    The effect of body shaming on students who blame themselves

    Teenagers often become victims and perpetrators of body shaming carried out by those closest to them, such as family, community, and friends, by joking. Ignorant adolescents will not respond to these comments, but adolescents who cannot accept comments from their environment tend to blame themselves. This study aims to determine the effect of body shaming on self-blaming in students of SMP Negeri 27 Banjarmasin. This study used an observational method with a cross-sectional design and random sampling and obtained 239 samples. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The instruments used in this study were the body shaming scale by Vargas and the self-blaming scale by Coleman. The independent variable in this study is body shaming, and the dependent variable is self-blame. The results showed that there was an effect of body shaming on self-blaming in students of SMP Negeri 27 Banjarmasin. This study concluded that body shaming by students of SMP Negeri 27 Banjarmasin was classified as very high and resulted in students who were victims of body shaming experiencing moderate self-blaming.     This study aims to analyze and develop learning methods to improve nurses' competence in continuing education through e-learning in inpatient rooms. The method used is a pilot project starting from data collection, problem analysis, determination of problem priorities, preparation of a plan of action, implementation and evaluation. The results showed that after e-learning learning, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge of nurses in the surgical inpatient room with an average increase of 29.59% from pretest to posttest. 55% of patients' satisfaction with the quality of nursing care was satisfied, while 45% felt dissatisfied. The nurses' satisfaction who stated that the nurses were pleased with the nursing profession was 96%, while 4% of the total respondents were not satisfied with the 28 nurses. There were 12 nurses (agreed) and 16 nurses (strongly approved) from 28 respondents who stated that continuous training through e-learning could increase knowledge. In conclusion, the continuing education learning method through e-learning can improve nurses' competence in surgical inpatient rooms. Keywords: CPD, E-Learning, Satisfaction, Nurs

    Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Pelaksana di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 dan Variabel yang Berhubungan

    This study aims to identify variables that are related to job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The method used is a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 185 nurses who work in the inpatient and outpatient rooms of Hospital X. Data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of google form. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the characteristics of gender, education, marital status, work unit and career path, work experience and job satisfaction of nurses. However, the variables of age, head coaching competence and motivation have a significant relationship with nurse job satisfaction. As for the multivariate results, the constant value obtained is -0.5841, with the variables that influence coaching and motivation. In conclusion, the job satisfaction of implementing nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic is still low and the variables related to job satisfaction of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic are coaching and motivation.  Keywords: Coaching, Job Satisfaction, Motivatio

    This study aims to determine the effect of Case Reflection Discussion (DRK) on improving nurses' ability to carry out nursing documentation according to 3S standards (IDHS, SIKI, SLKI) Hospital X Jakarta. The method used in this research is using a pilot project starting from problem identification, problem analysis and problem priority setting, preparation of a Plan of Action (POA), implementation, and evaluation. The results obtained are that there is an increase in the ability of nurses in preparing nursing diagnoses according to the IDHS standards by 40% after the Case Reflection Discussion (DRK) and an increase in the knowledge of nurses in preparing interventions and outcomes according to the SIKI and SLKI standards by 24% after carrying out the Case Reflection Discussion ( DRK). In conclusion, Case Reflection Discussion (DRK) is very efficient in improving the ability of nurses to carry out nursing documentation according to 3S standards (IDHS, SLKI, SIKI).   Keywords: Case Reflection Discussion, Nursing Documentation, IDHS, SIKI, SLK
