A escola em movimento em prol da promoção da competência de leitura: uma revisão teórica

Este artigo trata da promoção da leitura na escola. Há diversas razões teóricas e evidências prévias a favor da integração do movimento físico no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Busca-se entender se essa integração é plausível especificamente para a aprendizagem da leitura e como ela pode ocorrer. Por meio de uma revisão de literatura, considerando predominantemente estudos da Alemanha, objetiva-se identificar as razões relacionadas ao processo da leitura, da alfabetização e do letramento. Discutem-se as razões à luz do modelo de processamento textual de Walter Kintsch e Teun van Dijk e da teoria de rubicão de Heinz Heckhausen. Apresentam-se razões a respeito de processos cognitivos de leitura, da volição e da motivação que apoiam o pressuposto de que a aquisição da competência de leitura recebe estímulos importantes pela oferta de aulas em movimento. É plausível que a inserção de movimento atue sobre os objetivos que o leitor quer alcançar por meio da leitura. A autoestima corporal parece ter um impacto positivo na volição pela leitura e uma influência no autoconceito do leitor. Expõem-se também algumas atividades de ensino e aprendizagem para aulas fisicamente ativas de leitura ao nível da alfabetização e do letramento, encontradas na literatura específica. Realiza-se uma diferenciação entre atividades de ensino e aprendizagem em movimento que acompanham a aprendizagem e que a facilitam.The current article addresses the promotion of reading at school. There is previous evidence and several theoretical arguments in favor of the integration of physical movement in the teaching-learning process. The question is raised as to whether this integration is plausible, specifically for learning to read, and how it could occur. Through a literature review, considering predominantly German studies, the objective is to identify the arguments related to the process of reading and literacy. The arguments are discussed in the light of the Text Processing Model by Walter Kintsch and Teun van Dijk and Heinz Heckhausen’s Rubicon theory. Arguments are presented regarding cognitive reading processes, volition, and motivation, which support the assumption that the acquisition of reading competence gains important stimuli through the offer of classes on the move. It seems plausible that the insertion of movement acts on the goals that the reader wants to achieve through reading. Body self-esteem seems to have a positive impact on volition through reading and an influence on the reader’s self-concept. Some teaching and learning activities are put forward for physically active reading classes in terms of literacy, found in the specific literature. Leitura e percepção: uma atividade no Curso de Formação de Professores no Município de Irecê / Bahia

Neste artigo, é apresentada a concepção de uma atividade do curso de formação de professores, no município de Irecê/Bahia, no qual foi discutida a ligação entre teoria, ensino e literatura. A importância do conhecimento sobre o mundo do aluno foi objeto de considerações, como também a aceitação de que não se consegue determinar o impacto da leitura em nossos alunos. A percepção faz parte da leitura. Antes de discutir o que lemos, como lemos e para que lemos, é preciso esclarecer nosso conceito de percepção, que trazemos da teoria de autopoiese de Humberto Maturana e Francisco Varela. Abstract: This article presents the conception of an activity for teachers formation, that ocurred in Irecê / Bahia, where was discussed the relation between theory, teaching act and reading-literature. The knowledge about the world of the student becomes the objective of our considerations with the conclusions that we have to accept that we are not able to determinate the impact of reading-literatures. Perception takes part of the reading act. Before we discuss what we read, how we read and why, it is necessary to enlighten our conception of perception. Programas educionais para promover a escola aberta: exemplos da Alemanha

Não apenas no Brasil, mas em vários países, como também na Alemanha, verifica-se uma tendência à abertura da escola para a participação de profissionais ou voluntários não-escolares no processo educacional. Palavraschave como community learning e school-networks ocupam cada vez mais espaço na discussão educacional. Com objetivo de contribuir na discussão brasileira com exemplos estrangeiros, realizou-se, para este artigo, uma análise descritiva de alguns projetos alemães que buscam um fortalecimento das relações entre a escola e o seu meio social. A avaliação de projetos mostra efeitos positivos, mas também são identificadas dificuldades na participação de pessoas externas – resultados que correspondem ao conhecimento da teoria de cooperação e participação.&nbsp

If motion sounds: Movement sonification based on inertial sensor data

Within last years, movement sonification turned out to be an appropriate support for motor perception and motor control that can display physical motion in a very rich and direct way. But how should movement sonification be configured to support motor learning? The appropriate selection of movement parameters and their transformation into characteristic motion features is essential for an auditory display to become effective. In this paper, we introduce a real-time sonification framework for all common MIDI environments based on acceleration and orientation data from inertial sensors. Fundamental processing steps to transform motion information into meaningful sound will be discussed. The proposed framework of inertial motion capturing, kinematic parameter selection and possible kinematic acoustic mapping provides a basis for mobile real-time movement sonification which is a prospective powerful training tool for rehabilitation and sports and offers a broad variety of application possibilities.EU/EFRE/W2-8011866
