    Penjualan yang stagnan pada produk Chevrolet terindikasi disebabkan oleh kualitas produk layanan purna jual yang belum optimal. Kinerja penjualan yang kurang baik memaksa Chevrolet melakukan efisiensi dengan menutup sebagian dealernya. Akibatnya Chevrolet Sumber Andalan Jogja menjadi dealer tunggal di kawasan pulau Jawa bagian Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen, mengidentifikasi bagaimana Perusahaan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen (respon teknis), dan menentukan tingkat prioritas masing masing. Penelitian dilakukan secara descriptive research dengan melakukan observasi di Chevrolet Sumber Andalan Jogja, melakukan penyebaran kuesioner, mengolah data dan menganalisa menggunakan QFD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebutuhan konsumen akan produk layanan purna jual Chevrolet secara prioritas meliputi 6 variabel, yaitu keandalan, harga, kecepatan, stok, sarana, dan pelayanan. Respon teknis Perusahaan berdasarkan urutan prioritas meliputi: melengkapi alat servis dan perbaikan, menambah terminal servis, memperpanjang jam operasional, memberi pelatihan kepada staf dan teknisi, dan menambah pegawai

    Generating Bounds for the Ground State Energy of the Infinite Quantum Lens Potential

    Moment based methods have produced efficient multiscale quantization algorithms for solving singular perturbation/strong coupling problems. One of these, the Eigenvalue Moment Method (EMM), developed by Handy et al (Phys. Rev. Lett.{\bf 55}, 931 (1985); ibid, {\bf 60}, 253 (1988b)), generates converging lower and upper bounds to a specific discrete state energy, once the signature property of the associated wavefunction is known. This method is particularly effective for multidimensional, bosonic ground state problems, since the corresponding wavefunction must be of uniform signature, and can be taken to be positive. Despite this, the vast majority of problems studied have been on unbounded domains. The important problem of an electron in an infinite quantum lens potential defines a challenging extension of EMM to systems defined on a compact domain. We investigate this here, and introduce novel modifications to the conventional EMM formalism that facilitate its adaptability to the required boundary conditions.Comment: Submitted to J. Phys.

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan gambaran kebutuhan media pelatihan, gambaran desain, dan validitas serta kepraktisan Pengembangan Video Tutorial dalam Pelatihan Magang Kerja Siswa SMK Di PT. Sinar Energi Sulawesi. Jenis ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan angket kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja di PT. Sinar Energi Sulawesi: (i) menggambarkan perlunya media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang  kerja  siswa SMK dimulai dengan besarnya jumlah permintaan pelatihan serta terbatas waktu, jarak, dan biaya besar. memungkinkan untuk memaksimalkan hasil pelatihan, oleh karena itu perlu dibuat media pelatihan yang inovatif yakni video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja. (ii) gambaran desain media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja ini, peneliti mengadakan pertemuan dengan Tim isntruktur yang kemudian mengumpulkan materi selanjutnya membuat flowchart dan storyboard. (iii) media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid berdasarkan penilaian para ahli yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media dalam kategori Sangat Baik, sedangkan pada pengujian tingkat kepraktisan yang diperoleh dari kuisioner pelatih dan peserta pelatihan beradda dalam kategori Sangat Praktis

    This development research aims to (1) develop web-based learning media google sites, (2) to find out the validity, (3) and practicality of google sites web learning media in the message design course of the digital business study program of Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang University. This research is a development research (Research and Development) with reference to the ADDIE development model. The subject of this study is one material expert, one media expert, course lecturer, and thirty students. The methods used in data collection are interviews, questionnaires, and test. The results of research and development: (1) This development research process is carried out in several stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation. The analysis stage includes needs analysis studies, student characteristics analysis and Competency Analysis. The design stage includes the manufacture of learning tools, material expert instrument validators and media experts as well as lecturer and student questionnaires. The development stage includes the creation of multimedia learning products, validation of material experts and validation of media experts. The implementation stage is carried out in two cycles, namely individual trials and small group product trials, (2) the results of data analysis of learning media validation are in the very valid category, obtained from the assessment of material experts and media experts., (3) the results of the assessment of individual trial respondents, small group trials and lecturers' responses to web-based learning media google sites are declared very practical. Thus, learning media is valid, and practically used as a web-based learning media for google sites message design

    Pengembangan E-Module Pemrograman Dasar Berbasis Masalah dalam Menunjang Pembelajaran di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan e-module pembelajaran pemrograman dasar berbasis masalah, (2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan dan kepraktisan e-module pembelajaran pemrograman dasar berbasis masalah untuk menunjang pembelajaran SMK di masa pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu: (1) Analisis (Analyze), (2) Desain (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Development), (4) Implementasi (Implementation), dan (5) Evaluasi (Evaluation). Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk e-module yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dengan nilai persentase 90% . Hasil uji lapangan menunjukkan bahwa e-module yang dihasilkan juga memenuhi kriteria kepraktisan dengan nilai persentase 92%. E-Module Pemrograman Dasar Berbasis Masalah yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini layak digunakan pada pembelajaran pemrograman dasar di SMK karena telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Kata kunci: E-Module, Pemrograman Dasar, Berbasis Masalah, Pembelajaran, Covid-19.   Abstract: This study aims to (1) develop problem-based basic programming e-module learning, (2) describe the feasibility and practicality of problem-based basic programming e-module learning to support vocational learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research design uses the ADDIE model research and development design which consists of five stages, namely: (1) Analysis (Analyze), (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the e-module product developed met the validity criteria with a percentage value of 90%. Field test results show that the e-module produced also meets the criteria for practicality with a percentage value of 92%. The Problem-Based Basic Programming E-Module developed in this study is suitable for use in basic programming learning at SMK because it meets the criteria of validity and practicality.     The Development of Multimedia Computer Graphics Learning in Supporting Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The objectives of this research were, (1) to develop a prototype of multimedia learning in Computer Graphics course, (2) to test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of learning multimedia developed in Computer Graphics course. This research was a Research and Development (R&D) design with ADDIE model include thirty students as a sample. The procedure of this research until implementation stage. Instrument of the research was a questionnaire. Data of need analysis obtained based on the review of the exist curriculum, the characteristics of the materials and students need. The students need media that is not only in the conventional form of the file that just containing text but more than it, the media which is able to provide experience directly in the multimedia form that containing images, text, animation, and videos. The multimedia design of computer graphics learning is specifically designed from the structure, contents, menu placement, color selection, and so on to make it easier for lecturers and students. The results of this research are: (1) The results of the analysis of the data validity of the media are in the very valid category, this is obtained from the expert validation of material and media. (2) The results of the evaluation of the students' trials and the lecturers' responses to this multimedia are very practical. (3) this learning multimedia was effective as seen from the recapitulation of the pre-test and post-test learning outcomes assessment showing a significant increase in student learning scores

    As a result of notable frauds including Enron, WorldCom and Waste Management, the United States Congress enacted the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX).  The Act would forever change the accounting profession.  After a little more than a decade, publicly traded companies have been able to create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Act, specifically the provisions set forth in Section 404.  Since all public companies have implemented SOX compliance together with other regulations imposed by the Internal Revenue Service and other regulatory agencies into their normal reporting routines, management of these companies have realized further benefits associated with SOX compliance.  Because of these reported benefits many private companies have begun to voluntarily implement SOX-like policies and procedures into their own internal framework.  This paper will discuss the perceptions of the enactment and implementation of the Act, the associated benefits derived from SOX compliance and reasons why private companies have begun voluntarily adopting SOX-like policiesprocedures and strategies

    Construct validity of the Chelsea critical care physical assessment tool: an observational study of recovery from critical illness

    INTRODUCTION: Intensive care unit-acquired weakness (ICU-AW) is common in survivors of critical illness, resulting in global weakness and functional deficit. Although ICU-AW is well described subjectively in the literature, the value of objective measures has yet to be established. This project aimed to evaluate the construct validity of the Chelsea Critical Care Physical Assessment tool (CPAx) by analyzing the association between CPAx scores and hospital-discharge location, as a measure of functional outcome. METHODS: The CPAx was integrated into practice as a service-improvement initiative in an 11-bed intensive care unit (ICU). For patients admitted for more than 48 hours, between 10 May 2010 and 13 November 2013, the last CPAx score within 24 hours of step down from the ICU or death was recorded (n = 499). At hospital discharge, patients were separated into seven categories, based on continued rehabilitation and care needs. Descriptive statistics were used to explore the association between ICU discharge CPAx score and hospital-discharge location. RESULTS: Of the 499 patients, 171 (34.3%) returned home with no ongoing rehabilitation or care input; 131 (26.2%) required community support; 28 (5.6%) went to inpatient rehabilitation for <6 weeks; and 25 (5.0%) went to inpatient rehabilitation for >6 weeks; 27 (5.4%) required nursing home level of care; 80 (16.0%) died in the ICU, and 37 (7.4%) died in hospital. A significant difference was found in the median CPAx score between groups (P < 0.0001). Four patients (0.8%) scored full marks (50) on the CPAx, all of whom went home with no ongoing needs; 16 patients (3.2%) scored 0 on the CPAx, all of whom died within 24 hours. A 0.8% ceiling effect and a 3.2% floor effect of the CPAx is found in the ICU. Compliance with completion of the CPAx stabilized at 78% of all ICU admissions. CONCLUSION: The CPAx score at ICU discharge has displayed construct validity by crudely discriminating between groups with different functional needs at hospital discharge. The CPAx has a limited floor and ceiling effect in survivors of critical illness. A significant proportion of patients had a requirement for postdischarge care and rehabilitation

Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel. variabel bebas yaitu pengaruh penggunaan Benime (x) dan variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar siswa kelas X Otomatisasi Tataniaga Kelola Perkantoran 1 (y). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Sidrap. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes yang kemudian dianalisa menggunakan rumus mean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh terhadap media pembelajaran Benime&nbsp;&nbsp; terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia SMKN 2 Sidrap dengan hasil nilai rata-rata lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar tanpa menggunakan Benime. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari penilaian dari siswa kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar media pembelajaran hendaknya dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dalam proses pembelajaran
