Mediatisasi Dakwah melalui Kesenian Habsyi di Regei Lestasi, Kalimantan Tengah

This article was aimed at explaining the da'wah mediation through the Habsyi art in Regei Lestari village, Central Kalimantan. The method applied in this study was qualitative method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentary studies. Through such data collection, this study found that the Habsyi art plays an important role in socio-religious life of Regei Lestari’s society. This important role can be seen from the existence of the Habsyi art in every social-religious activity of Regei Lestari’s society. Awareness of this important role is also the basis for da'wah mediation through the Habsyi art in Regei Lestari. The implication of this mediation was that there was a change of both the quality and quantity of society’s participation in da'wah activity. Therefore, based on these findings, it can be concluded that art is not only on purpose as a medium to provide entertainment for humans, but also in certain society, it can be as a fairly effective da'wah medium as in Regei Lestari society. Diseño de mezclas asfálticas en caliente con la adición de escoria metalúrgica–Lima, 2018

La presente investigación que lleva por título “Diseño de mezclas asfálticas en caliente con la adición de escoria metalúrgica – Lima, 2018”, ha sido realizado con el fin de estudiar el comportamiento de las mezclas asfálticas al adicionar escoria metalúrgica, para ello se ha analizado 4 diseños de mezclas, en las cuales a uno de estos se tomó como diseño patrón y 3 se tomaron como diseños experimentales. Teniendo como objetivo general determinar de qué manera influye la adición de escoria metalúrgica en el diseño de mezclas asfálticas en caliente – Lima, 2018. Según los resultados obtenidos en los diseños experimentales mediante la metodología Marshall, se demostró que el uso de la escoria en la mezcla asfáltica influye en la estabilidad con 12.536 KN y en la fluencia con 14mm. De la metodología Lottman se determinó el 87% de resistencia conservada en el diseño experimental, la cual hace referencia a una resistencia mayor a la del diseño patrón y cumpliendo con la norma. En la investigación se concluye que; si se puede utilizar la escoria metalúrgica en las mezclas asfálticas, ya que esta influye significativamente en la estabilidad, fluencia y resistencia a la tracción indirecta

DAKWAH MELALUI PEMBINAAN KEAGAMAAN TERHADAP MASYARAKAT MUSLIM PEDALAMAN OLEH PENYULUH AGAMA ISLAM NON PNS KECAMATAN TEBAS, SAMBAS

Tebas District is part of the 3 T region which has the largest population in Sambas district. Most of the population in the Tebas sub-district are spread in 23 villages where transportation access is quite alarming. This reality is not balanced with the number of non PNS Islamic religious instructors appointed by the Ministry of Religion, which amounted to only three people in 2019. Despite having limited personnel, the propaganda carried out with religious guidance was able to touch all circles and entire Tebas sub-district. This study aims to analyze da'wah through religious guidance carried out by Islamic religious instructors in the Tebas sub-district which is in the interior (3 T). This study is a field research using qualitative methods. The results of the analysis of the research findings can be concluded that the religious guidance carried out by Islamic religious instructors in the Tebas sub-district of Sambas district still uses a conventional coaching approach that emphasizes the delivery of da'wah messages orally and directly. Nonetheless, non-PNS Islamic religious instructors in Tebas district, Sambas district, their guidance efforts were carried out with a "pick up ball" pattern and were systematically scheduled. The selection of the guidance approach is based on the social reality of the missionary objectives that are still lagging behind both in terms of technology, access to information and transportation, and limited personnel resources in conducting guidance

Hambatan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Bengkulu dalam Pengintegrasian Pengelolaan SMA dan Smk

The purpose of writing the article is to describe the barriers and solutions in the management of high school and vocational integration into the province of Bengkulu. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The subjects used in are: Head, Head, Head of Sector Dikmen, and Principal of SMA and SMK. The tools used in the collection of data is by using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study are as follows: Readiness Education Department of Bengkulu province in carrying out the implementation of actional rule No. 23 of 2014, is now being preparing for the transition of authority from the district / city to the provinces to collect data on the number of high school teachers and vocational school, the school\u27s assets, the number of supervisors, as well as matters more about the switch. This data collection has been conducted from February to April 2016 yesterday, then on October 3, 2016 will be the handover of district / city government to the provinces

Motivación y comprensión de textos en estudiantes de 4to. grado de primaria de una I.E pública, Chorrillos 2022

En el grupo de estudio se pudo constatar la poca o falta de motivación de los estudiantes para la leer, siendo tomado como aburrido y tedioso, por ello, el presente estudio pretendió corroborar la relación establecida entre motivación y comprensión de textos, en estudiantes del 4to. grado de primaria de una I.E. publica, Chorrillos 2022. Se aplicó una investigación de tipo cuantitativo, del tipo básica y de diseño correlacional, efectuada en una muestra de 80 estudiantes del 4to. grado de primaria. Se determinó una muestra 80 estudiantes de una población de 105 estudiantes del grado, la cual mostraba desmotivación para la lectura, resultando aburrido, cansado y nada interesante. En el presente estudio, se observaron dos variables y se estableció la aplicación de dos instrumentos, uno de ellos, el cuestionario sobre la motivación para lectura, basado en el MRQ, desarrollado por Wigfield, Guthrie & Mc Gough, el segundo instrumento, la Prueba de Comprensión de Lectura para el nivel primario NEP-SR FORMA A, de Sánchez y Reyes. La indagación nos permitió encontrar como resultados la relación significativa existente entre motivación y comprensión de textos, en estudiantes de 4to. grado de primaria de una IE pública, Chorrillos 2022

Autoestima y su relación con el logro académico de los oficiales alumnos del diplomado en liderazgo y gestión de la Compañía de Infantería de la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército – 2018

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar de qué manera se relaciona la autoestima con el logro académico de los oficiales alumnos del Diplomado en Liderazgo y Gestión de la Compañía de Infantería de la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército - 2018. El enfoque fue de una investigación cuantitativa, de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta por 86 oficiales alumnos, de ahí se tomó una muestra de 70, obtenidos por muestreo aleatorio, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta de 15 preguntas con una escala de cinco categorías de respuestas referida a ambas variables. Este instrumento tuvo una alta confiabilidad de 0.922. Se realizó el análisis correspondiente a los resultados de la encuesta llegando a la demostración empírica de que un 90.2% apoya o considera positivamente los requerimientos de los indicadores y las dimensiones propuestas en el instrumento; esto fue ampliamente corroborado y contrastado empleando el chi cuadrado. Se concluyó que la didáctica militar se relaciona directamente con el logro académico de los oficiales alumnos del Diplomado en Liderazgo y Gestión de la Compañía de Infantería de la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército - 2018.The objective of this research was to determine how self-esteem relates to the academic achievement of the official students of the Diploma in Leadership and Management of the Infantry Company of the Army Infantry School - 2018. The focus was on an investigation quantitative, applied type, descriptive level, non-experimental design. The population was made up of 86 official students, from which a sample of 70 was taken, obtained by random sampling, to which a survey of 15 questions was applied with a scale of five response categories referring to both variables. This instrument had a high reliability of 0.922. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was made, arriving at the empirical demonstration that 90.2% support or positively consider the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square. It was concluded that the military didactics is directly related to the academic achievement of the official students of the Diploma in Leadership and Management of the Infantry Company of the Army Infantry School - 2018

Mejora de la gestión del almacén para disminuir los costos de almacenamiento de la empresa Omega Power S.A.C. en el año 2018

RESUMEN El presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo general implementar mejoras en la gestión del almacén perteneciente a la empresa Omega Power S.A.C., las cuales nos ayudarían a disminuir los costos de almacenamiento que se tenían sobre sus existencias, pues eran muy elevadas con relación al nivel de ventas observado. Para ello se inició con la elaboración de un diagnostico base donde revisemos los puntos críticos de la gestión que venía teniendo el almacén, para luego diseñar las mejoras necesarias que nos ayuden a mejorar sus resultados; una vez culminada esta fase se procedió a implementar las mejoras diseñadas que produjeron muy buenos resultados no solo en la gestión del almacén, sino también sobre la cadena logística de la empresa. Los resultados en la gestión de almacén fueron positivos, pues se logró equilibrar las existencias del stock acorde al nivel de ventas gracias a la clasificación ABC de los productos, donde se pudo conocer el punto de pedido para generar una orden de compra y volumen óptimo de pedido. Otro de los resultados obtenidos fueron obtener un almacén ordenado y limpio, con un diseño de anaqueles ubicados para aumentar su capacidad de almacenaje en un 44%, pudiendo disminuir los tiempos en los procesos de recepción y almacenaje de productos en un 40% y en tiempo de atención de pedidos en un 82% respecto al inicial. También se comprobó una mejora en los indicadores de gestión, donde la rotación de inventario aumentó y el nivel de pedidos a tiempo mejoro notablemente; también se redujeron las semanas de aprovisionamiento, los costos por unidad almacenada y la vejez del inventario. Concluimos entonces que con una buena gestión de almacenes podemos reducir no solo los costos de almacenamiento, sino también los tiempos de nuestros procesos, controlando los recursos de manera óptima y mejorar los indicadores de gestión de la empresa acorde a los objetivos del presente trabajo. Por ello se recomienda a la empresa mantener e impulsar el uso de los indicadores que nos ayuden a mantener controlado la gestión logística y nos ayude a mejorar cada vez más en las funciones ligadas su funcionamiento; además de conservar las mejoras implementadas para asegurar los bajos costos de almacenamiento.ABSTRACT The present work had as main objective to implement improvements in the management of the warehouse belonging to the company Omega Power S.A.C., which would help us to reduce the storage costs of their stock, since they were very high in relation to the level of sales observed. To this end, it began with the development of a basic diagnosis where we reviewed the critical points of the management that the warehouse had been in, and then design the necessary improvements that would help us improve their results; Once this phase was completed, the designed improvements were implemented, which produced very good results not only in the warehouse management, but also in the company's logistics chain. The results in the warehouse management were positive, as it was possible to balance the inventories of the stock according to the level of sales thanks to the ABC classification of the products, where the order point could be known to generate a purchase order and optimal volume of order. Another result obtained was to obtain an orderly and clean warehouse, with a design of shelves located to increase their storage capacity by 44%, being able to reduce the times in the processes of reception and storage of products by 40% and in time of attention of orders in 82% with respect to the initial one. There was also an improvement in the management indicators, where inventory rotation increased and the level of orders on time improved significantly; the weeks of supply, the costs per unit stored and the aging of the inventory were also reduced. We conclude then that with good warehouse management we can reduce not only the storage costs, but also the times of our processes, optimally controlling resources and improving the management indicators of the company according to the objectives of this work. For this reason, it is recommended that the company maintain and promote the use of indicators that help us to keep logistic management under control and to improve more and more in the functions linked to its operation; besides keeping the improvements implemented to ensure low storage costs

Formación profesional, básica o general: lo que piensan los estudiantes de una universidad pública del Brasil

En el contexto de educación superior, la participación de estudiantes en el diseño curricular es poco enfatizada. Este trabajo resulta de una investigación desarrollada con discentes de todas las carreras profesionales de la Universidad Estatal de Campinas – Unicamp - Brasil, con el objetivo de conocer la perspectiva de estos, qué aspectos del currículo de sus carreras profesionales son vistos como esenciales, y cuál sería el principal énfasis curricular que se debería abordar para prepararlos mejor para la actualidad y el futuro mundo del trabajo. Los datos revelan que los estudiantes están hoy más preocupados que en el pasado por cuestiones sociales, y resienten no ver ese énfasis abordado en los currículos. El trabajo es relevante por dar voz a la opinión de los estudiantes, una vez que ejercen un importante papel al transformar el currículo intencionado en currículo experimentado. In the context of higher education, student participation in curriculum design is little emphasized. This work results from a research developed with students from all courses at the State University of Campinas – Unicamp - Brazil, with the aim of knowing their perspective regarding which curricular aspects of profesional careers are considered to be seen as essential, and which would be the main curricular emphasis that should be applied in order to better prepare them for the current and the future world of work. The data reveal that students today are more concerned with social issues than they have been in the past and resent not see this emphasis addressed in the curriculum. The research is relevant for giving voice to students’ opinion, once they play an important role in transforming the curriculum intended to a experienced curriculum. Resumo: Em nosso contexto de educação superior, a participação de estudantes no desenho curricular é pouco enfatizada. Esse trabalho resulta de uma pesquisa desenvolvida com discentes de todos os cursos da Universidade Estadual de Campinas - Unicamp, com o objetivo de conhecer, na perspectiva destes, quais aspectos dos currículos de seus cursos são vistos como essenciais e qual seria a principal ênfase curricular que os currículos deveriam abordar para melhor prepará-los para o atual, e o futuro, mundo do trabalho. Os resultados demonstram uma mudança no comportamento e na visão do aluno sobre qual deva ser a direção de sua formação como profissional, o que desafia as políticas curriculares a tomar em consideração aspectos apontados por eles. Os dados desvelam que os estudantes hoje estão mais preocupados com questões sociais do que estiveram no passado e que se ressentem de não ver essa ênfase abordada nos currículos. A pesquisa é relevante por dar voz à opinião dos estudantes, uma vez que estes exercem importante papel ao transformar o currículo intencionado em currículo experienciado
