    PRAYER ROOM QIBLA DIRECTION AT SCHOOL IN BUKITTINGGI : (Qibla Study in Junior High School and Senior High Schools Prayer Room)

    Facing the qibla is one of the legal requirements in conducting prayer. The existence of the prayer room as a place of prayer in the school aims to fulfill the worship need for Muslim students and teachers, especially the midday prayer. However, the school owner never concerns towards qibla direction in School prayer room. This paper answers how the accuracy of the direction of the center of prayer at junior high school and senior high school in Bukittingg. By using library research method, researcher found that the method used is estimation method with concerning on Sunset direction, concerning on the buildings around it which defined in falak field as taqribi method. Furthermore, schools owners also used astronomy theory as the qibla direction method determination, such as compass qibla, Sun shadow and theodolite. Regarding to the qibla direction accuracy in Senior high schools and Junior high schools in Bukittinggi, researcher found there were two schools which were in accurate qibla direction, two schools which can be tolerated and eight remaining prayer rooms which were unforgivable due to incorrect method while implementing to decide the qibla direction

    Demineralisasi merupakan proses pertukaran ion yang terkandung dalam air (dissolvid) dimana ion positif/kation ditukar dengan ion hidrogen (H+) dan ion negatif/ anion ditukar dengan ion hidroksida (OH-) dengan media penukar ion berupa resin, sehingga dihasilkan air murni yang dapat digunakan sebagai air proses. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode electrical conductivity. Dimana metode ini menggunakan alatconductivity meter untuk mengukur/ menganalisa konduktivitas listrik dan zat padat telarut (TDS) yang terkandung dalam air. Nilai TDS pada air sumuryaitu 256 ppm, dan nilai konduktivitasnya sebesar 503-512μS. Pengukuran TDS pada air demineralisasi (produk) dianalisa setiap 15 menit sebanyak 5kali. Pada menitke 0 hinggamenitke 60 didapatkan hasil sebesar 205 ppm, 156 ppm, 103 ppm, 89 ppm, dan 43 ppm berturut turut. Sedangkan nilai konduktivitasnya sebesar 454μS, 450μS, 406μS, 378μS, dan 362μS.Nilai TDS yang didapat berbanding lurus dengan nilai konduktivitas dalam air. Semakin lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pengolahan air sumurmenjadi air demin, maka semakin turun kandungan zat padat terlarut dan nilai konduktivitas dalam air.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis pantun melalui kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 7 Tanjung Jabung Barat kelas XI TBSM sebanyak 36 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal tes uraian dengan menilai empat aspek, yakni isi, struktur teks, kepaduan baris, dan kaidah kebahasaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan siswa dalam menulis pantun meningkat berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yang meningkat dari 57,94 menjadi 71,94. Hal tersebut juga terlihat dari jumlah siswa yang memperoleh kategori skor cukup dan baik yang meningkat, serta jumlah siswa yang memperoleh skor pada kategori kurang yang menurun

    This thesis deals with the use of the descriptive adjective in sentences. The objectives of this research are to find out the students‟ ability to use a descriptive adjective in sentences and describe the student's difficulties in using a descriptive adjective in sentences. The technique used in this research was descriptive quantitative. This research took the second year (XI) of MAN Tanjung Morawa. There are three classes for XI students that consist of 102 students in which class XI IPA1 = 30 students, XI IPA2 = 36 students, and XI IPS = 36 students. Since the researcher took 20%, so only 20 students were taken as the sample. The findings of this research concluded that for 20 students, there were 9 students or 45% were categorized as able. For 20 students, there were 11 students or 55% were categorized as unable. The result of the validity of the test is 0.67. It means that the test is "high to validity". The value of standard reliability above, then the result of the reliability of the test is 0.80. It means that the test is “good”. The test item number 7 was the most difficult one in which only 2 students were able in using descriptive adjective correctly. The test item number 7 related to the Compound Adjective

    PT. ABC adalah bergerak dalam industri komponen batery yang mengunakan mesin mesin Press/Stamping secara otomatis. Mesin press otomatis ini sebagian besar digerakkan secara mengunakan pneumatic yang sumber tenaganya dari Kompresor. Kompressor (udara tekan) untuk operasi produksi yang dihasilkan oleh unit udara tekan yang berkisar dari 5 horsepower (hp) sampai lebih 50.000 hp. Kompresor dan sistim udara tekan menjadi area penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi pada plant industri. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui potret penggunaan energi yang digunakan pada industri stamping adalah bersumber dari PLN dengan kapasitas daya 600 kVA yang salah satunya digunakan untuk Kompresor. Konsumsi energi listrik tahun 2014 adalah sebesar 962.700 kWh/Tahun dengan biaya konsumsi energi listrik adalah Rp 1.632.253.788 per tahun. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui potensi penghematan energi listrik pada Kompresor sebesar 163.675 kWh/Tahun atau potensi penghematan biaya sebesar Rp 310.982.500 per tahun

The problems of the prepositions are the four kinds of prepositions as Wishon and Burks (1995: 288) say, they are: simple, compound, participial and phrasal prepositions. The data of this research are the Business column of The Jakarta Post, which is taken eight editions on the first and second week, namely: 1st Wednesday, 2nd Thursday, 3rd Friday, 4th Saturday, 6th Monday, 7th Tuesday, 8th Wednesday and 9th Thursday of March 2015 After analyzing all the data obtained, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1)Prepositions are appeared in each edition of the Business columns of The Jakarta Post newspaper.2)The kinds of preposition that are used in the Business columns are:Simple preposition, Compound Preposition, Participial Preposition and Phrasal Preposition.3)Simple preposition is the most dominant preposition that is used in the Business columns of The Jakarta Post in each edition that is 88.30 %
