    Profile of investigative capacities that determine factors to investigate in the universities of Peru

    The need to develop research in the Peruvian university context is urgently needed. That is why, in order to develop the research processes, it is required to have a profile of the research capacity of the students. For this reason, the purpose was to determine the profile of investigative capacities that derive from factors to investigate in universities. It corresponds to the quantitative approach, of a transversal type; a sample made up of 303 university students was used. Two instruments were used: investigative skills scale and the questionnaire of factors that influence investigative skills with construct validity by the KMO test (0.623 and 0.706,respectively). The results referring to the profiles showed that 32.3% of the respondents identified themselves with the reflective inquiry investigative capacity profile, followed by 26.7% with the generic conceptualization investigative capacity profile; while 27.7% were related to the specific cognitive investigative abilities profile and, finally, 13.2% ofthose evaluated were identified in the active cognitive construction investigative abilities profile. It is concluded that students have investigative skills at different progressive levels, with different characteristics depending on the influence of factors in the training process.Campus Huancay

    Administrative management, which resides in projecting, structuring, carrying out and inspecting a specific task to achieve goals through the use of individuals and other resources is a key element within any company. Therefore, effective administration allows many goals to be achieved. In relation to labor disputes, these are born from different perspectives when discrepancies cannot be resolved. From there, it is important to recognize the types of problems that can generate a conflict to prevent and not affect the performance and welfare of its members. For this reason, companies have begun to use alternative conflict resolution processes, especially mediation, to process conflicts and prosper labor ties. From the above, the need was born to know how administrative management had an impact on labor disputes; as well as knowing how the administrative management influences the dimensions of differentiation of activities, shared resources and interdependent activities in a way that leads to an effective administration and optimal performance and well-being of the staff, leading to financial and resource gains within the Project under study. The research presented a non-experimental, quantitative, basic design and was multivariable causal. The population was 110 administrative workers. Surveys were used as techniques and had likert questionnaires as instruments. Coming to conclude that administrative management has a significant impact on labor disputes (less than 1,852 times than if management were not efficient and less than 1,135 times if it was not good); The aforementioned variable also affects the differentiation dimensions of activities, shared resources and independent activities

    Educational inclusion requires the improvement of the work carried out by teachers, specialists and families in order to meet the needs of children, adolescents and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The comprehensive education given to these students with ASD based on the inclusive policies that are being developed is a great challenge, and when considering the high expectations of an educated population like Cuba’s. The purpose of this paper is to review the pedagogical work structured on a set of principles for ASD students. For this purpose, the application and continuous use of interaction techniques that are put into practice in daily life favor learning, socialization, adaptation of their behaviors, social interrelations, and knowledge of the environment of the children with ASD. The intensity and long duration of the interventions, the cooperative intervention, precocity, the ecological principle, priority to communication and socialization, the multisensory principle, and the use of alternative facilitating systems and individualization during intervention can become guidelines for the pedagogical work the ASD learners

    Características personales, integración institucional y aprendizaje en estudiantes universitarios de Juliaca

    This research involves a scientific treatment and analysis between personal characteristics, institutional integration and learning in university students of the Andina Néstor Cáceres Velásquez University and Alas Peruanas University of Juliaca. It was developed within the quantitative approach, based on the correlational design -descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample included 244 students from both study houses. The instruments Ego Identity Process, Academic Self-Efficacy Scale and Institutional Integration Scale allowed verifying that there is a relationship between the variables. It was concluded that there is a high positive relationship between personal characteristics, institutional integration and student learning. Furthermore, there is a high positive relationship between the characteristic identity status, institutional integration and learning. With these evidences, the critical points that generate deficiencies in institutional integration will be measured and actions will be taken.Esta investigación implica un tratamiento y análisis científico entre las características personales, la integración institucional y el aprendizaje en estudiantes universitarios de la Universidad Andina Néstor Cáceres Velásquez y Universidad Alas Peruanas de Juliaca. Se desarrolló dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, basado en el diseño correlacional-descriptivo y de corte trasversal. La muestra incluyó a 244 estudiantes de ambas casas de estudio. Los instrumentos Proceso de Identidad Ego, Escala de Autoeficacia Académica y Escala de Integración Institucional permitieron comprobar que existe relación entre las variables. Se concluyó que existe relación positiva alta entre las características personales, la integración institucional y el aprendizaje en los estudiantes. Además, existe relación positiva alta entre la característica estatus de identidad, integración institucional y el aprendizaje. Con estas evidencias, se dará paso a la medición de los puntos críticos que generan falencias en la integración institucional y se actuará sobre ello

    Academic Procrastination, Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy in University Students: Comparative Study in Two Peruvian Cities

    The present study aims to determine the relationship between academic procrastination, self-esteem and self-efficacy in undergraduate students in two Peruvian cities. The population consisted of 13,767 students, from which a sample of 1,494 was extracted. The subjects were selected from eight universities: five private and one public, from the city of Metropolitan Lima; and two universities, one public and one private, from the city of Arequipa. The instruments used were the Academic Procrastination Scale (EPA), the Scale of Specific Perceived Self-Efficacy in Academic Situations (EAPESA) and the Rosemberg Self-Esteem Scale. The results allow us to conclude that, in terms of perceived effectiveness, the relationship is slightly higher in the city of Arequipa, reiterating this with respect to academic procrastination, where the relationship is also slightly higher. Finally, with regard to self-esteem, the trend continues to indicate a greater relationship in Arequip

    Gamification as a resource in education. A bibliometric analysis in times of pandemic

    The objective of the study is to describe the world scientific production on gamification in the Scopus and Web of Science databases between the months of January 2020 and March 2022. We worked with a universe consisting of 754 documents from the database Web of Science and 1443 from Scopus. The results indicate that, in terms of the number of authors, Scopus has 1,336 and Web of Science, 2,223. The rate of collaboration between authors is slightly higher in Web of Science (3.18) compared to 3.05 in Scopus.Regarding the author with the highest production on the subject, Juho Hamari stood out, while the Lecture notes in computer science magazines in Scopus and the Sustainability magazine in WoS stood out as the media with the highest production of articles on gamification; On the other hand, Spain was the main country producing scientific evidence, and the type of scientific production that stood out was the original articles. The growth of scientific production on gamification is corroborated and further growth is forecast for the coming years.Campus San Juan de Luriganch

    Due process is fundamental in determining the sentence for crimes such as femicide. The Superior Court of Justice is one of the entities responsible for ensuring compliance with due process. Therefore, it is important to determine the violation of due process in this institution. Through the cases that have been studied, it has been demonstrated that the preparatory investigation stage ends with very few elements to be taken into account. This represents a certain vacuum in that the attempt on a woman's life cannot be criminalized. In other words, terms such as homicide and aggravated homicide are not taken into account. This scenario is due to inefficiency in the investigation sector and the lack of specialized legal operators

    Caracterización de la cultura financiera en micro y pequeñas empresas del municipio de La Victoria del estado de Lima, Perú

    La presente investigación tuvo como propósito determinar el perfil de la cultura financiera en microempresarios del municipio de La Victoria, del estado de Lima, Perú, que permita proponer estrategias de mejora. Se aplicó el instrumento CF1 simplificado, compuesto por 54 ítems agrupados en 10 dimensiones, mediante un formulario en línea y previo contacto con el empresario, se envió el enlace vía mensaje de texto. La confiabilidad arrojó un alfa de Cronbach adecuado (α = 0.934), la validez de constructo fue el análisis factorial confirmatorio, que mostró un residuo cuadrático medio, de 0.08. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 444 participantes, de los cuales, 97.3% poseen microempresas del giro de comercialización. En esta investigación se evidenciaron aspectos muy relevantes de compartir, por ejemplo, que 65.3% de los dueños son de género masculino, y 34.7% femenino. En cuanto a la edad, 33.3% corresponde a microempresarios con menos de 30 años. Respecto al estado civil, 52.3% son casados, 63.7% terminó la educación secundaria y 19.4% cursó estudios profesionales. El instrumento permite conocer la percepción de actitudes, pensamientos y prácticas para el adecuado manejo de los recursos financieros. Evidencia una tendencia desfavorable en las dimensiones de previsión de siniestros, manejo adecuado de compra compulsiva, percepción de riesgo y en valoración del dinero o material. Asimismo, comentar que el municipio de La Victoria es uno de los lugares que alberga la mayor cantidad de empresarios textiles y confeccionistas del Perú, seguido de otros rubros de menor magnitud, Araujo (2018) en su investigación indica que si se renuevan las actitudes financieras de los empresarios mejorará su rendimiento, lo cual no debe limitarse a procesar y suministrar información, más bien, se debe participar de manera activa en planeación y estrategia de la organización.     The research aimed to establish whether there was a relationship between visual perception and logical thinking in children of 5 years of an Educational Institution. It was carried out from the quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross section. The sample was 80 students from the 5-year classrooms of an educational institution in San Martín de Porres (S.M.P). For the data collection, the Frostig Test (1963) and the pre-calculus test of Milicic and Schmidt (1995) were applied. The results obtained showed that visual perception has a high (0.750) and significant (p <0.01) correlation with logical thinking in an educational institution of S.M.P. Therefore, it was found that there is a high and significant relationship between visual perception and logical thinking in children of 5 years of an educational institution.La investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer si existía relación entre la Percepción visual y el Pensamiento Lógico en niños de 5 años de una Institución Educativa. Se llevó a cabo desde el enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional y corte transversal. La muestra fue de 80 estudiantes de las aulas de 5 años de una institución educativa de San Martín de Porres (S.M.P). Para la recolección de datos se aplicó el Test de Frostig (1963) y la prueba de pre cálculo de Milicic y Schmidt (1995). Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que la percepción visual tiene una correlación alta (0,750) y significativa (p < 0,01) con el pensamiento lógico en una institución educativa de S.M.P. Por tanto, se comprobó que existe una relación alta y significativa entre percepción visual y pensamiento lógico en niños de 5 años de una institución educativa
