Pengaruh Hasil Pengawasan Internal Dan Penyelesaian Tindak Lanjut Kerugian Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (Skpd) Di Kabupaten Poso)

This research is aimed to determine and analyze: 1) the result of internal control and completion of follow-up losses on financial performance of The Local Governmental Work Units in Poso Regency; 2) the significant effect of internal control and completion of follow-up losses on financial performance of The Local Governmental Work Units in Poso Regency; 3) the significant effect of internal control on financial performance of The Local Governmental Work Units in Poso Regency; 4) the significant effect of follow-up losses completion on financial performance of The Local Governmental Work Units in Poso Regency. Statistical test by using multiple linear regressions with SPSS program 17.0 shows that: a) the result of internal control and completion of follow-up losses have significant effect on financial performance of The Local Governmental Work Units in Poso Regency; b) internal control has significant effect on financial performance of The Local Governmental Work Units in Poso Regency; c) follow-up losses completion has negative significant on financial performance of The Local Governmental Work Units in Poso Regency

Politics Law On Notary Provision Obligation to Implement Principles for Recognizing User Services (PMPJ)

This study aimed (1) to determine the relevant arrangements Principle Recognizing User Services, (2) To know the laws granting political liability to the Notary to apply the principle Recognizing User Services.This type of research used by the author is a normative law research. The type of approach used is the approach of law (statute approach), then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis.This research resulted in (1) the enactment of Act No. 10 of 2010 on the Prevention and Combating of offense of Money Laundering and Act No. 9 of 2013 on the Prevention and Eradication of the Financing of Terrorism, is a cornerstone of the principal legal for the application of the principle of Identifying Users services and reinforced by Government Regulation No. 43 Of 2015 on the Reporting Parties under the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering. (2) Political granting legal obligation to apply the principle to the Notary Recognizing User Services is to assist governments to combat money laundering. Pengaruh Beberapa Jenis Bokashi Terhadap Serapan Nitrogen Tanaman Jagung Manis (Zea Mays Saccarata) Pada Entisols Sidera

This study aims to determine the influence of some bokashi type on sweet corn nitrogen uptake in Entisol Sidera. This research was conducted in the village of Sidera, District Biromaru, Sigi, Central Sulawesi province. Analysis of soil, plant tissue and bokashi performed in the Laboratory of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tadulako, Palu. This study used a randomized block design with 7 treatments that is b0 = control, b1 = Bokashi gamal 15 t ha-1, b2 = 30 Bokashi Venus 15 t ha-1, b3 = Bokashi peanuts 15 t ha-1, b4 = Bokashi chicken manure 15 t ha-1, b5 = bokashi goat manure 15 t ha-1, b6 = bokashi manure 15 t ha-1. Each treatment was repeated 3 times so that there are 21 experimental units. This research used sweet corn crop as plant indicator, variable observations include: soil organic C, pH, levels of total-N, N concentration of plant tissue, plant dry weight and nitrogen uptake. Data were analyzed using ANOVA test if there are significant then tested further by using advanced test Honestly Significant Difference 5% (HSD 5%). The results showed that the application of Bokashi with a dose of 15 tonnes / ha can increase soil pH, soil organic C, total-N soil, N-plant, plant dry weight, N uptake

Gambaran Persiapan Perawatan Fisik dan Mental pada Pasien Pre Operasi Kanker Payudara

Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental pada pasien pre operasi kanker payudara di RSMH Palembang Tahun 2011. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 4 orang penderita kanker payudara dan 16 orang perawat yang melakukan perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental. Hasil: Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 3 pasien (75%) tidak siap menghadapi operasi, 12 perawat (75%) tidak melakukan perawatan persiapan fisik sesuai SOP dan 10 perawat (62.5%) tidak melakukan perawatan persiapan mental sesuai SOP serta dari hasil wawancara dengan 2 orang informan didapatkan 4 tema yaitu tahapan perawatan persiapan fisik, tahapan perawatan persiapan mental, kendala pelaksanaan perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental serta faktor yang mempengaruhi perawatan fisik dan mental. Simpula: Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental belum dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan SOP. Diharapkan bagi RSMH Palembang agar dapat lebih meningkatkan peran dari perawat dalam perawatan pasien kanker payudara khususnya perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental pada pasien pre operasi kanker payudara dengan cara memberikan pelatihan perawatan fisik dan mental

PENGEMBANGAN ALAT UKUR SUHU MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR LM35 BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dan model Borg and Gall dengan pembatasan langkah penelitian sampai pada langkah ketujuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket validasi ahli materi, angket validasi ahli media, angket respon peserta didik dan angket respon guru fisika. Aspek kevalidan ditinjau dari hasil penilaian validator yaitu validasi ahli media untuk alat ukur suhu diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 91,67% dengan kategori sangat valid dan rata-rata persentase validasi buku panduan sebesar 95,42% dengan kategori sangat valid serta validasi ahli materi untuk alat ukur suhu diperoleh rata-rata persentase 96.53% dengan kategori sangat valid dan persentase rata-rata validasi buku panduan sebesar sebesar 93,96% dengan kategori sangat valid. Aspek kepraktisan ditinjau dari hasil respon guru fisika menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur suhu berada pada persentase 90,77% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan rata- rata persentase terhadap buku panduan sebesar 86,11% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Aspek keefektifan diperoleh dari hasil respon peserta didik terhadap alat ukur suhu menggunakan sensor LM35 berbasis Arduino Uno dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 75.00% dengan kategori efektif dan persentase rata-rata untuk buku panduan sebesar 83,56% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Dengan demikian penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa alat ukur suhu menggunakan sensor LM35 berbasis Arduino Uno dinyatakan layak berdasarkan aspek kevalidan, keefektifan dan kepraktisan

PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN KADER POSPAUD DALAM PENGELOLAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN YANG AKTIF DAN KREATIF

This community partnership program is “Training and Assisting POSPAUD Cadres in the Management of Active and Creative Learning Models”. This program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres in managing active and creative learning models such as planning learning activities and learning materials that are appropriate to the developmental stages of children by utilizing educational game tools (APE). so that it will have an impact on the quality of learning in POSPAUD. This PKM was carried out at the POSPAUD "PKBM Amanat Rakyat" the reason for choosing this POSPAUD because of the team's initial observation PKM ITKeS Muhammadiyah Sidrap see the learning process does not apply active and creative learning besides that the cadres have never attended training related to their work. The method used in this PKM activity is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). In detail, to achieve the objectives of one of these programs, the activities carried out are: increasing knowledge of PosPAUD cadres in the management of active and creative learning, complete the facilities and infrastructure, socialization, and promotion to parents of toddlers. MORAL AND SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE ON PRISONERS (CASE STUDY AT CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION CLASS IIA PEKANBARU)

This study discusses the process of moral and spiritual coaching in correctional institution class IIA Pekanbaru. The purpose of the research is to know and analyze the form of implementation of moral and spiritual coaching in Correctional Institution class IIA Pekanbaru. This research has a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through interviews, documentation, and observation of officials, prison officers, Dai, and priests and convicts. The results showed that the form of moral and spiritual coaching in inmates in the prison class IIA Pekanbaru is preaching (da’wah). Da’wah and imprisonment have the same role as the moral and spiritual coaching in order to form the whole person and restore human rights to socialize with the community

COMMUNITY SERVICE AT SUTERU FARM, TEGAL WARU VILLAGE, CIAMPEA DISTRICT, BOGOR REGENCY

Suteru Farm is a Holland fries (FH) dairy farm that was established in 2013, with 32 biological assets and a farm area of 11,000m2. The location of this farm is in the vicinity of the community housing of Tegal Waru Village, Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, where the average layout of the residences is still far from one another so that they still have vacant land to plant productive plants. Our goal in conducting community service activities at Suteru Farm is to help form a community forum for producing feed crops around the farm, optimizing vacant land to become productive for plant feed by providing knowledge and skills for the community in cultivating feed crops, providing knowledge and skills in making fermentation green plants from cultivation to marketing, providing skills in livestock financial management. Efforts made for Suteru Farm and other farms in the Tegal Waru Village area need to offer several solutions including: 1) Optimization of vacant land around the community's residential yards by cultivating forage in the form of grass and legumes; 2) Application of preservation technology including fermentation; 3) Centralized management in one container for the management of fermented cattle feed so that it goes directly to the hands of the farm; and 4) improve the financial management of livestock in order to increase profitability.
