    Analisis Konsentrasi Cairan Infus terhadap Tegangan pada Sensor Infus

    Rumah sakit adalah tempat dimana orang sakit akan berobat ataupun bahkan menginap untuk kesembuhan penyakitnya. Pasien yang di rawat di rumah sakit banyak yang membutuhkan infus untuk menstabilkan dirinya dari sakit yang dideritanya .Infus digunakan sebagai cairan atau obat untuk penyembuhan pada pasien. Cairan infus yang habis maka harus segera diganti dengan yang baru. Untuk memudahkan pihak keluarga dan perawat dengan mengirim informasi bahwa infus habis maka di butuhkan sensor infus.Cairan infus memiliki berbagai macam jenis dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya penelitian mengenai analisis konsentrasi cairan infus terhadap tegangan yang keluar pada sensor infus.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan rangkaian sensor infus. Sensor infus yang digunakan adalah sensor infus yang terdiri dari sensor cahaya dengan detector cahaya photodioda dan receiver cahaya yaitu infrared yang dipasang di leher botol kaca infus sebagai variabel control yang berisi cairan infus NaCl dengan berbagai konsentrasi sebagai variabel bebas kemudian diukur tegangan yang keluar sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah ketika kondisi sensor tanpa hambatan menghasilkan tegangan rata-rata 4,19V.Kondisi sensor melalui botol kaca kosong menghasilkan tegangan rata-rata 4,35V. Kondisi sensor melalui botol kaca berisi cairan infus NaCl dengan konsentrasi masing-masing 1,67%; 3,34%; 6,69% menghasilkan tegangan rata-rata masing-masing yaitu 4,40V; 4,43V; 4,45V. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar konsentrasi cairan didalam botol kaca maka semakin besar cahaya yang diserap dan semakin kecil cahaya yang diteruskan.Ketika hambatan yang dilalui semakin besar maka cahaya dari infrared yang sampai ke photodioda semakin kecil sehingga tegangan yang dihasilkan semakin besar. Sehingga pada penelitian ini ketika tegangan dalam rentang 4,40-4,45V maka alarm pada sensor infus tidak berbunyi

    A research on antibacterial activity of ginger extract gel was done to know antibacterial activity of gel of ginger extract against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis. In this research extraction was done by maseration method with 70% ethanol as solvent. Antibacterial activity test used diffusion method. Gel was tested pHysical properties for organoleptic, pH, and viscosity. Volatile oil and flavonoid compound were identified by TLC method. The viscosity data was analyzed by two way anava test with 95% significance level continued by LSD. The diameter of clear zone was analyzed by one anava with 95% significance level continued by LSD. Ginger extract is stable organolepticcally and pH for 28 days storage, but viscosity of gels decreases by time. The result showes that ginger extract gel has antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa, but does not have antibacterial activity against B. subtilis.     An experiment was done to compare the antioxidant activity of methanolic extract of tobacco leaves and rutin. This experiment was conducted by extracting methanolic extract of tobacco leaves with soxhletation method with methanol and measuring the absorbance of DPPH using spectrofotometry UV- Vis in λ 517 nm. The obtained data was analized by t-test with the confidence level 95%. The result showed that methanolic extract of tobacco leaves extract and rutin have the different of antioxidant activity.     Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi konsentrasi dan lama perendaman asam laktat terhadap karakteristikfisikokimia tepung sukun termodifikasi. Rancangan percobaan berupa rancangan acak faktorial dengan dua faktor yaitu variasikonsentrasi asam laktat (0%, 0,5%, 1%, dan 1,5%) dan variasi lama perendaman asam laktat (30 menit, 60 menit, 90 menit). Datayang diperoleh dari analisis kadar air, gula reduksi, swelling power, viskositas, dan derajat putih. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahpeningkatan konsentrasi asam laktat memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan gula reduksi, swelling power¸ viskositas, danpeningkatan derajat putih. Peningkatan lama perendaman memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan gula reduksi dan peningkatanderajat putih.     This study aims to determine the type, level of diversity, and habitat characteristics of the Araceae family that grows in the Jekan Raya District of Palangka Raya City. The purposive sampling method was used to study the Araceae spread over four villages, namely Menteng, Palangka, Bukit Tunggal, and Petuk Ketimpun. The data were collected by observ-ing the morphological part of the sample plants and then were analyzed descriptively. Diversity analysis was carried out using the Shannon-Wiener Diversity index. Diversity analysis of the plants was determined based on the Shannon-Wiener Diversity index. The results show that there have been sixteen (16) types of Araceae plants that grow in the Jekan Raya sub-district of Palangka Raya City, namely: Xanthosoma sagittifolium, Caladium polkagreen, Alocasia plum-bea, Caladium redflash, Colocasia esculenta, Aglaonema costatum, Homalomena rubescens, Caladium polkagreen, Alocasia plumbea, Caladium redflash, Colocasia esculenta, Aglaonema costatum, Homalomena rubescens, Caladium polkagreen, Alocasia plumbea, Caladium redflash, Colocasia esculenta, Aglaonema costatum, Homalomena rubescens, Caladium polkagreen, Alocasia plumbea, Caladium redflash, Colocasia esculenta, Aglaonema costatum, Homalomena rubescens Caladium pinkburst, Spathiphyllum floribundum, Caladium rosebud, Aglaonema legacy, Caladium redstar, Caladium redbelly, and Caladium hortulanum.     This study aims to analyze the growth of turnover from the three types of businesses in the fields of convection, food processing, and study, by comparing the application of the UMKM tax calculation based on PP No 46 of 2013 and PP No 23 of 2018. The sampling technique uses unproportioned stratified random sampling and is carried out in December 2018 until June 2019. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis by socializing the UMKM tax calculation with the most recent simple calculation following government regulations, which is 0.5% of turnover which was previously 1% of turnover. The results showed in Bandung Regency, namely the type of convection business with the highest turnover of Rp. 3,000,000,000 and the lowest is Rp. 960,000,000; type of food processing business, the highest turnover is Rp. 600,000,000, and the lowest is Rp. 132,000. 000, -; and by the type of handicraft business with the highest turnover of Rp. 600,000,000 and the lowest Rp. 96,000,000 By using PP 46 of 2013 with a turnover rate of 1% per year, updated to PP 23 of 2018 at a rate of 0.5% per year, through this policy it has been generated that UMKM entrepreneurs will be lighter with payment of a 0.5% tax rate to be able to stimulate UMKM entrepreneurs to continue working and building new innovations in their industrial business.
