This paper studies to laboratory scale the efficiency of the Pelton turbine in a flow range between 0,1 L/S y 0,2 L/S,with the purpose of quantify emissions of  carbon dioxide (CO2) from operation and the result compare with the energy consumption of a pilot home. Therefore it is necesary to consider different methods of obtaining energy , with provide a decrease in the impact on the environment. &nbsp
