Kinerja Perusahaan Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pada Periode 2014-2016

This research was conducted to examine the influence of return on asset, return on equity, and Tobin's Q to dividend policy in manufactured company in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2014 - 2016. There are four variables: dividend policy as the dependent variable, while the ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q as the independent variables. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regressions. Based on statistical t test, return on asset have significant influenced on dividend policy because the significant value is less than 0,05. Meanwhile, ROE and Tobins Q doesn't have a significant influence because the significant value is more than 0,05. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables ROA, ROE, and Tobins Q simultantly affect to dividend policy. Result of coefficient determination test showed that ROA, ROE, and Tobins Q explained the firm value 40,9%, and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model. &nbsp

Earnings Volatility, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Pertumbuhan Asset Berpengaruh terhadap Volatilitas Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di BEI Periode 2013 - 2015

  This research was conducted to examine the influence of earnings volatility, dividend policy, and assets growth to stock price volatility in manufactured company in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2015. There are four variables: stock price volatility as the dependent variable, while the EV, DPR, and Growth as the independent variables. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regressions. Based on statistical t test, earnings volatility have significant influenced on Stock price volatility because the significant value is less than 0,05. Meanwhile, DPR and assets growth doesn\u27t have a significant influence because the significant value is more than 0,05. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables EV, DPR, and growth simultantly affect to stock price volatility. PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI NILAI INDEKS PRESTASI MAHASISWA JURUSAN TEKNIK ELEKTRONIKA BERBASIS SMS (SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE) GATEWAY

Tujuan Penelitian dilakukan adalah merancang sistem informasi berbasis SMS Gateway untuk mempermudah akses Informasi nilai IP mahasiswa pada Jurusan Teknik Elektronika.2) Membangun sistem yang mampu meningkatkan layanan informasi kepada mahasiswa di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika.3) Merancang bangun SMS Gateway yang dapat melayani autoreply, pengiriman massal, dan pengiriman terjadwal. Pada penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian perancangan dengan metode pengamatan langsung. Pelaksanaan perancangan ini dilaksanakan di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Makassar. Sistem dirancang untuk dapat mengenali perintah dalam SMS permintaan layanan yang dikirimkan oleh mahasiswa kepada sistem, kemudian mengirimkan kembali SMS kepada mahasiswa berisi data yang diminta oleh mahasiswa. Data yang dikirimkan diambil dari database mySQL. Untuk menangani penerimaan dan pengiriman SMS, sistem menggunakan sebuah modem GSM Telkomsel Flash yang memiliki konektivitas USB. Seluruh data ini dapat diakses oleh administrator melalui fasilitas administrator website. Administrator website juga dapat digunakan oleh administrator untuk melakukan maintenance terhadap sistem, seperti melakukan import tabel, memasukkan nama pendek, menambahkan deposit dan membuat account mahasiswa baru.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Setelah pengujian sistem berhasil, sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa tidak hanya dapat dilakukan secara online atau melalui internet melainkan juga hanya melalui SMS; 2) melalui SMS, informasi nilai akademik mahasiswa dapat dilayani dengan mengirim SMS sesuai dengan format yang telah ditentukan yaitu ketik: IPS (spasi) tahun semester (spasi) NIM; 3) Nilai mahasiswa langsung diambil dari database SIMPADU sehingga update nilai sangat tergantung update datadari database SIMPADU

Aplikasi Telepon Seluler sebagai Sistem Kendali Jarak Jauh untuk Menyalakan dan Mematikan Mesin Sepeda Motor

Telepon seluler merupakan alat komunikasi. Selain sebagai alat komunikasi telepon seluler dapat juga digunakansebagai sistem pengendali jarak jauh, dalam hal ini dapat menyalakan dan mematikan mesin sepeda motor. Salahsatu manfaatnya adalah untuk memanaskan mesin sepeda motor yang ditinggalkan di garasi saat tidak ada orangdi rumah. Aplikasi pada sistem ini menggunakan handphone, mikropengendali ATmega 16, IC DTMF MT8870dan relai. Ketika mesin dinyalakan, parameter yang diamati adalah keberhasilan kinerja IC DTMF. Sedangkankondisi mematikan mesin sepeda motor parameter yang diamati adalah keberhasilan alat mengirimkan sinyalberupa speed dial yang digunakan sebagai laporan. Untuk mengaktifkan kontak dan menyalakan starter padasepeda motor digunakan tombol 1 dan tombol 2 pada keypad telepon seluler. Ketika dilakukan penekanantombol, IC DTMF MT8870 akan menerjemahkan sinyal DTMF yang dikirim dari telepon seluler pengendali.Sinyal yang dihasilkan kemudian akan diproses oleh ATMega 16 mikropengendali. Mesin akan mati secaraotomatis selama 120 detik setelah waktu yang ditentukan telah terlewati atau dengan melakukan penekanantombol selain tombol 2. Report yang dihasilkan setelah mesin panas berupa panggilan dari telepon seluler yangterpasang pada alat dengan memanfaatkan fungsi speed dial pada handphone

Pemanfaatan Sensor Suhu LM 35 Berbasis Microcontroller ATmega 8535 Pada Sistem Pengontrolan Temperatur Air Laut Skala Kecil

System of temperature control are used in many facility such as room temperature control, quality control of food and drink, electronic equipment control and etc. control of temperature can be done by using microcontroller as a media processing and process the changes of temperature that occured to the voltage. One of supporting component on the microcontroller to detect the change of temperature is temperature sensor LM 35 which in this study we will focus on the temperature sensor LM 35 for detect of change of temperature on the sea water in a small scale. the purpose of this study is to determine the ability and performance of temperatur sensor LM 35 for detect the changes of temperature sea water and check the condition of temperatur sensor LM 35 in use on the sea water. The results show that the temperature sensor of LM 35 can be used to measure the changes of temperatur sea water without have higher difference on the actual value and experiment results. the range of difference is smaller and the temperature sensor of LM 35 can be used to measured the change of temperature of sea water

Causes of Fatal Accidents Involving Coal Hauling Trucks at a Coal Mining Company in Indonesia

Road hauling accidents involving hauling trucks are the highest contributor to coal mine accidents in Indonesia. More than 20 percent of accidents related to coal mining occur on hauling roads. PT X is an open-pit coal mining company that transports coal for processing using hauling trucks. At this company, coal hauling truck accidents also result in the highest number of fatal incidents. During the 2010–2015 period, 11 fatal accidents were reported, and hauling trucks were involved in 45 percent of the accidents. These fatal accidents resulted in the operators’ deaths and also caused financial losses because of the subsequent needs to repair equipment and to disrupt production processes. The purpose of the present study was to identify the causes offatal accidents involving coal hauling trucks at PT X during the 2010–2015 period. The research process consisted of five steps, including a (1) literature review, (2) a review of accident investigation reports, (3) field observations, (4) focus group discussions (FGDs) and (5) interviews with top management representatives. The results of the data analysis showed that two main factors cause fatal accidents involving coal hauling trucks: operator fatigue and the use of mobile phones while driving. Operator fatigue contributed to 60 percent of accidents, while the use of mobile phones while driving contributed to 40 percent of accidents. The results of the FGDs indicated that fatigue among the operators of hauling trucks was caused by poor shift management.Meanwhile, the use of mobile phones while driving was related to the monotony of work, the lack of an open radio channel and personal reasons. To reduce fatal accidents involving coal hauling trucks, we suggest to the management of PT X that the work shifts of operators be appropriately managed. A rotating shifts scheduleshould be implemented, and rest periods should be encouraged during shifts to avoid operator fatigue and decreased operator alertness during day shifts. Alat Penggulung Lilitan Transformator secara Otomatis Menggunakan Remote Control

Proses penggulungan kawat tembaga yang selama ini dilakukan adalah manual dengan tangan memutarkan poros lilitan guna menggulungnya. Model alat penggulung lilitan transformator secara otomatis ini menggunakan remote control dengan input data dari remote control untuk menjalankannya. Data yang dikirim dan diterima secara wireless dengan pemancar dan penerima ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying). Proses penggulungan kawat dilakukan oleh motor seketika data telah diterima oleh penerima ASK dan telah diolah terlebih dahulu oleh mikrokontroler. Laporan selesai penggulungan (menyalanya indikator LED) atau kawat putus (berbunyinya indikator buzzer) diberikan pada remote control yang kemudian tersimpan dalam memori EEPROM. (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory). Laporan data tersebut dapat dilihat sewaktu-waktu dan dapat dihapus jika tidak diinginkan lagi. Desain ini membantu proses penggulungan kawat menjadi lebih mudah dan lebih cepat. Desain ini juga lebih aman bagi operator karena tidak perlu berada dekat dengan gulungan kawat tersebut. Komunikasi dua arah antara remote control dan alat penggulung dapat berjalan dengan baik sejauh 15 meter

Aplikasi Pengontrolan Robot Pemantau dari Udara Berbasis Android

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Aplikasi pengontrolan robot pemantau dari udara berbasis Android untuk memantau daerah yang berbahaya atau daerah dengan ketinggian tertentu yang sulit dijangkau oleh manusia. Hardware yang digunakan berupa Helicopter R/C yang dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan kamera IP serta remote control yang terhubung dengan Arduino Uno dan Arduino Ethernet Shield. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan aplikasi pengontrolan robot dan kamera untuk melakukan pemantauan dan proses pengambilan gambar dengan menggunakan jaringan wireless. Jaringan wireless berfungsi sebagai media transmisi data berupa gambar dan dapat menampilkan hasil pemantauan object kepada user, melalui layar tablet-PC yang menggunakan sistem operasi mobile berbasis Android. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi pengontrolan ini adalah metode prototype, dengan bahasa pemrograman untuk pengembangan aplikasi yaitu Java Android dan bahasa pemrograman C yang digunakan untuk pengembangan perangkat pengontrol. Hardware dan software dalam penelitian ini dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan rancangan. The purpose of this research is to design a system that could give information to customers about the provided product and also as the order media. The research method used is based on the principle of The Seven Stages of Internet Marketing to create e-marketing application, also library research, field research, analysis and designing methodology by doing survey to PT JEAH and analyzing the result. So far, the transaction process of PT JEAH is done through manual that is customer came to the store to do purchase transaction. After the e-marketing application is done, it is hoped that could give better service to customers. E-marketing concept in this system will increase efficiency and affectivity especially into order process and product information to community. Based on the research, it is concluded that with this e-marketing application as the center information and purchase media, it is hoped that the company could get loyalty from the customers and gather new market in online users
