    Kajian Pemanfaatan Tepung Labu Kuning (Cucurbita Moschata Durch) Dan Tepung Tempe Dalam Pembuatan Kukis

    The purpose of this research was to acquire best cookies which has high nutrition content from pumpkin flour and tempe flour and meet quality standard of cookies (SNI 01-2973-1992.This research used Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and four replications. The treatments were P1 (65% pumpkin flour, 5% tempe flour), P2 (60% pumpkin flour, 10% tempe flour), P3 (55% pumpkin flour, 15% tempe flour) and P4 (50% pumpkin flour, 20% tempe flour). Data were analized using ANOVA and DNMRT at 5% level. The result showed that cookies from different pumpkin flour and tempe flour gave the significant effect to the moisture content, ash content, protein content, Ī²-caroten content, valuation of description organoleptic and valuation of hedonic organoleptic to the colour, flavor, taste, total value, but non significant to texture in hedonic value and organoleptic assessment to the level of children like of cookies. The best cookies in this research is P3 with has 4,54% moisture content, 1,89% ash content, 10,71% protein content and 9,31% Ī²-caroten content

    Modernisasi melalui peningkatan dan penggunaan teknologi alat tangkap serta bantuan permodalan berimplikasi pada kegiatan serta organisasi penangkapan ikan dan pada akhirnya terjadi Perubahan dalam suatu komunitas. Tidak semua lapisan nelayan dapat memanfaatkan peluang modernisasi. Sebelum program modernisasi perikanan, struktur komunitas nelayan Suku Bajo masih didominasi oleh sistem perikanan tradisional, kegiatan dicirikan struktur komunitas homogen dan tingkat diferensiasi sosial yang masih rendah. Berbagai ukuran yang dapat dilihat menunjukan bahwa nelayan tergolong tidak sejahtera. Pemerintah memandang perlu untuk memperbaiki taraf hidup nelayan. Realisasinya dilakukan antara lain dalam bentuk modernisasi perikanan (Revolusi Biru). Penerimaan maupun penolakan suatu hal baru berkaitan dengan proses mental sejak seseorang mengetahui adanya inovasi. Proses tersebut bagi nelayan tidak terlepas dari pengaruh pemaknaan terhadap laut serta pekerjan nelayan bagi nelayan itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kecenderungan terjadi bahwa Pengadopsi Cepat (PC) memiliki karakteristik yang lebih baik dibandingkan adopter yang lebih lambat. Pada pemaknaan laut, kebanyakan responden memberi makna ekonomi, psikologi dan budaya yang positif. Sedangkan pada makna pekerjaan nelayan kebanyakan responden memberi makna ekonomi, sosiologis, teologis, dan budaya yang cenderung positif. Selain itu nampaknya terdapat hubungan antara pemaknaan dengan kecepatan adopsi. Hubungan tersebut adalah semakin positif makna ekonomis maka adopsi inovasi semakin cepat. Sebaliknya semakin positif makna budaya kecenderungan adopsi cenderung semakin lambat. Modernisasi perikanan berdampak pada Perubahan pola kerja yakni daya jelajah lebih jauh, jumlah pekerja (sawi) lebih banyak dengan sifat semi bebas dan perekrutan lebih selektif. Pembagian kerja lebih jelas dan berjenjang serta hierarkis. Terjadi pula dampak Perubahan struktur sosial dengan sistem bagi hasil yang menjadi pranata nelayan, stratifikasi yang kompleks, diferensiasi beragam, dan pola hubungan non eksploitatif. Dampak teknologi gae juga menghasilkan peningkatan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar serta gizi anggota keluarga nelayan serta kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan bagi anggota keluarg

    Calculation of Control Rods Reactivity Worth of RSG-GAS First Core Using Deterministic and Monte Carlo Methods

    The control rod worth is a key parameter for the research reactor operation and utilization. Control rod worth computation is a challenge for the fully-deterministic and Monte Carlo calculations, including the few-group cross section generation, and the core analysis. The safe and reliable utilization of research reactor demands the possible accurate information of control rod worth because they are used to compensate the excess reactivity for safe reactor operation and its controlled shut down. The criticality positions of the control rods change with time due to buildup of fission products during the reactor operation. It is therefore important to determine the reactivity worth of control rods. The aim of this article is to obtain reliable control rod worth of the first core of RSG-GAS as a verification and validation result. For this purpose, deterministic and Monte Carlo models of the reactor core were developed and confirmed by the experimental results of excess reactivity, shutdown margin, and combined control rod reactivity worth using the combination of WIMSD-5B and Batan-3DIFF computer codes. WIMSD-5B is a neutron transport theory-based lattice cell modeling code that is used for the generation of group constants for different regions of the reactor core. These are provided as input to the diffusion theory based Batan-3DIFF code which performs the global core calculations for the reactor system. For the Monte Carlo model, to estimate the reactivity worth of control rods, the MCNP6 code is used. The result of this analysis showed that for the integral control rod worth a good agreement was found between experimental data and Monte Carlo simulation results but up to 5 % difference occurred between experimental results and diffusion result

    Snowball throwing learning model is a modification of aquastion technique. This technique is focused on the ability to formulate questions which are combined in a game called snowball throwing. SMILES is a simple chemical notation comprehensive where the scructures of molecules can be found by using ASCII character which representing atom and bond symbol. The study aim is to determine the influence of snowball throwing assisted learning model SMILES code on hydrocarbon material to the learning outcomes of students clas XI in SMA Negeri 5 Palu. This study is experimental with pretest and posttest control group design, in which the samples are students of class XI IPA 2 (n=33) as experimental group while students of clas XI IPA 4 (n=32) as control group. The testing data used t-test statistical analysis one side (right) with pre-requisite test, normality test and homogeneity. The result of data analysis are the score of X1 experiment class is 73.81 with standard deviation is 8.19 while score of X2 control group is 65 with standard deviation is 14.36. Based on testing hypothesis result that tcounted>ttable is 3.05 > 1.67 with significance level 0.05 and confidence level = 63. The results show that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted then it is concluded that the application of Snowball Throwing assisted learning model SMILES code on hydrocarbon material positively influence to the learning outcomes of students class XI in SMA Negeri 5 Palu

    Assessment of Chemical and Bacteriological Parameters of Leek in Sulaymaniyah City, Iraq

    In the current study, leek samples were collected seasonally from October 2021 to July 2022 from three sites; site 1 (Tanjaro aera), site 2 (Kanaswra), and site 3 (Aziz Awa) in Sulaymaniyah city, Iraq. Cl- rate recorded the maximum mean values in leek, which was 0.05 mg/kg. The Na+ level recorded the highest mean value, at 393.00 mg/kg. The K+ ratio showed the highest mean value, measuring 3614 mg/kg. SO42- concentration had a mean value of 762.33 mg/kg. PO43- level recorded the maximum mean value at 16.13. Regarding heavy metals in vegetables, the results indicated no contamination in leek, except for Pb, which had a high level in the vegetables. In terms of bacteriology, leek samples exhibited total aerobic bacteria and total coliform counts above the normal range. Based on the biochemical test findings, E. coli and Salmonella species were not detected in leek. Different species were isolated from leek, including Citobacter freundii, Citobacter braakii, Acinetobacter baumannii complex, Enterobacter cloacae complex. There is a notable correlation between total aerobic bacteria and lead (r = 0.60) in leek. Copper shows a negative correlation with total aerobic bacteria (r = -0.59), while iron also exhibits a negative relationship with total aerobic bacteria (r = -0.60). Total coliform demonstrates a positive relationship with manganese (r = 0.64)

    This study aims to determine the root of problem and alternative solutions of inaccuracy return medical record inpatient files. The research was conducted through qualitative descriptive approach in RSUD Blambangan from September until October 2017. Data was collected by document review, field observation and unstructured interview with Head of Services, Head of Nursing Services, 1 doctor, 2 head of ward, Head of Medical Record Installation, Head of Nutrition Installation and Head of Pharmacy Installation. Root of problem was analyzed with fishbone diagram, focus group discussion (FGD) method and urgency, seriousness, growth (USG) method. Priority determination solution is carried out using filter analysis method with CARL (Capability Accessibility Readiness Leverage). The results show that factor inaccuracy return inpatient medical records file because are incomplete of medical record file, absence of standard operating procedure and unavailability of monitoring and evaluation, and the increasing number of medical record form according to hospital quality standard. The root problem is not optimally main task and function of professional care giver when filling medical record. Alternative proposed solutions is socialization to professional care giver, revised standard of operational procedure, and monitoring evaluation of the completeness and timeliness of medical record file returns with innovation "ABED TANGI"

    Technical and vocational education studentsā€™ perception of using learning videos during Covid-19 pandemic period

    The closure of Higher Education Institutions and Schools due to COVID-19 pandemic has affected the structure of Learning and Teaching (T&L) from direct method at institutions to Open and Distance Education (ODE) completely. All face-to-face T&L activities are not allowed except for certain categories of students who need to return to campus in stages to participante in T&L activities in full compliance of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by prioritizing safety measures and social distancing. This study used a quantitative approach by using online questionnaire as instrument (google form). A total of 73 Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) students from various backgrounds of respondents participated in the study. The findings of the study showed that there was a strong correlation between the aspects of interest and gender of TVE students in using learning videos during the COVID-19 pandemic period (r = .701). Therefore, all parties must prepare to face the new norm, namely the ODL method as a whole during the COVID-19 pandemic period to continue the T&L process for students

    This paper presents a 3D image plane in a group of target or image during the process of stereo pair calibration. The extrinsic parameters of camera calibration can be viewed in 3D image or scene which contains the rotation and translation of vector. The error re-projection of a single image could determine the less error of distortion during the extraction of chessboard corner each image taken. The distortion model also generates an error coordinate system in pixel value. The 3D image will viewed the result and output of extrinsic parameters during the calibration process.

This project developed a smatphone phone-controlled wheelchair along with three types of virtual controller which is Joystick control, D-pad control and Voice control through the wireless communication.. It is also equipped with obstacle (ultrasonic) avoidance notification and microcontroller controls the motor that moved the direction either FRONT, BACKWARD, LEFT and RIGHT. The main objective of this project is to facilitate and increase the movement of people who are handicapped and the ones who are not able to move freely with the implementation of IoT platform where this platform could provide data visualization and able to analyze the wheelchair maintenance management and movement. In additional, this project analyzes distinct IoT monitoring system features, including battery level remaining and temperature control. the concept succesfully developed with integration of microcontroller in which provide desired performance controlĀ  of the system to desired output with the synchronization of Internet of Thing feature
