factores asociados al cese de las empresas en su fase inicial

Los factores internos de la empresa y el entorno en la que se ubica asociados al cese de las empresas en sus primeros meses de vida, y el proceso que lleva al mismo, son cuestiones importantes pero poco analizadas en los estudios sobre creación de empresas. Son diversas las investigaciones que afirman que las empresas pequeñas, jóvenes y de determinadas zonas, están más abocadas al cese, y que el tamaño, la edad y el área geográfica en la que se ubique, influyen negativa o positivamente en la probabilidad de cese del negocio. Pero resulta complicado realizar un análisis empírico sobre los factores asociados a ello por la dificultad de delimitar el concepto de cese empresarial y el coste de realizar estudios empíricos comparativos con continuidad en el tiempo. Es por ello, que este estudio aporta una evidencia empírica a la literatura existente sobre los factores internos y del entorno asociados al tamaño, la edad y la ubicación de las empresas de nueva creación, que influyen en el cese de la actividad económica en su fase inicial en España.The internal factors of the company and the environment in the one that is located associated with the cessation of the companies in his first months of life, and the process that takes the same one, there are questions important but little analyzed in the studies on entrepreneurship. There are diverse the investigations that affirm that the small, young companies and of certain areas, they are more exposed to the cessation, and that the size, the age and the geographical area in the one that is located, influence denial or positively in the probability of cessation of the business. But it turns out to be complicated to realize an empirical analysis on the factors associated with it by the difficulty of delimiting the concept of managerial cessation and the cost of realizing empirical comparative studies with continuity in the time. It is for it, that this study contributes an empirical evidence to the existing literature on the internal factors and of the environment associated with the size, the age and the place of the entrepreneurship, which influence the cessation of the economic activity his initial phase in Spain

Emprendimiento en la Universidad de Extremadura - GUESS 2016

En este trabajo, el lector puede encontrar evidencias, medidas, conocimiento, creo que muy interesantes y, sobre todo útiles, sobre la intención emprendedora de los estudiantes de la Universidad de Extremadura, y sus condicionantes, fenómeno, el de la intención, que es consecuencia de la actitud, las normas subjetivas y la percepción, y predictor, directamente, del comportamiento emprendedor. En todos y cada uno de los centros y grados que oferta la Universidad de Extremadura hay estudiantes con potencial emprendedor. Estimamos que este conocimiento, aportado por GUESSS, puede y debe empujar hacia la construcción de un Modelo de Universidad Emprendedora, al servicio del desarrollo económico y social de su entorno, la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura. La Educación Emprendedora, es clave para cambiar, de fondo, la situación económica de Extremadura. Creemos que, con los adecuados modelos, metodologías y profesorado, debería implantarse en todo el sistema educativo, y, en la Universidad, en todos sus grados, posgrados y doctorados.In this work, the reader can find evidence, measures, knowledge, I think very interesting and, above all, useful, about the entrepreneurial intention of the students of the University of Extremadura, and its determinant, phenomenon, that of the intention, which is consequence of attitude, subjective norms and perception, and predictor, directly, of enterprising behavior. In each and every one of the centers and degrees offered by the University of Extremadura there are students with enterprising potential. We believe that this knowledge, contributed by GUESSS, can and should push towards the construction of an Entrepreneurship University Model, at the service of the economic and social development of its surroundings, the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Entrepreneurship Education is key to change, in the background, the economic situation of Extremadura. We believe that, with the appropriate models, methodologies and teaching staff, it should be implemented throughout the educational system, and, at the University, in all its degrees, postgraduate and doctoral degrees
