    ABSTRACT The influence of educaion and training as well as an incentive to nurse job satisfaction throuh motivation in the inpatient Hospital Arifin Nu’mang Regency Of Sidenreng Rappang. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of direct and indirect education and training as well as incentives to nurse job satisfaction throuh motivation in the inpatient Hospital Arifin Nu’mang Regency Of Sidenreng Rappang. Metode this research is quantitative research with the approach of research is explanative as well as design cross sectional study with the total number of respondents 131 people.The result showed that education and training as well as incentives have a positive and significant directly againt the motivation to work in inpatient hospital Arifin Nu’mang the district Sidrap.Education and training as well as incentives positive but not significant directly to job satisfaction of nurses in inpatient hospitals Arifin Nu’mang the district Sidrap. Motivation has positive and significant effect directly on job satisfaction of nurses working in inpatient hospital Arifin Nu’mang the district Sidrap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) serta insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap motivasi kerja di ruang rawat  inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) serta insentif berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat  inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat  inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap.     Supervisi pendidikan merupakan upaya seorang kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan guru agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas mengajarnya dengan melalui langkah-langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui program supervisi pengajaran, pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran, teknik-teknik supervisi pengajaran, tindak lanjut hasil supervisi, dan faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru senior. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa; 1) Program supervisi Pengajaran disusun berorientasi pada bimbingan terhadap tugas-tugas guru dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar guru dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah dan guru senior; 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi diawali dengan menyiapkan instrumen pelaksanaan supervisi dan mensosialisasikannya pada setiap awal semester. Pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran belum sepenuhnya berjalan sesuai dengan program yang sudah disusun. Hal ini terlihat pada kurang terlaksananya pembinaan guru melalui pelatihan dan penataran; 3) teknik yang gunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar guru adalah mengadakan kunjungan kerja guru, mengadakan pembicaraan individual serta mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatihan dan seminar; 4) Tindak lanjut yang dilakukan adalah pemberian bantuan dan bimbingan kepada guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan tugas sebagai guru dan peningkatan profesional guru melalui kegiatan pertemuan guru mata pelajaran dan mengikuti pelatihan; 5) faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pengjaran adalah rendahnya kompetensi sebagian guru senior yang di tunjuk sebagai supervisor, dan adanya kegiatan supervisor yang tidak direncanaka

    The power transformer is electric power equipment that has the function as a power supply from high voltage to low voltage or from low voltage to high voltage. It is important to protect against power transformers, protection against disturbances that affect reliability in the process of distributing electrical energy to load loads. The disturbance can be minimized even in overcome by using protection system.salah one existing protection system that is defferential release. Rele defferential is one of the protection that is used on the power transformer during interference. This rele works by comparing the incoming and outgoing currents. Rele will detect any interference and order the power cut (PMT) to open (trip). A good protection system is supported by the proper setting of differential releases to prevent the failure of protection and increase the reliability of the transmission system. The method used to determine the defferential release setting is by searching secondary data in PLTA Siman and looking for journal references in accordance with the research done. All data that can then be used as a basis for mathematical calculations manually. From the calculation results obtained the ratio of CT from the primary side of 70kV is 60: 2 A while on the secondary side 6kV is 600: 2 A. From perhitungandi obtain current setting rele differential equal to 0.279 A. In the current disturbance 2000 A in obtaining the current value of 1.781 A Since the current setting is smaller than the differential current then the release will discharge the PMT to break. Whereas in the 1000 A interference obtained by the current value of 0.081 A, the rele differential is inactive because the setting is greater than the differential current

    Demand Forecast of Jakarta-Surabaya High Speed Rail based on Stated Preference Method

    Intercity roads, rail networks and air transport in Java, Indonesia, have suffered greatly due to the congestion of goods and passenger transport.  The plan to build a 730 kilometer high-speed rail (HSR) route from Jakarta, the state capital, to Surabaya, the capital of East Java Province, has been discussed in the public sphere for years. The Government of Indonesia (GOI) plans to connect these two cities by HSR to supplement the alternatives, such as conventional rail, air and toll roads. The HSR service is expected to reduce the existing average intercity train travel time from nine hours to five hours, or even to three depending on the maximum design speed. Currently, door-to-door air travel may take five hours. Another goal of the Jakarta-Surabaya HSR is to improve accessibility between major cities in Java, reduce congestion between them, and reduce air pollution, accidents and energy consumption along the transport corridor. The purpose of this study is to estimate the number of passengers from existing modes of transportation (e.g. road, rail and air) who would be willing to change their choice of mode to the planned high-speed trains. The data for the study are based on stated choice questions posed to respondents, in which the differences in attributes such as travel time and cost; service frequency or headway; and accessibility, such as the distance and cost to reach the stations, are the main factors influencing switching behavior to the new HSR services. The chosen model is the MNL III model, with 45.36% accuracy and 0.128 pseudo R-square. By using the Multinomial Logit model (MNL), the study reveals that the most important variable is travel time, followed by frequency and cost. The MNL model is also used to estimate the initial HSR ridership to produce the demand forecast along the planning horizon

    Lipid extraction through hydrodynamic cavitation (HCLE) is one of the promising processes with low energy requirements. Therefore, this study focuses on reducing energy requirements using a discrete flow system as well as evaluating two models to be used in calculating volumetric mass transfer coefficient. It was discovered that the variations in the number of repetitions, cavitation number, microalgae concentration, and temperature affected the energy requirement value and the lowest energy requirement was recorded to be 10 kJ/gram lipid. Moreover, the first model was designed using total lipid mass transfer approximation (Model 1) while the second was through separated lipid mass transfer approximation (Model 2). However, MSMEs often find some problem which obstruct its business growth especially about the ffunding. The phenomena that exist today, many MSMEs only using funds/private capital to develop their business with reason their business is still in early growth. In fact, instead in early growth, MSMEs must do the innovation in order to be more competitive in the marketplace. In 2015, Indonesia was starting to face Asean Economic Community (AEC) where as the market competition will be more competitive for MSMEs. Therefore, to provide private capital also required other capital (loans) from third parties to fund the business growth of MSMEs. The reason why  MSMEs do not make loans from other parties is about the unavailability of the financial statements based on SAK ETAP which can facilitate to access bank lending. Unavailability of financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP on MSMEs has several factors, namely, costs are relatively expensive to pay for experts in the field of accounting, a lack of understanding in presenting financial statement based on SAK ETAP and the perceptions of MSMEs that considesr the financial statements are not urgency to do. This research aims to obtain empirical evidences whether the giving of information and socialization, educational background, level of education, size of enterprises and long effect on the understanding of MSMes in presenting financial statements based on SAK ETAP on MSMEs. The object in this study is MSMEs in Palembang city with number of respondents of 40 MSMEs with characteristics of small and medium enterprises. Data retrieval in this study using a questionnaire which is then processed using logistic regression analysis. The results of the study prove that giving information and socialization, educational background, level of education and business size do not affect on the understanding of MSMes in presenting financial statements based on the SAK ETAP on MSMEs.
