    This study was conducted to determine as the implementation of population administration and civil registration at the department of population and civil registration Pidie district. (1) How will the implementation of population administration and civil registration at the department of population and civil registration Pidie district. (2) What factors as supporting and hindering the implementation of population administration and civil registration at the department of population and civil registration Pidie district. The purpose of this study as follows: (1) To determine and analyze the implementation of population administration and civil registration (2) To determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of population administration and civil registration. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach to the selection of informants was done intentionally (purposive sampling) the types and sources of data required. Data collected by (a) observation (b) interview (d) documentation, further analysis is done interactively, while the process of data analysis techniques in this research is the analysis of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study that the civil servants of population and civil registration to provide maximum service to the society, but on the other hand researchers still see there are several obstacles that occur in the implementation process is not maximum online network that resulted in delays in the publication of the data and the lack of effective socialization of e -KTP resulted in many people had e-ID in the district of Pidie. Based on the research can be concluded that the need for government attention Pidie district on the online network on population and civil registration offices adequate to sustain the implementation of population administration and civil registration.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sebagai pelaksanaan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil Kabupaten Pidie. (1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil Kabupaten Pidie.  (2) Faktor-faktor apakah sebagai pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil Kabupaten Pidie. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan sengaja (purposive sampling) pada jenis dan sumber data yang diperlukan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan (a) observasi (b) wawancara (d) dokumentasi, selanjutnya analisis dilakukan secara interaktif, sedangkan proses teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa para pegawai dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil telah memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakan, Namun disisi lain peneliti masih melihat terdapat beberapa hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam proses pelaksanaan adalah tidak maksimalnya jaringan online yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya penerbitan data dan kurang efektifnya sosialisasi e-KTP mengakibatkan banyak masyarakat belum memiliki e-KTP di Kabupaten Pidie. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlunya perhatian pemerintah Kabupaten Pidie terhadap jaringan online pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil yang memadai untuk kelangsungan pelaksanaan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil

    The research problem is how the involvement of women in political parties in the legislative assembly of Pidie in general is still very low, but in this time the freedom of women to plunge into the world of politics already secured firmly in the rule change Legislation Politics. But still slightly Parties that have female members, as happened in the DPRK Pidie. The number of women in DPRK Pidie only 6 people, this shows the number of women in political institutions has not reached 30% of all prospective Parties in parliament at national and local level. What is the main factor for supporting and inhibiting of women’s involvement in political parties in the legislative assembly of Pidie regency (DPRK Pidie). This study used the qualitative research. The aim of this studt is to illustrate the thesis that women's involvement in political parties in the legislative assembly of Pidie regency (DPRK Pidie) research objectives were to identify and analyze the involvement of women in political parties, to identify and analyze the factors that supporting and inhibiting women's participation in political parties. The method used is a qualitative method by observation, interviewing a number of board members in Pidie DPRK. The results showed that of the 40 board members who are in DPRK Pidie, only 6 women involved in political parties DPRK Pidie, and insufficient quota should be 30% based on the laws that have been set by the government. The Conclusion in this study that women's involvement in political parties in the legislative assembly of Pidie regency (DPRK Pidie) quality of women that really must be considered, such as education, insight, and human resources is a very important factor to be able to function with truth.     The role of teachers in education is very important. To establish the professionalism of teachers in the learning process can not be separated from the role of the principal as academic supervision to enhance the competence and professionalism of teachers in the learning process, it needs to be done megingat the quality of education and the quality of the learning process is a necessity and at the same time claim that fundamental to educate nation and develop human resources in Indonesia. The problem (1) How to increase the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Aceh Jaya district. (2) What are the factors that support and hinder the improvement of the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Aceh Jaya district. The research objective is to: (1) Analyzing the increase in professionalism of teachers through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Aceh Jaya district. (2) Analyze the factors supporting and enhancing the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision. The method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants are school superintendents, principals, vice-principals, teachers and heads of administration. The results showed that: 1) An increase in the ability of teachers to planning, implementation and assessment of student learning outcomes is done through the implementation of the supervisory colleges. In summary: 1) The academic supervision can improve teachers' mastery of teaching materials, lesson planning, implementation and usage of learning media. 2) factors affecting the increase in the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision is supervisor competence, pedagogical competence of teachers, motivation, organizational work environment. 3) Solutions to enhance the professional competence of teachers should be done by creating a harmonious relationship between teachers and supervisors in sharing the role of supervising teachers and cooperation with the principal in formulating work programs that are needed for teachers to improve their professional skillsPeran guru dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting. Untuk mewujudkan profesionalisme guru dalam proses pembelajaran tidak bisa terlepas dari peran serta kepala sekolah sebagai supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru dalam proses pembelajaran, hal ini perlu dilakukan megingat mutu pendidikan dan kualitas dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan suatu kebutuhan dan sekaligus tuntutan yang mendasar untuk mencerdaskan bangsa dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Rumusan masalah (1) Bagaimanakah peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik pada SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. (2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik pada SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk: (1) Menganalisis peningkatan profesionalismen guru melalui supervisi akademik pada SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. (2) Menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan kepala tata usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) Adanya peningkatan kemampuan profesionalisme guru terhadap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian hasil belajar siswa yang dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan supervisi akademi. Kesimpulannya: 1) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru terhadap penguasaan materi bahan ajar, perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penggunanaan media pembelajaran. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik adalah kompetensi supervisor, kompetensi pedagogik guru, motivasi, organisasi lingkungan kerja. 3) Solusi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru sebaiknya dilakukan dengan menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antar guru dan supervisor dalam berbagi peran melakukan supervisi guru dan  kerjasama dengan kepala sekolah dalam merumuskan program-program kerja yang sangat dibutuhkan guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalnya

    Produk yang dapat dijamin kualitasnya oleh perusahaan akan memberikan tingkat kepercayaan konsumen yang membuat produk tersebut meningkat. Namun pada prosesnya, menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas tidaklah mudah. Karena saat proses produksi berlangsung, dapat terjadi cemaran baik secara fisik, biologi ataupun kimiawi. Sehingga diperlukan pengawasan produksi meliputi pengendalian proses secara statistik khususnya pada parameter kualitas berat produk yang menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Tujuan utama dalam pengendalian proses adalah adanya pengurangan variasi yang sistematik pada karakteristik mutu produk. Pengendalian proses statistik yang dilakukan pada berat produk minuman serbuk dikaji lebih dalam pada saat melakukan kegiatan magang di PT. MPK. Tujuan dari kegiatan magang tersebut adalah mengetahui penerapan pengendalian proses yang dilakukan PT MPK, dapat menganalisis faktor penyebab permasalahan dan dapat mengidentifikasi solusi perbaikan pada penyimpangan berat produk yang terjadi di PT. MPK, khususnya saat proses pengemasan pada mesin multiline. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini meliputi observasi lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara dan melakukan pengamatan terkait berat produk yang dihasilkan kemudian melakukan pendataan berat produk per sachet, lalu pengambilan data perusahaan meliputi standar inspeksi berat produk dan data penunjang lain serta sumber studi pustaka. Analisis data yang dilakukan setelah proses pengambilan sampel dilakukan uji T untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja antar dua merk mesin yang diuji. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data lebih lanjut menggunakan bagan kendali X dan R. Kemudian faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya penyimpangan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pengendalian proses yang dilakukan PT. MPK belum terkendali secara statistik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengamatan sampel berat produk terjadi variasi data yang tidak seragam. Selain itu, masih banyak titik sampel yang keluar dari batas kendali berdasarkan hasil pengamatan SPC dan juga batas toleransi yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja mesin tidak mampu untuk dapat menghasilkan produk minuman serbuk dengan berat yang seragam sesuai dengan standar mutu yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Adapun faktor utama penyebab terjadinya variasi berat produk pada minuman serbuk yakni mesin, manusia dan metode dapat diatasi dengan melakukan tindakan perbaikan. Tindakan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan setelah melakukan brainstorming yang ada pada diagram sebab akibat dapat dilakukan pergantian mesin baru sehingga hasil output pada mesin tersebut dapat disesuaikan berdasarkan standar internal. Mesin baru dianjurkan untuk menggunakan mesin pengemas dengan metode analitik untuk dapat menghasilkan besar produk yang seragam lebih akurat. Namun karena membutuhkan biaya yang besar tindakan perbaikan lain yang dapat dilakukan dalam waktu dekat yakni dengan menerapkan standar internal baru dengan cara menaikan rentang sebelum dengan bantuan SPC. Cara lain yang dapat dilakukan guna meminimalisir penyimpangan yang terjadi adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan kemampuan pekerja, perbaikan mesin berkala, dan metode instruksi kerja yang lebih rinci dalam perbaikan mesin pengemas

    Penurunan fungsi saluran menyebabkan unit hidrograf banjir meningkat dan waktu konsentrasi semakin cepat. Permasalahan lain yang mempengaruhi sistem drainase adalah fenomena rob , intrusi air asin di Kota Semarang bawah dan gejala penurunan elevasi tanah. Mendapatkan hasil evaluasi kapasitas saluran, Optimalisasi kinerja kolam retensi dan pompa eksisting Polder Tawang. Mengetahui informasi terkait debit puncak aliran dan kinerja kolam retensi. Data primer yang diperlukan adalah kondisi eksisting saluran drainase dan kolam retensi, jenis saluran drainase, dimensi saluran, batas daerah tangkapan air dan data teknis sistem. Data sekunder yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah data curah hujan harian, dan peta tata guna lahan. analisis data meliputi penentuan batas subcatchment, daerah previous dan impervious, indentifikasi saluran, pemodelan EPA SWMM, input time series. Dimana diperlukan kolam retensi dengan kapasitas tampungan 80.000 m3, dengan hal ini maka kolam retensi harus didesain dengan luas kolam 20.000 m2 dengan kedalaman kolam 4 meter. Dimana untuk menghindarkan banjir pada kawasan Tawang dan sekitarnya diperlukan kolam retensi dengan kapasitas tampungan air mencapai 39.000 m3 (luas kolam 13.000 m2 dengan kedalaman 3 m) dan pompa dengan kapasitas 0,6 m3/detik. Dimana diperlukan penambahan kapasitas tampungan air Kolam retensi lama Polder Tawang (JPT.05) menjadi 39.000 m3 dan mendesain Kolam Retensi baru (JPT.14) di wilayah Usman Janatin dengan kapasitas 36.000 m3 untuk periode ulang 10 tahunan. Optimalisasi pompa dilakukan dengan menambahkan pompa baru (CPT.14) dengan kapasitas pompa 0,6 m3/detik

    Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can survive and become the restorer of the Indonesian economy amid the downturn due to the monetary crisis in various economic sectors. MSMEs contribute to Indonesia's gross domestic product of 61.41%, with a labor absorption of 96.71%. Along with the economic growth in the industrial sector, MSMEs, and startups, the creative economy has now developed in Indonesia, especially in the city of Bandung. The number creative industry in Bandung has as many as 2357 people, dominated by the fashion sub-sector (1244 or 52.78%). Furthermore, the craft sector (395 or 16.76%) and culinary (381 or 16.16%). However, there are problems in developing the creative industry in Bandung; namely: there is no accurate data about the picture of the sector, MSMEs, and creative economy. This research is used qualitative research. The method of data analysis uses deductive methods, which are methods used in discussions, departing from knowledge of a general nature and then assessing something of a unique character. The general understanding in this study refers to the analysis of literature on business matching, fair trade, fair show/expo, and related about invertase and capital. Thus, after departing from the general concept that has been generalized, then interpreted with existing theories and reference sources, the result is strategic business matching models to bring inventiveness that can be implemented in the city of Bandung
