Financial Capability Analysis in Central Kalimantan Province Before and After Regional Autonomy

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of local original income before and after regional autonomy, the elasticity of local original income before and after regional autonomy, share of regional original income before and after regional autonomy, and regional financial capacity index before and after regional autonomy. This study uses the Paired Sample t-Test analysis method which is a different paired sample test which is used only for the formulation of the problem regarding the Financial Capability Index before and after regional autonomy. The results of the study show that the regional financial capacity index consisting of growth in local revenues, elasticity of local revenue, and share of local revenue in 1999 and 2006 showed fluctuating differences. While based on the financial ability index value shows the average financial capability index of the 6 districts / cities of observation for 1999 and 2006, respectively 2.818 and 2,758 with standard devisions of 2382.82 and 348.28, respectively. The 1999 financial capability index also shows a higher variation compared to the value of the financial ability index in 2006. In addition, the growth of regional original income, local revenue elasticity before and after regional autonomy in 1999 and 2006 in 6 (six) parent districts shows elasticity fluctuating or insignificant. Share of local revenue before and after regional autonomy in 1999 and 2006 in 6 (six) main districts showed significant results. The financial ability index before and after regional autonomy in 1999 and 2006 showed fairly weak or insignificant results. This is due to the growth of local revenue, elasticity of local revenue, and fluctuating share of regional revenue and it does not appear that the increase occurs every year. Finally, for 6 (six) regencies / parent cities in Central Kalimantan Province their financial capacity is still low, so they need attention in terms of regional financial management and have an impact on improving the welfare of the community. These efforts can be carried out, among others, by building a performance-based system for compiling local revenues, as well as increasing human resources in the area of ??regional financial management

Maka dari hal tersebut dirancang sebuah website yang dapat membantu pemilik UMKM dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Website yang dirancang menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai alur proses pengerjaan. Proses pengerjaan dimulai dari Requirements Analysis And Definition sampai dengan Operating And Maintenance. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Equivalence Partitioning menujukan bahwa website yang dirancang dapat berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ditemukan error.The background of this research is that the transaction process related to managing and storing payment results, better known as the cashier, takes place manually, which has the potential for human error or miscalculation. So from this, a website was designed that can help MSME owners run their businesses. The website is designed using the waterfall method as the workflow process. The work process starts with analyzing the requirements analysis and definition to operating and maintenance. The test results obtained show that the designed website can run well and that no errors were found

Analisis Kepadatan Penduduk dan Kualitas Permukiman di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo Tahun 2017

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1)Mengetahui persebaran kepadatan penduduk di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo tahun 2017. 2) Mengetahui kualitas permukiman di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo tahun 2017 dan 3)Mengetahui pengaruh Kepadatan Penduduk terhadap Kualitas Permukiman di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo tahun 2017. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh permukiman yang ada di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Unit analisis adalah blok permukiman yang ada di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, interpretasi citra IKONOS dan analisis data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan skoring dan overlay. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa : 1) Persebaran Kepadatan Penduduk di kecamatan Grogol : terdapat sembilan desa dengan kepadatan penduduk tinggi, tiga desa dengan kepadatan penduduk sedang dan dua desa dengan kepadatan penduduk rendah. 2) Kualitas permukiman di kecamatan Grogol : terdapat tujuh desa dengan kualitas permukiman sedang dan baik; empat desa dengan kualitas permukiman buruk, sedang, dan baik; dua desa dengan kualitas permukiman sedang; dan satu desa dengan kualitas permukiman baik. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas permukiman di Kecamatan Grogol didominasi oleh blok permukiman dengan kualitas sedang. 3) Tidak terdapat Pengaruh Kepadatan Penduduk terhadap Kualitas permukiman. Karena tidak ditemukan kepadatan penduduk tinggi dengan kualitas permukiman buruk dan kepadatan penduduk rendah dengan kualitas permukiman baik. Dari 14 desa yang berada di Kecamatan Grogol terdapat tujuh desa yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk tinggi dengan kualitas permukiman sedang, dua desa yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk tinggi dengan kualitas permukiman baik, tiga desa yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk sedang dengan kualitas permukiman sedang, dan dua desa yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk rendah dengan kualitas permukiman sedang. Tujuan utama dari rancang bangun prototype forklift manual dengan kapasitas angkat 200 kg ini adalah untuk membantu proses pengangkatan tool dan sparepart bengkel maintenance and repair dengan kekuatan manusia. Saat ini Forklift manual masih belum banyak digunakan di lingkungan perbengkelan karena pemakaiannya yang masih menggunakan prinsip konvesional atau dengan cara ditarik atau didorong. Penulis ingin mengetahui mungkinkah untuk membuat kendaraan yang efektif, efisien dengan biaya yang rendah dan digunakan. Rancang bangun prototype forklift manual ini di lakukan dengan cara merancang bentuk kendaraan roda empat, serta dua roda di depan sebagai penahan titik berat total. Equipment–equipment yang direncanakan dalam rancang bangun prototype forklift manual dengan kapasitas angkat 200 kg ini adalah gaya injak pada engkol penggerak sebesar 2800,2612 N. Proses pembuatan prototype forklift manual dengan kapasitas angkat 200 kg ini dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 1376 menit atau ± 23 jam. Biaya produksi dari pembuatan foklift manual ini adalah sebesar Rp.6.217.234,-. Jadi untuk harga jual pembuatan prototype forklift manual dengan kapasitas angkat 200 kg adalah sebesar Rp.11.501.800,-

Between chance and habit : the ink on plastic drawings of Jasper Johns

The ink on plastic drawings of Jasper Johns count as one of his most prolific and enigmatic media, and yet they stubbornly remain the least investigated on their own terms. As early as 1961, Johns became attracted to the medium’s lack of absorbency and the distinctive patterns ink made during the time it took to dry. These dense palimpsests collapse mind and matter into singularly resonant works; they are somewhere between spontaneity and habit, between immediate feeling and mediated representations. Less significant as indices of chance or deliberate effects of the artist’s hand, they more importantly represent a paradoxical medium, which as Johns declares, is unique in the way “it removes itself from my touch.” In this paper, I trace particular transformations across media, from painting to drawing and printmaking. In doing so, my analysis relies on the work of American philosopher and semiotician Charles S. Peirce, whose phenomenology and theory of signs is well suited to elucidate the significance of these changing symbolic and material effects in Johns’ work. As art historian Richard Shiff and others have written, it is almost as if Johns were like a medium of change and transformation rather than a medium of self-expression. In these recent drawings, as in most of Johns' work, he complicates notions of artistic authorship with a characteristic appropriation and transformation of banal images and everyday objects, a practice that has remained consistent in Johns' work from the late 1950s to the present. With Peirce, I attempt to analyze Johns’s materials and tools as an active agent in the creative process, something he has often specifically mentioned in relation to the in ink on plastic drawings.Art Histor

THE CONCEPT OF CAPITAL CITY IN KAKAWIN NAGARAKERTAGAMA: CULTURAL PERSPECTIVE TOWARDS THE INDONESIA CAPITAL CITY RELOCATION MASTER PLAN

Indonesian government has officially announced the long-term decision to relocate the capital city from Jakarta to East Kalimantan, specifically in the districts of Penajam Paser Utara and Kutai Kertanegara. The announcement invites scholars and experts to deliver their opinions and conduct studies using several perspectives: politics, government, social, economics, and culture. This article aims at observing the Indonesian government masterplan to relocate the capital city from cultural perspective, specifically Javanese, by revealing the characteristics and concepts of capital city depicted in an Old Javanese literary work, Kakawin Nagarakertagama by Mpu Prapanca. Qualitative content analysis is applied in this study to interpret the research data. Research results showed that Kakawin Nagarakertagama contains cultural concepts and traditional values suitable to the development of a new capital city: (1) capital city as the center of civilization, (2) spatial management, and (3) resource management. 094: Contribution of cardiac MRI to early evaluation and impact on the long term follow-up in myocarditis mimicking an acute coronary syndrome. A 43-cases prospective study

BackgroundAcute myocarditis (AM) diagnosis is a challenge to rule out an acute coronary syndrome (ACS). AM is thought to favour the evolution towards dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and the occurrence of severe arrhythmias. Three months after the acute episode, re-evaluation including cardiac MRI could help to identify patients at risk for unfavourable evolution. The use of MRI has rarely been investigated in AM prognosis stratification.Method and resultswe report a prospective series of 43 consecutive patients hospitalized for AM mimicking ACS: 36 men and 7 women, 32 years old on average, without sign of heart failure. All patients presented with troponine I elevation. Echocardiography showed moderate global left ventricular dysfunction in 6 cases and segmental wall motion abnormalities in 22. MRI performed early after admission never showed myocardial first-pass perfusion defect after gadolinium injection but subepicardial delayed-enhancement (DE) areas in 39 cases mainly located in lateral segments. Three months after the acute episode, no patient was symptomatic. Echocardiography, Holter monitoring and biological check-up were normal. MRI showed the persistence of DE in 23 cases without wall motion abnormality in the affected segments. The presence of these latter abnormalities led to effect an annually clinical examination with an ECG. One patient was lost at further follow-up. Among the other 22 patients, only one patient dysplayed heart failure revealing DCM with ventricular arrhythmias at 3 - year mean follow-up.Conclusionsat the time of admission, the absence of early perfusion defect at cardiac MRI after gadolinium injection and the subepicardial localization of the DE constitute reliable criteria in favour of AM diagnosis, allowing to rule out ACS. During the follow-up the persistence of a DE does not allow any prognosis stratification. In our series after a mean 3-year follow-up, it is not associated with any clinical and para-clinical disorder except in one case
