A Case Study Regarding the WIFI Bluetooth-based Implementation in Smart Narrow Field Communication

    Get PDF
A Smart Narrow Field Communication (SNFC) deals with the wireless tag system which is developed through devices. Generally, on the internet it is hard to read long contents of the URL Present. On the internet these URL can be converted into QR code and NFC (Near Field Communication). First of all a device which is useful for wireless applications is given a name and considered as a tag. This device is used for recognizing a target content. Both of these are taken into a relation the URL are maintained on our cloud system along with the device name. Not only the device name the system also considers other user contents like gender and age in order to identify the target content. In Smart Narrow Field Communication all common device can be used as a tag. Ex: WIFI router, Bluetooth mouse etc. keywords: WIFI tag, Bluetooth tag mouse, Smart Narrow Field Communication, NFC, QR code

Garcinia gummi-gutta (L.) Roxb. (Clusiaceae) is an endemic, semidomesticated, fruit-yielding tree species distributed in the Western Ghats of India and Sri Lanka. Various bioactive phytochemicals, such as garcinol, benzophenones and xanthones are isolated from G. gummi-gutta and have shown antibacterial, antiviral and antioxidant activities. We sequenced the total genomic DNA using Illumina Hiseq 2000 platform and examined 241,141,804 bp high quality data, assembled into 773,889 contigs. In these contigs, 27,313 simple-sequence repeats (SSRs) were identified, among which mononucleotide repeats were predominant (44.98%) followed by dinucleotide and trinucleotide repeats. Primers were designed for 9964 microsatellites among which 32 randomly selected SSR primer pairs were standardized for amplification. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of genomic DNA in 30 G. gummi-gutta genotypes revealed polymorphic information content (PIC) across all 32 loci ranging from 0.867 to 0.951, with a mean value of 0.917. The observed and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.00 to 0.63 and 0.896 to 0.974, respectively. Alleles per locus ranged from 12 to 27. This is the first report on the development of genomic SSR markers in G. gummi-gutta using next-generation sequencing technology. The genomic SSR markers developed in this study will be useful in identification, mapping, diversity and breeding studies

A Case Report of Marfan Syndrome with Literature Review

Marfan syndrome(MFS) is a connective tissue disorder that affects multiple organ systems. Cardiovascular, ocular, and skeletal abnormalities are cardinal features of the syndrome. Its incidence is among the highest of any heritable disorder. Most patients who have Marfan syndrome are usually diagnosed incidentally when they present for a routine physical examination for various reasons. The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the literature, as well as describe a 22-year-old male with MFS and right hydroureteronephrosis diagnosed incidentally when he attended our hospital for complaints of fever and right loin pain. This case report emphasizes importance of “Revised Ghent criteria” for the diagnosis of MFS and highlights various clinical signs of MFS

Cardiotonic Activity of Coconut Water (Cocos nucifera)

The coconut (Cocos nucifera) is a member of the family Arecaceae (Palm family). Various parts of this tree is used in the treatment of, cancer (due to hexane fraction of coconut peel), indomethacin-induced ulceration (coconut milk).Coconut water consumption reduces diastolic blood pressure (due to the presence of potassium). In the present work fresh coconut water, dilution 1:1(coconut water: distilled water), are used to evaluate cardiac activity on the isolated frog heart and are labeled as T1, & T2 respectively and compared with Digoxin (S1) as standard solution. It was found that sample T1(Undiluted coconut water) showed better response as compared to the diluted coconut water(T2).These preliminary studies confirm the cardiotonic activity of the coconut water(Cocos nucifera)

Indian female writers attempt to depict the problems of women in the modern society dominated by male chauvinism and in rural India in particular, touching the feministic sensibilities. These female writers handle astonishing variety of themes. Among the women modern writers of fiction Kavery Nambisan occupies a unique place for more than one reason. She has begun her literary career by writing numerous children’s books. Female characters in her novels truly feel that love and marriage are not mere accidents but it is a trap and a cage where emotional stress haunts them through lack of care, bondage and love. The character ‘Shari’ of Kavery Nambisan’s second novel Mango–Coloured Fish (2000), is a young girl, who is caught in a complex, entanglement of uncertainties and disillusionments, and she has different notions about the institution of marriage. Nambisan successfully depicted the contemporary younger generation pre and past marriage dilemmas and ordeals effectively and lively. The protagonist Shari wants to trace out her self-identity and freedom in this world and this is clearly presented in the novel Mango –Coloured Fish
