    The aim of this study was 1) to determine and analyze the effect of quality of academic services to the satisfaction of students in the graduate program Mercu Buana University, 2) To know and analyze the influence of Quality of Academic Services for loyalty Students in graduate programs Mercu Buana University, 3) To know and analyze the influence of the Student Satisfaction Loyalty program graduate student at the University of Mercu Buana, and 4) To determine and analyze the effect of quality of academic services to students through Student Satisfaction Loyalty program Mercu Buana University graduate. Data analysis method used in analyzing the influence or relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables through an intervening variable. The method used is the analysis Path (Path Analysis). The results showed a significant difference between the quality of academic services for student satisfaction, it can be interpreted that if the quality of academic services performed Mercu Buana University graduate programs to students further improved, it will increase student satisfaction. The quality of academic services affect the loyalty of students, giving the sense that the higher the quality of academic services provided to the students, the more it will increase the loyalty of the students in the use of educational services in the graduate program Mercu Buana University. There is a significant relationship between student satisfaction to loyalty of students, it can be interpreted that if the level of student satisfaction increases, the loyalty of the student will also increase. Student satisfaction is able to become an intervening variable between academic service quality and loyalty of students, it can be interpreted that the higher the quality of academic services provided, it will increase the level of satisfaction of the students, so it will have an impact on increasing the loyalty of the students

    Sari. Telah dilakukan penandaan sel darah merah (SDM) dengan radionuklida 99mTc menggunakan SnCl2 sebagai reduktor. Kondisi penandaan optimum dengan menggunakan darah tikus diperoleh pada pemakaian SnCl2. 2H2O Iug dan suhu pemanasan 49-50 derajat C selama 15 menit. Efisiensi penandaan dan kemurnian radiokimia ditentukan dengan kromatografi kertas menaik menggunakan kertas Whatman No.1 sebagai fase diam dan methanol 85% sebagai fase gerak. Studi biologis dan penyidikan pada tikus Wistar menunjukkan tertimbunnya sediaan ini pada limpa. Abstract. Labeling of red blood cells with 99mTc radionuclide was carried out using SnCl2 solution as a reductor. The optimum required condition for rat blood was obtained in a solution containing 1 μg SnCl2.2H2O which was heated for 15 minutes at 49-500C. Labeling efficiency and radiochemical purity of radiolabeled compound was determined by ascending paper chromatography using Whatman No. I paper as stationary phase and methanol 85% as mobile phase. The result of biodistribution and imaging in the Wistar white rat revealed that the preparation was accumulated in the spleen

    In the concrete\u27s buildings with large spans , the using of the ordinary structure system will create the dimensions of the beam , column , and plate are large so that the building be disproportionate . Therefore, the waffle slab structure system was developed . Waffle slab is crossed beam system that is used to increase the stiffness of the plate , so that the smaller the deflection occurs , thus dimensional of structural elements can be minimized and eventually become less material USAge . Waffle slab has many types , including the type of parallel waffle slab and diagonal waffle slab. This research aims to determine which system is more economical and rigid between the two types of those . This research uses 1 ordinary building model as a standard , 5 parallel waffle slab\u27s building and 5 diagonal waffle slab\u27s building with Lx and Ly spans is 10 m , height of each floor is 4 m , and given the same loads in accordance with the regulations of the American Society of Civil Engineers ( ASCE ) . There are 5 combinations of crossed beams who start of division 1 Lx and 1 Ly to division 5 Lx and 5 Ly for each waffle slab building model . This research was supported by the program Extended Three Dimensional Analysis of Building Systems ( ETABS ) and refers to the regulation American Concrete Institute ( ACI ) . The results showed that the parallel waffle slab 1-1 has the best level of the material\u27s efficiency , amounting to 29.38 % , while the diagonal waffle slab 4-4 even more wasteful 38.78 % compared to the ordinary building\u27s structure .The diagonal waffle slab 5-5 is the most rigid system , It\u27s stiffness increased by 40.41 % , while the parallel waffle slab 4-4 56.19 % more flexible than the ordinary building\u27s structure, but the drift is still into the limits of the allowable story drift

F-1594 dengan 'internal standar' p-bifenil 4-chloro 2' asetat diekstraksi dari plasma, dipisahkan melalui kromatografi gas yang dilengkapi dengan kolom kapiler kemudian dianalisa secara fragmentografi massa. Dengan menggunakan sedikit cuplikan, cara ini mampu mendeteksi suatu sediaan dengan konsentrasi yang sangat kecil. Abstract. The determination of p-biphenyl-4, oxo-4, methyl-2-butyric acid (F-1594) as an antiinflammatory agent in the human plasma by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is described. Quantitation was achieved after extraction from the plasma, F 1594 and p-biphenyl 4-chloro 2'-acetic acid as an internal standard, separated by gas chromatography with the capillary column and analysed by mass fragmentography.     The objective of this research is to analyze the correlation of the agricultural agents\u27 characteristics, motivation and competence to their work productivity. This research was conducted in February through April 2013 and used census methods. The study population was defined as many as 33 people of 45 people from the extension of existing civil servants. Data analysis was done by using Product Moment Pearson procedure. The results showed that: 1) some of the agents\u27 characteristics were correlated significantly with their job productivity, there were period of employment, training, agricultural area in the region of agriculture extension, 2) Some factors of the agents\u27 motivation were correlated significantly with their job productivity. There are recognition, salary and reward. 3) Some factors of the agents\u27 competencies were correlated significantly with their job productivity. There are planning, implementating, evaluation of agriculture extension, and communication skills real contact with the work productivity of agricultural extension. 4) Work productivity level of agricultural extension agents still not yet good (“low” category) because four of five factors work productivity as method extension, extension materials and increased knowledge and skills of farmers were low

    Labeling of the Recombinant Streptokinase Using Iodine-131 as a New Thrombolytic Agent

    Stroke and acute myocardial infarction is a disease with the highest mortality in the world. WHO has estimated in 2008, 30% of deaths from heart disease and more than 80% of this cases have been occurred in developing countries. Streptokinase (SK) as an effective thrombolytic agent has been used as a drug of choice for about forty years ago. SK is plasminogen (PG) activator that converts plasminogen to active protease, called plasmin (PN) which degrades fibrin to soluble products. Recombinant streptokinase (SKA) from genetic engineering has been developed at School of Pharmacy ITB to reduce or eliminate immunogenicity of SK. However, scientific disclosures relating to dynamic and its kinetic studies in the body have still to be proven. One method that can explain this phenomenon is the pharmacological studies using radionuclide labeled compounds. Radioiodine labeled compound is used extensively and most suitable for biological studies. This paper describes the preparation of 131I-SKA and its characterization. The labeling conditions of SKA, such as chloramine-T as an oxidizing agent, amount of SKA, incubation time, and size of resin to purify the labeling yield have been observed. The result showed that the optimum condition of labeling (35.11%) was obtained using 10 µg of chloramine-T and 60 seconds of incubation time. The highest radiochemical purity (97.46 ± 1.14%) has also been obtained by passing through the resin chromatography column using 100 mg Dowex 1x8, size 50-100 mesh. The characterization of 131I-SKA with SDS PAGE method and autoradiography showed the similar performance with unlabeled-SKA.Received: 04 December 2012; Revised: 20 December 2012; Accepted: 21 December 201

    Regression Analysis on Experience Based Factory Model for Software Development Process

    Software organizations are still struggling to reuse the best of their knowledge and experiences in future projects. Often, when there are changes on employee re-assignment, a lot of time and effort are spent for knowledge transfer activities. This however may not assure that all knowledge and experiences are well transferred and shared; some could be missing or misplaced. In this study, a model has been proposed for managing knowledge and experiences based on experience factory approach to provide a more efficient and effective experience management for software development community. Experience Factory is an infrastructure that aims for reuse of products, processes and experiences gained during a system life cycle. A set of components have been identified as the predictors of the model which eventually forms the two main organizations: project organization and experience factory organization. This study further has gone through a correlational survey research to verify the relationship between the identified predictors towards the experience factory goals. Reliability analysis has been conducted to validate the measures, while correlation and regression analyses have been carried out to examine the relationship between the constructs and the goals. Results reveal that reliability of the model is high and construct validity is satisfactory. Experience factory organization is found having more positively significant towards experience goals as compared to project organization; however, there is no significant impact towards the model due to inexistence of causal relation
