Analysis of surface structures and thermal distribution of Grenzgletscher ablation area with multispectral and thermal imagery

Due to climate change, glaciers and ice sheets are increasingly melting. Many glaciers in polar and subpolar regions as well the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheet are polythermal. Which arises questions about how a polythermal glacier reacts, when a shift from a polythermal regime to a temperate regime occurs. The largest polythermal glacier in the Alps is the Grenzgletscher, where the ablation zone shows typical surface structures for cold ice. This makes the Grenzgletscher a perfect study site to study a polythermal glacier under warming conditions and then extrapolate the findings to the arctic and subarctic region. The analysis of surface structures and thermal distribution at different locations on in the ablation zone of Grenzgletscher can be interpreted as studies under different climate conditions. By using multispectral and thermal imagery this thesis analyzed the surface of the ablation zone and tries to correlate the findings with the ice temperature. This analysis are important in understanding how a polythermal glacier adapts to warmer climate and what has to be considered in glaciological models

Etude des peintures murales romanes dans les anciens territoires de Bourgogne : de Berzé-la-Ville à Rome et d’Auxerre à Compostelle

Le corpus des peintures murales romanes des anciens territoires de Bourgogne comprend vingt-cinq sites, situés dans une vaste aire géographique allant d’Auxerre à Bâle pour la limite nord, et de Nevers à la Provence pour la partie méridionale. Dans un premier temps, nous évoquerons l’état des recherches concernant la Chapelle-des-Moines de Berzé-la-Ville (iconographie, style, technique). Dans un second temps, nous présenterons rapidement quelques peintures influencées par l’ouest de la France, tandis que la troisième partie traitera de peintures de style hispanisant. Bewegtes Leben nach Schlaganfall : ergotherapeutische Intervention mit erhöhter Bewegung bei Klienten nach einem Schlaganfall mit depressiver Symptomatik

Hintergrund: Depressive Symptome sind bei einem Schlaganfall die häufigste Begleiterscheinung. Betroffene, welche einen Schlaganfall erlitten haben, verbringen im akuten Setting einen Grossteil ihrer Zeit körperlich inaktiv. Es gibt Evidenz, dass erhöhte Bewegung, nebst vielen anderen Vorzügen, einen positiven Einfluss auf die depressive Stimmungslage hat. Ziel: In dieser Arbeit wird erläutert, welchen Einfluss erhöhte Bewegung auf die depressive Symptomatik von Klienten nach einem Schlaganfall hat. Weiter werden daraus ergotherapeutische Interventionen abgeleitet. Methode: Mittels einer systematischen Literaturrecherche wurden Resultate auf die Fragestellung gefunden. Die definierten Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien wurden bei 27 Studien geprüft. Sechs Studien wurden als Hauptstudien inkludiert und anhand des angelehnten AICA-Rasters zusammengefasst und kritisch gewürdigt. Das ergotherapeutische CMOP-E Modell wurde verwendet, um mögliche Interventionen für die Ergotherapie herzuleiten. Ergebnisse: Erhöhte Bewegung hat einen positiven Einfluss auf die psychische Stimmungslage der Klienten nach einem Schlaganfall und führt zu einer Zunahme der Lebensqualität. Diskussion: In der Arbeit wurde ein breites Spektrum von Studien betreffend auf Klienten nach einem Schlaganfall und deren psychische Veränderbarkeit bei erhöhter Bewegung abgedeckt. Das sich daraus ergebende Resultat belegt die Wichtigkeit der Klientenzentriertheit und der Edukation bei der Integration von erhöhter Bewegung in der Ergotherapie
